This was probably the easiest and most successful experience I had with a product delivery. Really happy :)

We needed about 5 different kinds of printing projects for the local dog shelter including brochures, bumper stickers, building signs and metal labels for the dog pens. Fastsigns was able to do them all, quickly and very competitively. I think of signs as being made of paper, but some of these were aluminum with several holes punched in them for outdoor use.

They were eager to get my business and Neil came up with some good designs for me. However, they didnt make the cards the way we discussed out of ease for them. I then called them to discuss the issue and no one called back. I then called again with no luck. Giving me a card I didnt order and then not caring to solve the problem is the reason for 1 star.

Customers service was excellent, the products they offered were of good quality, and there install was fast. Fastsigns met and exceeded are expectations, and they made the whole process quick and painless!

FASTSIGNS has a wide range of services they offer. In the last year, weve ordered a plaque and a couple of construction signs. They have good customer service and our orders were completed before our deadline. We look forward to working with FastSigns in the future.

Great service fast and and done right the first time very happy

I had set an order for a sign and brought a demo sign in that was the exact measurements needed for the custom sign. The sign ended up being to long. I called to discuss the issue getting an answer the first time and no call back. I tried to call again getting no answer getting the feeling I was being ignored. Finally getting a hold of somebody I get a replacement sign made that is made with lower quality material in the end.I am giving 1 star due to bad costumer service.

Our signs for all 7 of our offices and Divisions are beautiful and exactly what we ordered. They even cleaned our logos and made them nicer. Working with Jess and her team was the best experience!
