We bought several items at Supernova recently. We we impressed with the lovely variety of furniture and decorative pieces throughout the showroom.The sales personnel were helpful and so patient and kind to our 4 year old who wasn’t thrilled about shopping for furniture. We found a beautiful couch and bookcase along with several decorative items. The delivery was fast, and our items were handle with care. We are very pleased with our purchases as well as the total shopping experience at Supernova Furniture & Sleep Gallery.

Wow! I had a long and most favorable journey with Supernova Furniture. Joe and Robyn, the owners, earned an A++++ in customer service in my book.I ordered a sofa and loveseat from Supernova in February 2020. BOOM. Covid-19 hit and the furniture manufacturing plant had to shut down .Joe and Robyn were so apologetic for something which was completely out of their control.Several weeks later, the plant was able to reopen and resume manufacturing however, when my furniture finally arrived, Robyn and Joe were very dissatisfied with the quality. They insisted that I use the inferior sofa and loveseat while we waited for new furniture from a different company, manufacturer.Long story short....Supernova delivered my new sofa and loveseat today and it is beautiful!I highly recommend Supernova because the owners, Robyn and Joe have very high standards to accompany their very fine furniture. If its not right, they will bend over backwards to make it perfect!

Not a bad store good customer service and knowledge however a bit on the high side for prices. If you don’t mind a drive and want to save some $$$ American Furniture in Grand Junction has a huge selection and will deliver and install to Durango for around $100.

Great place! We went in to look at a mattress and the associates were so helpful without being pushy in any way. They were able to arrange delivery to our home and it arrived in perfect condition.

Had the furniture I needed and Joe was very good in getting the package put together providing what I believe was a fair price. The delivery to Pagosa Springs was a little earlier and the guys assembled it in record time. Great job by the delivery crew.

Joe, Robyn, and the entire staff went out of their way a few weeks ago, to help us with purchasing some beautiful faux cowhide rugs, and some cnatural cowhide throw rugs. When Robyn learned that the order was delayed (due to an error caused by FedEx) - she quickly arranged (through the rug rep) to have the rugs express mailed to the store. Additionally, we ordered a Murphy bed through another furniture company. We learned last Friday, that our order was lost. We have been waiting for this bed for well over a month. Amazingly, we were able to purchase and take home (that same day) a better quality Murphy bed from Supernova! Many thanks to Joe and Robyn, and your wonderful staff, for exceptional customer service in helping us furnish our new home!

Rico at Super Nova has been extremely helpful and was able to deliver our mattresses to our new home despite the fact that we are still in another state. They checked with me throughout the process and even shared a picture of the delivery location.

I drove to Durango to visit a friend. She knew I was looking for furniture for my new home. She had called to get more information on a couple of pieces I was interested in. I was really very excited about this store because of all the great reviews. When we got there though, the owner introduced himself and we briefly spoke about the furniture. He seemed more interested in talking about himself than answering my questions. On top of that, the prices that were quoted to my friend changed once we were there. When this was mentioned, I felt as though it was made out to be my fault. It was very rude and something I consider highly unprofessional. Sadly, I left without purchasing anything.

The sales folks were very helpful both times we were in the store. The delivery and set up guys were stellar. Very friendly and very competent. The only reason I could not give a 5 is that it took about two weeks longer to get the bed than we were told. The mattress pad is back ordered so we will have to wait to sleep in our new bed!

Supernova is SUPER! I had a great experience the entire process! Working with Joe made the task of furnishing a home a lot less stressful. He was extremely knowledgeable in the different manufacturers. Grasped quickly the look I was going for. Pricing was great as well. The delivery went smooth. Supernova has a great selection of quality furnishings and great selection in the showroom. Furniture is something you have to touch and see in person in my opinion, so the showroom component is critical. Delivery and installation is expedient and the crew is careful and polite. We required some service after delivery due to an oversight on the manufacturers part, and once again, we were completely satisfied.

After dealing with one of the other furniture stores in town, won’t name any names, glad we found Supernova now me and my daughter won’t be doing rent to own anymore. Thanks Supernova your great, great selection, great customer service, what a local hometown business should be.

Went in looking for a bedroom set, and the customer service I received will have me coming back to furnish the rest of my place. They carry a variety of styles, but my favorites are the mountain/rustic room sets.Delivery and set-up was done by Mike and Rico, who were both very polite, professional, and hard-working.

Today was not a good day for that store. I called in got a quote got there the price changed when I got there. The owner or one of the owners had her son with her and he was creating a very non- professional environment as he was screaming and carrying on almost the entire time. Other customers were affected by this situation I had to ask for attention before I could even try to make the purchase that I had driven long-distance for. Because of the lack of professionalism the quote not being honored I would not recommend this place and I will not in the future ever give them my business Im sorry to say but thats really sad or might not have been spending a whole lot of money today but that doesnt mean that if it was a good experience I would have recommended it and or decided to buy more stuff in the near future but I guess its a chance they were willing to take to completely ignore me until I had to ask for service.

I just bought a second home in Durango and had a hard time finding quality furniture in Colorado until I stopped into this store (Im from New York so prefer furniture that is a little more unique and that not everyone in the neighborhood would have). They had an incredible selection and were running a great special so ended up getting about 90% of the furniture for my entire house from them. The service was great, and the delivery was on-time and very white glove... I didnt lift a finger! Normally dont write these reviews but was super impressed with the place! I highly recommend!

Good prices, Better quality, Best customer service. We ordered a bunk bed for the kids and when it came in it was missing a piece. The owners were out of town when this happened and they personally made calls and we had the missing parts within 48 hours. With service like this why woudw I shop elsewhere??

The staff was knowledgable and courteous, the quality of the furniture is excellent, and they didnt charge us an arm and a leg for it. This is imperative as I have dogs and accidents happen.I’ve had sleeping issues because of my back for 40 years. I probably turn 300 times in the night. My new mattress was delivered Thursday by two very professional young men, that were super careful and delightful!It came in the morning and all I wanted to do was get into bed all day. Finally I got into bed Thursday night and the last thing I remember was turning off the light. My sweet dog Laurie, (who also turns many times in the night)and I woke up in the exact same position we went to sleep. I actually was on my back for the first time since my first back operation in 1974. Neither of us moved all night long. I felt like a brand new person Friday morning. If you have back issues, the most important purchase should be your mattress! Couldn’t wait to get into bed Friday night, I slept like a baby and woke up after 12 hours!!! If I could give Supernova zero stars I would!Supernova’s customer service is horrible, the owners are constantly giving different prices than what is originally told. Their furniture is overpriced, and they seem to actively try to scam you by providing misleading information about their products and pricing. Extremely poor salesmanship. I would strongly suggest you take your purchase elsewhere.

After trying several bed-in-the-box mattresses and not being super pleased, we decided to look for something better. I walked into Supernova Sleep Gallery and told Joe the best sleep I had was on a mattress at the Wyndam in Pagosa. Immediately he said they buy one of two exact mattresses they carry (Beautyrest Black line).Joe has been in the business 10+ years and his family has been in the business for over 40 and shared a LOT of extremely helpful and sometimes technical information about mattresses, support, build quality, and so forth. The real test was the sleep quality. My wife has woken up with back pain since Ive known her. She no longer wakes up with back pain on a Beautyrest Black. Its really a strange sensation when something actually fully works.

Great people, order is taking longer than normal, so they let us use the floor model for the holidays, and until ours comes in. Delivery was quick and painless.

Very happy with supernovaWe ordered couch and loveseat that was custom made. Unfortunately we believe in moving the recliner mechanism broke. This was during holidays,,the owner let us use the loveseat during busy holidays and ordered us new set. The new loveseat arrived, no problems. The owner was great to work with us. They even order another couch in case the colors did not match. We didnt need the backup couch but really appreciated the thought and resolution if that was needed. Prices are reasonable, and when you consider quality of product very competitive . I recommend this company without hesitation. And the best part its a local company!!

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! The unprofessional environment in this store is honestly overwhelming. I was given multiple different prices from both the sales guy and Joe (the owner), the latter of whom, continuously barges over to talk about himself throughout the conversation and then proceeded to interrupt and over talk (the owner/ wife) in front of customers. The furniture itself is cheap and the service atrocious. At the end of the day, if you want to hear constant rude comments and have the owners exposing you to their sick children then sure Supernova fits the bill.
