I recently purchased a can-am outlander from the FunCenter. Joey, the sales person, was a great help answering all my ATV questions. Kristina in financing made the whole process seamless and easy. I had an answer and financing options in my hands in less than 20 minutes. Also, the young man that delivered my ATV did a great job. All in all I would recommend buying from the Fun Center. Love my ATV.

Joe, Pete, Todd, Megan and the rest of the Fun Center crew do an amazing job! If there are any bad reviews in here, its because folks are impatient! If you know anything about the power sports industry, its a very busy industry service and sales wise. Be stoked if they can fit you in, dont be upset if they cant. There are 50+ machines the Service guys are constantly working on! The staff and service is always top notch! If you need a new toy and want to get well taken care of, hit these folks up!

We just purchased a CanAm Maverick from the Fun Center and what an easy deal it was. Parker was great to work with and made the 5.5 hour drive worth it. If youre looking to have any type of service work done, Id advise you go somewhere else. They are inexperienced, (admitted they were inexperienced and put an newbie on my X3) and very short on professionalism.I dont usually leave reviews, but I was amazed by the incompetence exhibited by these folks.

If I could give no stars, I would. Very shady business. We took our Polaris there in August for general cosmetic work, it ran perfectly well. Scheduled an oil change, seatbelts, new seats, pretty simple. We were told it’d be finished no more than 3 months later. We received a call in October saying he had questions, then another call and message, we thought saying it was finished or a question regarding the repairs but all his message was, was asking to buy it. He had held off doing the work trying to buy it!When we called he said the repairs would be 3000 (hadn’t been repaired yet) and that he’d give us the cost of the repairs for the vehicle, 3000 (it is listed and selling online for between 9000 and 12000 depending on listing) we laughed and said no, that was in December.We finally picked it up in January and at that time the receptionist said they were JUST THEN putting an invoice together to start the rest of the work. Will never go there again. The man thought he was talking to a woman who knew nothing of the value of the vehicle and was trying to take advantage and purposely slowing the work to try to ensure a sale. Ridiculous.We talked to the manager of the service department as I wouldn’t think he’d want his employees treating customers that way and just got a dismissive apology. Be aware. Terrible and shady business happening there.

I would like to express my extreme displeasure with the Fun Center Dealership in Durango, Colorado.This is not my first negative experience with the service department. For my most recent though, I had purchased a new 2020 Polaris Ranger 570 midsize last summer. Soon after I got it home, I began to question the performance of the unit. It is always at least 4 weeks to get an appointment unless you pay there expedited labor rate!The transmission seemed rough and hard to get in gear.It was hard to start and sputtered and backfired.I had installed an aftermarket winch and I was having a control issue. While I appreciate I did not have them install one, I figured they could take a look and it would not take much time.I also had a headlight burn out. I had removed the bulb and gave it to them and again, thought they may as well put one in while they have it.I took it in primarily to have the hard starting checked but thought since I was there and I had just bought it new, I would have them look it over.My bill was:.5 hours to tell me the transmission was fine.1 hour to recommend I buy a Polaris winch.1 hour to siphon fuel and replace and check the start in the morning. They said I needed to keep fresh regular unleaded WITH ethanol. Guess I need to siphon every couple of months. They said this is a common complaint..5 hours to change my headlight bulb plus $24 for the bulb.$355.17 total (3 hours plus bulb)This is absurd. I cannot wait to get rid of this machine and buy something from the other dealer in town, Handlebar Motorsports including replacing my other 5 machines at work. The main reason I purchased a new machine was to have the dealer I bought it from here locally to service it when I NEEDED it. How wrong I was there. I am also disappointed with the quality of Polaris. Honestly, I don’t know how a business can operate like this and still manage to stay busy enough to have a 4 week wait time.Sincerely,Brian McCormack

We purchased a quad recently and the whole process of the transaction until the bike was on my truck went smoothly. Fritz was my salesperson and was very knowledgeable. Have taken Polaris vehicles there twice for repairs. Both times were less than stellar experiences.2016 Ranger 900 would not stay in gear. They replaced a broken spring in the transmission. Shifted much better when I got it back but still kept missing 1st and 2nd gear when I tried to shift into them. Took unit back and they said it was within specks and most of the vehicles on their lot miss gears, thus nothing they could do! I adjusted the shift cable and now it works fine!2015 Sportsman taken in because engine would not stay running. They replaced electronic gear sensor in the transmission. Runs fine now but when I got it back; the front housing on the headlight was not put back on correctly and was missing a screw, the front headlight beam adjustment screw was missing and, they had knocked off the rear crank case ventilation scoop.In both instance it took them over 3 weeks to fix the vehicle. They are very slow on repairs and do not back up their repairs.

The owners of the store are very nice and friendly. We enjoy going out there. They have really fun group rides to go on in the summer. Unprofessional, unwelcoming and unhelpful. Had a warranty failure in a brand new bike (tried to buy it from them in the first place to keep business local, but their price was so much higher than everywhere else, I dont think they wanted the business). Brought the bike after with speaking with KTM, major mechanical issue that resulted in a crash. After asking if I bought the bike from them, they laughed in my face and told me it will be a while till they maybe get to it - they just couldnt be bothered to represent the brand in the region.After I returned to pick up the bike and take it to a much more professional dealer in Montrose (a good distance away), they couldnt be bothered to point me to where they stowed it, making me run around the shop with everyone telling me how they havent seen a bike like that. I would rather drive out of state than spend a single dime at this shop ever again, and hope you will think twice too because they dont seem to care much about service once the bike is out their doors either.

Be careful and educate yourself prior to ordering any parts. I went in for 1 bulb for my ATV and was told it would cost $16. I asked if that was for a box of 10 and they said no, just one. I didnt buy the bulb, I went to NAPA and bought 2 for $3.89. If its not an emergency, buy your parts online and save your money.

Ouch! They know they are the only game in town. Stopped in to have them balance a motorcycle wheel and tire. We took the tire off in their parking lot and took it inside. $52 later - yes, $52 to balance a tire that they didnt even take off the bike. $10 in shop materials and $40 in labor! Good work, but $52 to balance a tire?!? What happened to a motorcycle brotherhood of helping a buddy out? I know they are in business to make a living, but $10 in parts and $40 in labor to balance a tire?!?

One of the best run businesses I have ever dealt with. We usually purchase our UTVS in Texas, but after purchasing through Joe (the owner) they will get all my business from now on. Their prices were lower than even the largest dealerships in Texas. Also spoke with the service department and they were just as helpful. This business is a perfect example of how an owner should lead by example and from in front. Nice job Joe.

Took my Honda rancher in for an oil change and basic tuneup last Friday. The next day it wouldnt start. I took it to another service center in Montrose where they tested the battery and it was at 8 V which is not enough to start the engine. It couldnt have drained 4V overnight which leads me to believe it was never checked during the original service. Being remote it was another day I have to spend to take it to a town make it right. Calling the fun center and asking about it they offered nothing but we hope you bring it back to us if theres a future problem. Cant say I will.

Took my bike in after describing the problem I was having. Went with the service I was told over the phone to ask for only to have my bike held for a month and at pick up Im told it has the problem I described and that the service they preformed didnt relate to it. Now Im out hard earned dollars to be back at square one. Caveat emptor.

My wifes motorcycle blew a fuel pump 700 miles from home. I called around the Durango Cortez area and Todd at the fun center was by far the most helpful and friendly. I needed a tire and new chain as well so he cut some breaks on the price knowing I was digging into my vacation budget. Great place with great people. I wish i lived closer so that they could be my primary motorcycle shop.

Stopped there to look at the new 2018 models. All the the vehicles were outside, exposed to the weather and real dirty and dusty looking. A sales rep called Joey showed up and tried in a holpery way to get into a conversation. The first new utv I was interested in, I asked him to start it for me, so I could listen to the engine. All I could hear, was a click sound from a dead battery.Maybe not the place I want to buy this overpriced vehicles.

Lyle and Tanya run a great shop and will work for your business with great prices. As a motocross fan I have always shopped at Fun Center. They have fielded a top-notch National Supercross Team and mentored world-class riders. They are the local Kawasaki, Suzuki and KTM dealers plus, all the other goodies, Quads, Side-by-Sides, Watercraft and boats. Love you guys!

I cant speak highly enough of Shane, Zane, and everyone else at Fun Center. Ive had the misfortune of buying a used KLR 650 from Craigslist that turned out to be a lemon. While on a big trip through Southwestern CO, my bike went belly up. Fun Center was the closet place that could help me and they took me in like I was family. Their professionalism, knowledge, and friendliness was some of the best ive seen anywhere, of any business. So good was their service that I have no problem driving hundreds of miles to do more business with them. In a society where customer service doesnt have the same meaning as it used to 10 or 20 years ago, its nice to see that some businesses still value the customer. Great job guys!
