Very professional no there tile and flooring. Spent many hours designing our house

We decided on Quality House instead of a big box store in hopes we’d get better service and assistance in choosing our carpet. Sadly wrong. No advice on carpets we were looking at ie: a carpet that shows every foot print. Ugh! But the quality of how the carpet was installed was disappointing. Can see a seam and the end of the roll carpet they said would “stand up” with time. Someone did come out to stream it but It still has not improved. Carpet installed Oct 2020. No one ever called to follow up. So disappointed. Can’t recommend them.

We had a great experience with QHI when we purchased our bedroom carpet. From selecting the carpet to the installation, it all went smoothly. Much better than the “big box store”. Our carpet was ordered and installed promptly. The installer was friendly, professional and did a quality job. Thank you, we are very pleased!
