My wife and I were switching to Verizon and every seemed to be fine. However, they didnt get the finances of the account set up before porting my phone from the other carrier. After my number was ported, it was discovered that my wifes number could not be ported due to a problem with the financial account. So now I am stuck with Verizon and my wife is still with our prior carrier and they say there is nothing they can do. Obviously, I will go to Verizon directly, but I would expect the manager to be able to do something more.

The new management and employees really changed the atmosphere of this store. I had been staying away but chose to give it another try since I needed customer service. I am so glad I did. My problem was fixed. I walked out feeling happy. My customer service was outstanding!! Thank you so much!!

Very unpleasant encounter with the guy with earrings and a ponytail. When his math wasnt adding up and I asked him to break it down, he did so by drawing random lines on a piece of paper with a condescending attitude.. Then once I corrected his calculations for him he became even more rude and obviously angry. I wouldnt recommend this location to anyone, for any service. Sage at Go Wireless (next to Zia south) was excellent - go see him!

Mariah was awesome, I purchased a liquid screen case and had it installed in store considering, Ive never had the liquid screen protector before. I left with peace of mind that I protected my phone efficiently with Mariahs recommendation and installation, which was helpful considering I didnt feel confident about applying the product myself. They dont even care if youre trying to buy a new phone and service. I sat there for over 2 hrs just waiting for someone to take my money and pay my bill! There was 5 associates in there and I was there before 2 of the other people walked in and all they kept telling me for 2hrs was someone will be with you shortly! While it didnt take 2 associates to sit in casual conversation with one person! Like I said there were 5 of them and only 3 customers INCLUDING ME! IM SO HAPPY IM NOT WITH VERIZON! WAY TOOOO EXSPENCIVE, AND TERRIBLE SERVICE. PLUS THEIR CORPORATION SET UP THEIR STORE IN A SO CALLED DEAD ZONE FOR WIFI AND INTERNET! In in todays world, the customer isnt right and they dont care anymore except if you accidentally pay your bill short by 32 cents and they threaten to shut you off. But they can accidentally take a_DOUBLE__PAYMENT OUT of YOUR BANK account and ALL THEY CAN SAY is SORRY, WE CANT PUT it back INTO YOUR ACCOUNT THIS MONTH, BUT WELL CREDIT YOUR ACCOUNT FOR NEXT month and the CREDIT NEVER GETS PUT in GOOD STANDINGS WITH YOUR CREDIT REPORT, BUT THEY WENT AND PUT THAT YOUR PAYMENTS HAVENT ALWAYS been PAID ON TIME OR IN FULL!!! ALL OVER, WHAT ENDED up BEING THEIR MISTAKE BY 32 CENTS! BECAUSE I PAID my bill IN PERSON WITH the BILL THEY SENT me IN FULL!! YUP THEY SCREWED up ON MY BILL, HAD THE BALLS to CALL me and SAY, MAM, YOUR CURRENT bill is not paid in full and that means it is also late. Like I said they dont care anymore except about the almighty dollar ( or should I say cent) since they merged corporations and became a huge conglomerate like the rest of corporate America!!.... 🤪🥴😫😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Mike Montoya is a tech genius! He got everything working on my iPhone and iPad, patient and courteous. He had customers waiting for his help and never acted stressed, even though this didn’t involve selling a product! Mike has been with Verizon for over 16 years, and they are lucky to have such a loyal, customer-minded employee.

I will say- It took me 4 days to get the upgraded phone I originally went in for. I spent so much time and frustration just trying to get a phone. However, the employee Anthony H. Went above and beyond his duty to make my issue right. The issue was on Verizon’s part, not necessarily the location. He spend countless time on hold and refused to take no for an answer with getting my phone up and working. Anthony turned a very unpleasant situation into success with the upmost professionalism and most outstanding customer service I have experienced. Anthony, you singlehandedly saved me as a customer with Verizon.

The retail associate that assisted me today, as well as with my previous visits, has adequately done her job. She provided me with a better customer experience than I would have received at either of the other stores local to me.

Amanda, the store manager, made what could have been a really frustrating experience, into a super pleasant one. I went in to inquire about getting an upgrade for my mom and I. We ended up finding all sorts of problems on our account, not her fault at all. Amanda then spent several hours of her evening making sure it was all worked out for me, all with a really good attitude and sense of humor. From now on, this will be the only Verizon store I go to.

All 3 phones with LTE service averaging 20kbs IN TOWN! Cant load a website on the phones. Went into this store for help. They said they could not fix thier service. I do not recommend this service or store employees. Russell Cellular operates this store...

While the in store customer service was friendly and helpful, I bought a phone that does not have enough capacity to download my previous phones data. I have to pay a $35 restock fee to get a phone with adequate capacity. That should have been an easy catch for a competent salesperson to see.

Very helpful when my wifes phone crashed and Verizon sent her a new one and we could not turn on the crashed phone to make sure her stuff was down loaded so she could load it to the new phone, they got the new phone loaded.

This store is very clean and the good folks who manage it are nothing like their predecessors. Dont be turned off by the old reviews, they were probably justified at the time but now they deserve to be buried.

My wife and I are not the most phone savy people but when we have a problem we go here for help and they treat us with respect and always help us solve our problem.

The two young gentlemen working there were very knowledgeable and helpful to say the least. Awesome experience and customer service. Highly recommended.

I do not recommend this Verizon dealer. They put the wrong number in, I didnt notice until Sunday. Went there to get it fixed...NOT open, even though it says open Sunday at noon. Called, could not even leave a message as their mailbox is full!

I would never buy another thing from this store if it was the last Verizon store in the states I would switch to AT&T and call it done. They stuck me with a lemon of a smart phone when I tried to get a replacement within the 14 days allowed they wanted to charge me 35 dollars for the box never any mention hey hang on to this box in case your phones alarm wont work, your time wont stay set on auto, and your screen freezes so you cant unlock your phone one word for this company TERRIBLE!

Allowed someone to come in and steal my upgrade, add devices to my account, and then run up almost 500 dollars in overages on my account. All because they took someones word that I was OK with all of it. When I found out what happened and I went to them to get it fixed/reversed the lady told me my bad. I definitely dont recommend these people. I have always received great service from Ensignal Verizon which is across the road.

They were deceptive in their sales practices. They sold us a tablet for $1 with the promise of no activation fee and no additional cost. WRONG. The activation fee was $40 and the monthly was $10 with a 2 year contract. Fortunately Verizon the mother ship took care of it after we returned the tablet.

Worst Verizon customer service EVER!!! Employee didnt do her job correctly costing me well over $1000 in the long run. Found out she was let go due to multiple issues she had but no one would help or correct her errors. Just rude a wast of building space!!!
