Worked with Eric to get out an order of hats. He was very transparent and timely. Due to the pandemic there are a lot of backorders with vendors and he kept me updated and was prompt with responses. He was able to last minute add on additional prints, and work with the design once the vendor changed. Highly recommend for printing needs due to communication, quick responses, and in general just helpful.

Half Price Tees is a screen printer that can customize shirts right on site, in just a few min. We liked several shirts but wanted the artwork on the back instead of the front, and they were able to take care of it right on the spot. When we got back to the hotel we noticed that the artwork on the front left chest was way too low. We took them back and offered to pay for some new shirts with corrected artwork since we left the store and didnt notice it. They reprinted out shirts in about 5 min and didnt charge us. They are committed to putting out a good product and taking care of their customers. I will send anyone I know going to Durango to Half Price Tees.

My husband and I were recently in the store and found Tees for our 3 grandchildren and ourselves. When we got home we realized our grandsons tee didnt have Durango, CO, on it, so I called the store and they graciously let me send the tee back and they printed the city/state on it and sent it back. All it cost me was shipping and a small labor charge. The staff here is very helpful, and very gracious.

Called to ask about some embroidery on a jacket and no one ever returned my call, so I will not be giving them any business.

Stopped in just to look at the selection and maybe buy one. I was met by Erica, who warmly welcomed me and explained the services offered by the store. Basically, if you see a print you like, but the size or color isnt right; they can print it to your specification in about two minutes. A few designs are made elsewhere, so they cant do the print. Just ask. Priscilla helped my girl friend with her purchase. Both Erica and Priscilla treated each costumer with a high level customer service, as if you were the only one there. Purchased four items as a result. Highly recommend a visit.

Ive been out of Durango for two years now, but during my entire time living there I had always heard about how great this store is. I have some friends who still live there and anytime they are in need of something custom printed or embroidered, Half Price Tees is their go-to spot.People always scream from the rooftops, GO LOCAL! Which is a super fantastic idea and a good way to support businesses you like. I was just afraid with being cross-country, it would be a problem for me when the time for me to get my companys logo printed on some shirts... Rest assured, there were zero issues. Its very obvious that the owners Eric and Kay know what theyre doing and theres a reason theyve been doing business for 15+ years. A girl by the name of Sarah was also helpful. They were EXTREMELY nice, professional, and easy to work with. It honestly might have been the single-best customer experience I have ever had. Ill never forget it. My custom-printed shirts were shipped to me and arrived in the time frame that I had needed them. Whats even better? They look incredible. Top notch - high quality work done by people who really care. I can finally conform and recommend this place, like so many people have to me before.In addition, while on a recent business trip, I was able to make a brief pit-stop in Durango. I was fortunate enough to have been able to actually stop in to Half Price Tees and meet the owners face-to-face, including their lovely staff. I will keep coming back for anything apparel related and I encourage everybody to do the same and buy from here!! :)

Tried to buy a hat for me and a toy for my daughter. Could not get the girl working to even acknowledge me. Sat at the register for 5 minutes with no hello or Ill be with you in a minute. Nothing. Needless to say I walked out with spending a dime

Absolutely the best t-shirt store in town! They custom made my t-shirt because I wanted something that was not available off the rack.

Best place in durango. I called them aftef leaving durango. Asked for a string back pack. The lady that helped me sent me pictures. Of the items in her store. I made a selection. She herself went to the post office and mailed it to me. Old fashion good ole customer service. If i could give her 1p stars she wpuld get that. She absolutely deserves it and more. Please keep up the GREAT customer service. Will definitely be back. You ROCK Girl..

Never followed through after I was asked to email requested info. Getting them on the phone was like pulling teeth to start. Went elsewhere.

Got told to move along by the manager standing outside while the rest of my party was shopping in store. Won’t ever buy from this place.
