My wife and I took our son for an ear well ear mold. Their office didnt even know Dr. Cain offered this service, we had to call several times before they could figure it out. We inquired about cost prior to taking our son in and were told the ear well kit was $550 which would be extended to us. My son had 3 visits of maybe 20 minutes each, one of which we had to wait over 2 hours for the doctor. The ear well kit is a prefab kit, the doctor pulled it out of the box, removed the cover of the adhesive backing and applied it to our son. My wife removed the mold herself 2 of the 3 times per Dr. Cains recommendations. Our insurance was billed $328 for an office visit and near $6000 for the creation of an ear prosthesis from a series of cast mold impressions. My son did not ever have a single cast mold impression done, nor was any prosthesis created. It was the pre-fab ear well brand kit which we were quoted $550. We contacted their office about the billing discrepancy and received a different excuse each time. They have still not done the right think and corrected our bill so today we had to file an appeal on the claim via our insurance company as well as a formal complaint against Dr. Cains medical license. This office does not communicate well with each other or the patients and does not follow through on what they quote for cost. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Waited an hour. Went in for hearing test and issues with balance and Vertigo. Turned in to hear aid sales pitch. Not one word about balance or Vertigo. Too focused on selling me on $4500 hearing aides. The set me up for Cocular Implant Evaluation!!! Huh?General comment about medical profession. No longer health care focus. Now about how much money they can yank out of you and your insurance. Dont submit to useless tests that render no useful results. Just paying for all that new equipment and staff that really dont care about your health.

This office is a pleasure all the way around. Whether at the receptionist, nurse Judy (5*), getting quality time & care from Dr Shackle or Erin & even at check out, I have always felt I mattered very much, my issue was important and they were always thorough in the solution & my care. Everyone is an asset here.

I highly recommend this whole Ear Nose & Throat practice. My first experience with them was for allergies that are now much improved. Dr. Rachel Cain did my initial exam for hearing loss and is the absolute BEST. The audiologist, Janae, is fabulous - very knowledgeable, gentle and patient. My hearing aids are great and the care and follow up have been equally wonderful.

Dr. Cain is by far the best doctor Ive ever seen in my life. She is not only extremely compassionate and gentle but also highly knowledgeable and talented at what she does. She performed sinus surgery on me a little over a year ago because I suffered with chronic sinusitis and was miserable for years. My sinuses are perfect now. I would highly recommend her to anyone and cant understand why someone gave this facility a one star review because the entire staff is phenomenal and very dedicated to extraordinary patient care.

If you are looking for a doctor that is caring and listens and explains everything in detail, then look no further than Dr. Rachel Cain. I met her a few years ago when she was at Mayo in Scottsdale and was so glad to find out she was going to Durango. Just had a skin cancer on nose removed and that left a hole. Dr. Cain looked at it and said she would take a piece from my forehead, cut downward and twist it and then put on end of nose. Has turned out Great.

We had a great experience with this office. Very friendly and professional, and the staff was kind and helpful. We appreciate what you do!

Dr. Caine is amazing. Shes very gentle with children especially special needs. My son is autistic and doesnt like being touched or having things done to him. She is patient, kind, and understanding.

If you want to wait for over a 1/2 an hour, when you have an appointment first thing I the morning and you are paying out of your own wallet. Be my guest! But as for me I left my time is valuable too.

Dr. Cain has a good table-side manner. She was caring, through, and personable. She made sure I was able to understand the action plan, allowed me to voice my opinions, concerns & was supportive.

I was referred to this office and they were kind friendly and informative. when it came to my test results they were quick to give me the answers
