Impressive selection of local, domestic, and even foreign brews that rivals a big city Spec’s or total wine. Maintaining all those options in such a modest space is a sign of attentive employees/management. Far superior to the Walmart next door which had been gutted of options and limited to begin with.Prices reasonable especially considering staff friendliness and knowledge.

The worse customer service. The so called Manager Mr. Jacob Cornett was extremely rude, kept talking to me in a loud voice, after I explained to him that there was a paid box of Portuguese wine in my name to be picked up by me. He numerous times said that was not possible because his the manager and he would know if that was true. After much back and forth discussion, they went in the back and low and behold they found the box. Very poor manners and awful customer service. I will never spend my money there and will never recommend for anyone to go there.

Nice store, dissent prices. No bathroom, if I like the average person spends 100 dollars in your business and you dont have a restroom major style point reduction. Wouldnt recommend

I enjoy wine and this is my go to spot to stock up for parties or events. Whenever Im here, always get a couple bottles of Maui Blanc wine to keep at home. Staff is very courteous and willing to offer selections of your liking.

I was complying with the leave backpack at door policy and I just asked the reason for it, wondering if it was covid related. I got two smart aleck answers and then he ignored me. So I left. I wont be back. No wonder there isnt anything on the website about customer service.

My friend asked the guy behind the counter a question about why everyone had to show their ID even though he wasn’t buying anything, out of curiosity. My friend was absolutely going to show his ID but was just curious. The guy behind the counter lost it and told him to get out and forced him to leave. Absolutely the poorest customer service ever. Would never recommend to anyone.
