Amazing store. Even the ladies next door said this guy is a wonderful person and an amazing shop. Definitely doing my 5 packages (mostly returns) a year through here if I’m in Durango.

Manager here insists on opening and inspecting every package regardless of contents or declared value. Ridiculous practice and a massive waste of time. Never encountered anywhere but this specific location. Go here only as a last resort. The FedEx office on Bodo will gladly accept your packages with a smile.

I use FedEx on a weekly basis through my company and this has been the worst FedEx Ive been to, the guy at the counter would not ship my package without cutting it open and tearing into my packaging. I had to go out of my way to go to another FedEx. I have never had this happen before with any other location.

Not sure why this place has any bad reviews, I just had them do a print and binding job and they were awesome!Eddie (the store manager) was very friendly, and quickly understood what I was trying to accomplish. Definitely the best FedEx print and copy center I’ve dealt with.

I just waited in line for half an hour, only for the guy to tell me he wouldnt ship my package unless l paid extra for him to take it apart and re-pack it. I worked in shipping for 5 years, so Im pretty confident in my packing skills. I suggest everyone go to the FedEx office in Bodo. Way faster service, and theyve never tried to up-sell me.
