Everyone was great 90 minutes from start to finish never bought anything that fast on credit. The guys where very knowledgeable of the product they was selling and straight forward about what we was getting.

When I went to pay for my unit they said that I had to pay cash check or finance my purchase.I was told I could not use my credit card because it cost them money.I was told they never take a credit card for purchase of their units.I felt cohersed into accepting a One and one half surcharge for using my credit card.To me this was bad form and unscrupulous business practices.

Super easy. Way laid back. They don’t tack on some of the surcharges that other dealers do. Not to mention, they have a super cool shop that’s easy enough to get to from DFW. Highly recommend and would buy from then again.

Poor workmanship lazy service workers. UpdateI was contacted by Trey and I communicated my complaints about what happened and vehicle was picked up to correct the issues. I was then told by Trey that they engine needed repair due to piston slapping, I know that it was nunning with no issues prior to being picked up but. ya know.. also the wiring still did not get connected. Trey did offer to pick up vehicle again but I declined.

Long story short: Took my bike in for repair. Got it back not running.Rode my bike to Jones about an issue with the air to fuel ratio because it was sputtering in higher gears. Told me it would take about 3 weeks before someone could look at it. As I couldnt figure out the problem myself, I decided that would be alright. I let them know that I recently rebuilt the carburetor, replaced the fuel pump, fuel lines, and fuel filter. I also replaced the battery and other parts. After nearly 7 weeks I get a call stating that it’s a problem with the carburetor. I thought hey, maybe I messed up something and agreed to let them rebuild it. At a ridiculous price might I add. 4x the parts price I paid for plus extra on the labor, that part was expected. After nearly 3 more weeks they call me and tell me it’s the fuel pump. At this point Im livid because they want to charge me a ridiculous price to fix my bike. It’s an older bike and the amount they were wanting to charge me was more than the value of the bike itself. I decide to go pick it up. IT WONT START! It won’t turn over plus the battery is dead. One of the sales reps made a comment stating that maybe I killed the battery by trying to start it. I cant ride my bike home. I had to wait until the weekend to be able to pick it up. During that week there were heavy storms. Do you think they put any of the bike they work on in the garage or in a protected area? Think again. Anything they work on is left out in the weather. Finally, I get my bike home. Replaced the battery. Starts up and idles. The moment I pull the throttle the engine dies. For those of you that dont know, that means there is a clog or other problem with the carburetor. The one part I allowed them to work on they screwed up. Now I have to take apart the carb and clean it out gain.DONT EVER TAKE ANYTHING THERE TO BE LOOKED AT LET ALONE LET THEM WORK ONT IT!Update: I took apart the carb and the seals are the wrong ones and I am missing every O ring for the screws to the carb.

Bought a 2016 Sportsman 850 and 2017 General from them due to pricing. Service is higher than expected, and each time we have taken the General in for service they needed to change the belt despite us not having any issues. Charged $120 to install a $20 seat belt bypass since they could not fix the issue with the General going into limp mode. Still have the issue occasionally to this day. On our last and probably our final visit they scratched the hood, left grease hanging off every grease fitting, and wanted to charge $300 to install a Corbin plug & play turn signal kit. They originally quoted me $100 to install a cheap golf cart kit that would have required more work and wire than the simple kit I shipped them. Go there for the low prices on Powersport toys, but skip their over priced service since it is not worth the drive to Durant from north TX.

I just bought a new SxS and the whole purchasing experience was excellent. They gave me a good deal on the purchase price and installed accessories, and the best part is they dont charge freight/setup like other dealers(only a $50 document fee). My salesman(Baylor Newcomb) was very helpful during the sale and was also quick to answer some questions I had a few hours after the sale. Thanks to the great staff at JPS I was in and out in exactly 1 hour, and I will definitely give them more of my business in the future.

Ordered a 2021 xp1000 turbo, went and picked it up and it quit running 9 miles out on the trail on the same day.. everyone is so helpful prior to and during purchase!! Now Cant get anyone to help with this situation or no reimbursement for tow fees,very frustrating to have this bad of service that wont address getting customer fixed up, still without a drivable unit with lots of promises of call backs! I do not recommend this dealership!!!

My salesman Clint was great. The finance guy was quick and the two female staff members were really hot and really sweet. We made a deal over the phone and he gave me his out the door price which beat all other dealerships I had inquired with. The price that Clint told me over the phone was the price I paid, no fees, no service charges and nothing sketchy. I live in Fort Worth and drove two hours to get my bike from here. They beat DFW Honda out of Grapevine TX by $2,000. Not joking. The exact same bike that Clint sold me for $6,750 out of the door, DFW Honda was trying to sell to me for $8,200 after there service charges, assembly fee and whatever else they tried to do to increase the price. The whole process (minus my time walking around checking out other bikes) was probably 20 minutes total. I did my finance app online and paid my deposit over the phone which made things very easy once I arrived. Over all it was a great experience that was most defiantly worth the two hour drive.

Havent purchased from them yet but were long on the sell to be honest, we never buy on the first or even the fifth visit. It takes a lot of time to get a good feel for a place and these kinds of purchases shouldnt be done on impulse.Every time weve been there theyve been VERY respectful. If they dont know about something theyre honest about it, opting to go find the hard numbers instead of unloading sales pitch after sales pitch. Theyre usually very busy because of a strong reputation for keeping things truthful. Weve met the owner every time weve gone, and its more then just nice to see someone like that interested in every customer equally whether theyre purchasing or not. Each time weve asked about price NEVER ONCE has anyone there thrown out a larger number only to claim they have an extra special limited deal just for us... And it just happens to be the price on their office lists. We live in Texas so purchasing here wouldnt be as easy for us, but the no nonsense service is worth it to us. Ill update when we do finally decide to take the plunge but from multiple visits the only thing I can say is that their parking sucks. Good selection on gear, and great selection on bikes in nearly all styles (dirt, road, leisure, kids, economy) and many many others including 4x4 and water toys.Love this place.

Hello my husband and I have been talking to the Parts department for over 2 weeks now; trying to get a roof, windshield, lights bought and installed on our Cam Am. However he has left 3 messages for the person he has been dealing with and so far not even a phone call back. He called Tuesday and all the parts guys were busy but they would take his name/number and call back well its Friday now and still no response. Trying to decide on what roof would work with the windshield, how ever the parts person was not able to say yes or no if it would work with the armor tech roof. After my husband was told he would be called back that day after they installed one, nobody called back. Sad to say we will be using another dealership to get the parts bought and installed. Sounds like that this location has way too much business and needs to have some competition.

I liked Jones in the past, but my latest experience with Jeremy in the used department was horrible mainly because of his lies. Lies about literally everything from paperwork, to the weather to whatever....you name it. And they are lies that a 5th grader could pick out. I had to ignore the obvious lies just to ask questions but it eventually became too much. I mean how hard is it to just tell the truth and see where that gets you?

I really appreciated his efforts and professionalism!The financing on the other hand was horrible. My mistake of not being more thorough while signing paperwork, but the rate I got is ridiculous for someone that has phenomenal credit! The finance guy didn’t explain a single thing, just went through and said “sign here” 10 times. I was very unhappy, with myself AND the financing department! Got home(1 hr drive) with my ride, and several bolts were in the floor that I had to puzzle piece back onto the unit, which should NOT happen. Hoping for better service next time for sure. I believe they definitely need more staff. I prefer to purchase locally so I will continue to give Jones a shot, especially after buying the maintenance service.

I live 30 minutes from a large Powersports dealer, yet I’ve drove 2 hrs to Jones Powersports for my families last 3 atvs and utvs. I recommend them every time I get the chance.They always give out-the-door pricing over the phone. Never surprised by unexpected fees and BS. Every guy and gal in that place is awesome and helpful. Will continue to go back over and over.Update: Bought (2) more dirt bikes, in 2020, same great service as always.

I contacted them back in July, wanting to purchase a new bike (KLX140L) for my son, but they didnt have it in stock (they mostly carry UTVs - very limited bike selection). Salesman said they were expecting new inventory of 2021 models any day and I told him that was fine and there was no rush, it was going to be a Christmas gift anyway. Asked him to save my number (not to mention the email I later sent, that was never answered) and to please contact me when it was available - never heard from them again. Fortunately, I was able to make the purchase elsewhere. I guess they werent too interested in selling $3000+ dirt bikes, with all the $20k-$40k UTVs they had 😕
