I went to AutoZone Last night because I wanted to buy a battery I went out and checked it I back in he looks it up on the computer 💻 tell me how much the battery was $300 I told him I couldnt afford that he said well you cant go no lower than this battery here which was $199 vintage as we do it aint your battery its your alternator buy the $300 battery he wanted me to buy fixed income and then hes out there telling me Ive been a licensed mechanic for so many years I dont care what he was hes working at AutoZone he is supposed to help afford the most expensive thing they got try to help him out a little bit dont sit there and try to sell them something else Im going to OReillys where they do help u

I was visiting relatives in Durant last week and my battery died. I bought a Duralast Gold battery about 3 years ago. I took it to the Durant Location and they tested it and gave me a new battery it was within the warranty period. I took it back to my vehicle and installed it and have not had a problem since. I had the system checked once I got chance and the new battery was 100 percent and the alternator passed and was working fine.

Was relieved to discover the customer service of this auto zone in my new home town. I wasnt sure if I needed a new battery or not or possibly 2 ( big red has to is it diesel) but the gentleman at the counter helped me out tremendously & tested everything and thus I only needed one battery (which he installed). awesome service ....thank you so much

Ive came to the AutoZone several times and the staff is always capable and willing to help. They offer free battery testing and computer code reading. They also offer different selections of parts and a wide array of retail products. The selection of retail products here is a lot better than the Napa down the street. They do not carry any of the heavy equipment such as hydraulic type stuff but Im sure it could order it. The Napa down the street is privately owned and more geared towards agriculture and industrial customers. The store is really nice for the average walk-in Joe that just needs a few items for the weekend.

Did not have what I needed

It smells like skunk weed when you walk in the door but they had what I needed. Just dont like the smell.

Autozone is the BEST place to go when you are doing mechanic work on your vehicle. I have yet to be disappointed by the service and selection available at any Autozone. If you are unsure of how to do a job on your vehicle, you can likely ask one of the employees and they will know how to help you out (great staff that is passionate about mechanic work). My dad and I had the radiator go out in our truck while driving through Durant, and were lucky enough to stop at this Autozone. They had our part in stock (radiator for 1993 F-150) and were able to lend us a tool or two so that we could get the job done in the parking lot (since it was an emergency). When we had problems getting the radiator in and accidentally ruined the radiator, the staff was helpful enough to warranty out the first radiator and get us a new one, saving us over $100. I am very impressed with their inventory management system that accurately shows (for the most part) when an item is in-stock, and if it isnt, which nearby Autozone has the part available. This is extremely helpful.

I can get what I need here for my truck. What more can you ask?

So kind of the guy to come out and put wipers on my car. I was having a time with it. He didnt seem bothered at all. I tipped him $5 and off I went. Theyve always been great like that. Ive talked to a lot of people that would tell you the same.

The manager was rude and not helpful whatsoever. He wasnt wearing a name tag so I didnt get his name. I will DEFINITELY be going down the road to OReillys from now on.
