They seem to specialize; n trucks coming to you. they were not able to help with my china cabinet glass. They did refer me to a nice glass company.

He was on time,friendly and incredibly fast!!!20 min and he had my window in. I checked at least 10 places and they were cheapest. It was a 150 difference from others.

I think she is a one-woman show over there because she handled everything from the scheduling, to the install to the collection of payment, She communicated with me throughout the process and even got it done faster than I expected.

Did a great job on my Honda. They replaced my front window and my sunroof. They were $200 cheaper then anywhere else and did the work quick and professional. I would highly recommend going there.

I had to wait more than 2 hours, and than the windshield was not right and had to go back to get a new one put in again. I had to go there 4 times before I got my windshield repaired right. But the workers where nice.

I work at a dealership and have transactions with them every other month or so. The work is fairly priced, high quality, and they are easy to deal with; Especially Edith, their receptionist, who is elegant and extremely helpful.

I love these guys. They took care of a glass panel we needed in our back door after we locked ourselves out and they made a nice custom piece of glass to go on top of my grandfathers antique desk.

This place is a lifesaver! I neglected to get my car front windshield fix for a couples of months because of the cost. Contacted the dealership who recommended I contact Durham Glass. From my first call to the completion it was very smooth. Edith also was very helpful with providing my quote. She also went above and beyond to make sure my replacement was the same as what I had before. If I need a full replacement, I will be coming back.

I called around to several places looking to get a glass tabletop for my new dining room table. Most places were over priced and charged over $150 to deliver. Durham Glass did an awesome job on my glass tabletop. Staff was great and worked work me. Price was by far the best and production and deliver was quick. I 100% recommend Durham Glass!

I got windshields replaced on my two cars here. The price was the lowest around each time. Nothing to complain. Recommended.

Ordered a glass desk top for a solid cherry wood desktop. The first top arrived with small but noticable chips. The fit was slightly off, which was because I used cardboard for the template, which in retrospect was a poor choice. Edith replaced it promptly and suggested a better method for a new template. The replacement came even faster than the initial top and was flawless. I highly recommend them.

Great service! They made sure I would be home to change out my windshield. Called and spoke with them several times and they had even offered to come to my workplace to fix it.

Local company, I have used them twice. Quality Service both times. They answer the phones when you call, call you back when they say they will, they come to my work to replace the glass. Second time I wasnt there because I had to take my daughter to the emergency room - they had no problem rescheduling me. The only place I call to get auto glass!

Great place for glass replacement

I have been waiting to do this review until I had the chance to observe my new windshield in all types of weather. Early in the fall of 2014, my front windshield was hit by a rock while driving on the interstate. The crack in it spread really fast, so we decided to completely replace the windshield. I looked at other places, but no other companys prices could beat Durham Glass price. To make things easier, they also came TO MY HOUSE to do their work, and it didnt cost anything extra.Ive now driven this car to Tennessee and back (as well as all around the Triangle), through rain, snow, strong winds, and in both hot and cold temperatures, and I must say that I am extremely pleased with how well this has worked.The team at Durham Glass is efficient and skillful, and they truly put their customers first.

Pathetic, ignorant, assinine, and completely inept. I ordered a special piece of glass from them and they KNEW I needed it the next day. As long as it doesnt break in shipping we will have it for you tomorrow. I honestly believe that they are such pathetic human beings that have no impact on anyone other than those forced to deal with them that they INTENTIONALLY scewed my order in order to amuse themselves. When I showed up at 4:45 to pick up the glass, it was four inches wider than the dimensions on the work order. Then the troglodyte at the desk asked the helper to get another tape. Like she believed that another tape would take FOUR INCHES off of the width. Now my whole schedule is upside down because I gave them the benefit of the doubt and had confidence in their ability to successfully read a measuring tape. A six year old probably can but they cant. Save your time. Go to someone who can count without removing their shoes.

Dumb dumb dumb. Order a size of glass. Done in 30 min! Wow. Go and pick it up. I get there and they ask me for the dimensions so they can write a receipt. Okay. Go to pay. $28. Sorry we dont take cards less the $100. Okay. Check? Sorry no. What sort of business doesnt accept card payment. Joke. Waste of my day.
