I am a big fan of this place. And especially since we are talking NY style bagels! Every location of this bagel store I have been in has always been a great experience. Locations are great, great atmosphere, fresh food and bagels and also friendly staff! Plus you can’t beat the huge selection of bagels they have. And on Mondays, you definitely don’t want to miss out...13 bagels for $8! Freaking awesome! This is a must visit if you’ve never been!!

I wish this place was more pleasant because it is certainly convenient for those in need of a quick bite for breakfast, or pick-me-up snack during the day. Convenience is the only thing this place has to offer. Every time I walk by or have forced myself to stop in to purchase something (only because its convenient) there is very rarely anything to choose from. In addition to having nothing to choose from the staff is among some of the most unpleasant service industry staff Ive ever encountered. I worked in the service industry for quite some time and feel I have more respect for this industry than the average person. I go out of MY way to speak to, greet and compliment the staff here in hopes of some positivity in exchange but it is never reciprocated. The last time I ordered from the menu (that had pre-selected ingredients) the lady stared back at me and snapped well are you going to tell me what kind of bagel you want that on? I replied I see it comes with the potato roll...can I just have that? to which she replied well can you not see we dont have that?. This a prime example of their supply, or lack their of, and extremely poor customer service. It seems like there are some serious measures management needs to take to ensure these people are in a happy healthy working environment OR weed out people who arent there to at least smile and return a hello how are you. I have vowed, no matter how convenient, to avoid Einsteins at all cost. To me, its worth arriving to work a little earlier to choose another vendor for breakfast. My coworkers feel the same.

Bagel store without the bagels. I went to Einsteins this morning hoping for a bagel sandwich . Their hours say 6:30 but at 7:20 there were only three everything bagels in the entire store. Not other bagels of any kind available. Lots of people walking in and walking out. To be fare there was three types of rolls spread around to make things look more full. Id say the franchisee should get their ordering down or change the name to Einstein Sandwich Rolls

They were out of a lot of product. What they did have was delicious. The staff was very nice and accommodating.

This place is great!While at the Childrens Health Center I went to this spot out of sheer desperation because in all honesty I am not a bagel fan. But since I did not feel like hunting down a closer place to get lunch I stood there trying to pick something off the menu and received the help of both Miss Gloria and Miss Amina. They patiently helped me find a delicious sandwich that didnt include a bagel:). And my, oh my did Miss Amina put her foot in that sandwich! Very tasty!See you soon!!

The bagels and coffee are good but, the manager with the loud blond hair is rude and doesn’t put the customers first. She likes to serve her customers when she likes. Won’t be coming back.

Frozen dough. If you’ve never had a real bagel, made from fresh dough, they’re okay but far from what bagels are supposed to be! Bread and bagels should never be called fresh if it’s frozen, and for who knows how long! A disgrace! Sacrilege!
