I am a salon owner in Durham and I always go to Sunny’s beauty On Roxboro Road because they are always friendly, helpful, And reasonably priced. I’ve never had a bad experience at this beauty supply. Items are easy to locate, And the variety of hair products is exceptional! Most of all customer service speaks a lot to me that’s why I will always patronize this location.

Sunny Beauty Supply is definitely one of the best beauty supply stores in Durham. From the kind and courteous staff always will to help and offer suggestions the service is A-1! Whether it’s this location or the location in the village; you’re sure to be satisfied with your experience!

Sales staff is very knowledgeable of product location,and what they are for. Which is very helpful. Staff knowledge of product is very good for customers,and means training is very informative descriptive as well.Prices are within a good range. Store located in good location as well. I love that its family owned.

As lots of supplies. The only thing they dont have is THE KUZI COCONUT CONDITIONING & HAIR DRESS GREASE. THEY NEED TO ORDER THAT FOR CUSTOMERS IMMEDIATELY!!! ITS A VERY GOOD PRODUCT FOR ALL TYPE HAIR. ORDER IT PLEASE.

I had a great experience shopping there today . The staff was very helpful and knowledgable as well as friendly. They are also welcoming and thats hard to find these days . I will definitely be going back very soon! They also were not trying to rush me out of the store like at other local beauty stores and I can tell they enjoyed their jobs .

Had great sale prices and a wide selection of hair and products. Staff was great and very helpful. When Im in the area I will visit again.

This store is more concerned with theft. They have the anti theft stickers on top of the directions and they have them taped on with so much clear tape its a disgrace. I get people steal, but come up with a better system.
