My boyfriend’s mother recommended I check out Home Goods for home decors. It was the first time I went to this store, and good gracious was I marveled! The store has it ALL! Kitchen utensils and essentials, living room decor, furniture for your entire home, personal care, pet needs and more! See attached for current store offerings. And most definitely? Be prepared to spend lots of time and money in this store! 😁

The only reason I’m giving this location 2 stars is because the store is always spotless. You never have to dig for items, mirrors and wall decor are in size order so you don’t have to worry about something falling on you. Bedding is in size order and bath items are color coordinated! Even the dog beds are in fabulous order! Aisles are more clear at this location, so there’s room for all the carts. Service here is horrific! I’ve been to this location numerous times, different days of the week, and different times. So it’s not like one person was having a bad day. EVERYONE is rude (management included), cold, it’s clear you’re annoying to them, and don’t ask for help unless you want an eye roll. They rushed the transaction didn’t ask for my rewards card which I presented, didn’t wrap my frames, and was overall rude. Don’t ask for help with bringing an item to your car, the associate will be gone by the time you bring the car around! And they offered to help me btw!!! If it’s such a problem and it takes so much time out of your day, I can do it myself. If anything I helped your conversation. I’ve learned my lesson at this point.

Love the variety and stock in this store. There is always something new to check out with their constant rotation.Isles can be right but two shopping carts can pass if done correctly. Store is well organized and well maintained. The staff is constantly putting things back where they belong. they are fast to answer questions and to help as needed.Very eady to buy now and pickup later. And if you need any assistance they are happy to help.For those seeking coveted Rae Dunn pieces this store has the most in stock consistently that I have ever seen.

This store will put your list away! Large variety of inviting items.. Its an impulse shopping magnet. Everything whispers, want me! Not the store to practice restraint.

I have always enjoyed the store, but the mask policy is a joke. Yesterday, when I was there it wasnt very crowded but there were at least four people blatantly without masks. Wont be back for awhile.

Largest home goods Ive ever seen, wife loved the place

I received an item for a gift and it broke. I called this Home Goods in Durham, NC in Renaissance Village and spoke with an associate by the name of Lilly she told me what to do and to bring the item in for a store credit or exchange. She was so nice and very professional!!! I went in Friday and I did not see her however, I did come in contact with Margie and Mollie! They were both so nice and had EXCELLENT EXCELLENT EXCELLENT customer service!!! My return was easy and stress free! I have never shopped at Home Goods before but they have convinced me that I should start!!! I really thank them for this experience and I want to acknowledge how amazing and professional they were!!!!

I love Home Goods. So many choices to make. The Easter selection is quite good. Paintings are very nice, many of the beach.The blanket throws are in many themes and seasonal. Check it out!

HomeGoods is my addiction. And my experiences are usually fun since I organize and decorate a lot. If theres one suggestion I could make it would be to start using shoppers phone numbers to access their store loyalty account. Lots of customers simply dont carry loads of store loyalty cards around with them.

A lot of things to choose from as far as home decor

Dont get me wrong ..I love home goods and I love their selection. But what annoyed me on my last visit and several others is the dirty bathroom. Paper towels spewing out of the trash on the floor. Didnt have any soap in the soap dispenser. And had soap from off the aisle in the bathroom which probably isnt even antibacterial soap. They dont have purse hooks on the back of the door so u have to hold your purse in your lap while using the toilet. Not cool. Hopefully they get this fixed. I feel sorry for any mother who has to take her kid in there. Its a hot mess!

Fun to shop at HomeGoods. Only problem is I always spend more than I intend to.

Nice treasures can be found when opened, but hours of operation are NEVER consistent! They post certain opening hours on their website, but once there a sign is usually taped to the window indicating different hours. That is so frustrating especially when making a trip across town just to shop there. This has happened on numerous occasions so I really dont know why I keep going back for the same punishment 😐 Ughhhhhhh

You’ll find everything you didn’t know you wanted or needed - and be prepared to feel like deer in headlights walking in to all the options! In a way it’s the epitome of America but heeelloooo Christmas? Check. Candles? Check. Bath mat? Check. Colouring book? Check. Spatula? Check. Just go, you won’t be disappointed

This store has all kinds of treasures, especially in the Gourmet Food section. I love trying out new spices. Today I was lucky and left with a good bounty.

This is the kind of place you go when you want a deal and dont need that one exact thing. Ive bought a lot of dog toys here, as well as the more usual pillows and cooking utensils. This is not a pet friendly store, but the service dog Im training snuck into a couple photos.

I go to this HomeGoods all the time Its the one closest to my house here at southpoint Mall. Its pretty nice as far as HomeGoods go I think we might have a little more furniture than most simply because there are no clothes you know like the ones with the TJ Maxx. But anyway its a nice HomeGoods. Google never ask me to write reviews for this home goods which is weird because I go here a lot.

The lines were extremely to long, I thought about abandoning my cart a couple times. Only 3 cashiers. The line wrapped into the walkway and blocking through traffic.

Awesome place with great deals! Random merchandising can be chaotic at times. Dont plan on a quick in and out shopping experience. But I guarantee if you spend some time looking around you will find something worth the effort and money.

They have a great selection of bruder toys for children as well as home items. It is not dump looking like some other stores. We have visited about a dozen times during holiday season and the staff is always nice and keep this place walkable when new goods are being stocked up on the shelves. We appreciate this very much.

They have amazing sales. They have pretty much anything you could want (almost). The isles are really cramped and its most of the time very messy but overall a great store!

I love this store. You never know what treasures you will find for home, pet, grandchild or next meal! I just wish it was better staffed. I spend as much time in line to check out as I do shopping at times.

I love HomeGoods, I have always found things I need and some I dont. They have the coolest kitchen supplies from dishes, cookware, glassware and kitchen gadgets. They have gourmet food items. There are tons of decorative items for every room in your home even large rugs, furniture and lamps. They carry alot of seasonal items too.

Homegoods allows dogs in store, any and not just service animals. With the way the store is set up and there is so much product on the floor, blocking aisles, etc. it’s hard enough to navigate the store without worrying about an owner who has their dog on a long leash. Also, I don’t want to buy furniture or pillows or throws someone’s dog has touched which I’ve seen happen in store. I understand people love their pets, but I wish Homegoods would only allow service dogs.

Never call them and ask if they carry a product. I drove 40 minutes to get a product that they didnt have nor did the employee remember picking up the phone and talking to me.
