We needed less water during the pandemic, so we havent had a monthly delivery for some time. The other day, I realized that we were out of water in our church choir room. So I called Culligan Water of the Triangle and requested four bottles. I thought I might be a couple weeks before it arrived. But one of their wonderful delivery persons, Sean, heard someone in their office mention our need for water. Sean spoke up, said he knew exactly where were located, and I had four bottles of water the next day! Weve purchased water for our cooler from Culligan of the Triangle for years, and the service has been consistently excellent. Thank you, Sean!

Have owned unit for 16+ years with zero problems. A quick look at our pipes going in (grey) and out (clear)of system will show how well Culligan water softners work! A gasket started a slow leak--Jason was quick to find and fix the problem. Amazing customer service and good people. Highly recommend
I moved to N.C. a year ago and my wife and I were concerned about water quality. We researched various companies and received price quotes. We chose Culligan Water of the Triangle to install a whole house system plus an osmosis filter system under the sink. We are very glad we chose them. The system operates flawlessly and their Platinum care saves me from lugging those bags of salt from the home improvement store. Culligan is the right choice for system and service.
Ray came out to test my water and recommend a system. He was great and very informative. Tony came out to install the system a couple of days later, and he was awesome. Very fast, efficient, and polite. I would absolutely recommend Culligan to anyone looking for a water treatment system.
Got my first Culligan system 23 years ago. Have had to reach out for service maybe 3 times since then. Always receive prompt and courteous service. Recently had to have conditioner replaced. Did so with high efficiency unit which will significantly reduce salt usage and at a competive price. Tony did an excellent job with the install, responsive to questions and informative. Even removed all components and placed crawl space liner underneath without question. Installed new salt bin(full) and threw in refurbish as well, nice surprise. Definetely recommend Ray, Jason, Tony and all the employees at Culligan of the Triangle.
Culligan Water has been delivering water to my job (Flexential) for over five years now and I can say they are one of the best companies around. Their services are reliable and we never run low on water. I would also like to shout out our technician Juan Delacruz who is always delivering us our water. He is very friendly and always does a quick job with delivering. Appreciate him and the company!

Sean, our representative is great! He comes whether we are here or not and services our filtration system perfectly. He doesnt mind our dogs and they have gotten to where they like him too! Great service and prices.
We cannot recommend this company enough! Even with the craziness COVID has caused, they were able to come onsite, figure out what needed to be done, and have it done within a week. They went well out of their way to fix our water. Everyone at the company is great when it comes to communication and you never end up waiting on a phone call back. We specifically worked with Jason, but all of the employees were of high caliber. Definitely use Culligan of the Triangle for all your water needs.

Our delivery driver, Francisco, is great! He’s always kind, efficient and professional. However, I couldn’t always get a timely response from the manager. Overall, I’d give them 4 stars.
I see there are lots of 5-star reviews. Those who write such reviews may change their tune once they have a complaint or concern. I have had several concerns but all I got when I contacted the office--either by phone or by email--was an attitude of indifference or no reply. And outright unfriendliness. After having a leaking bottle damage a rug months ago, this week my water dispenser sprang a leak and leaked a large puddle onto the kitchen floor. I decided Id had enough. I emailed Culligan, explained what had happened and told them they could come and pick up the dispenser and the remaining water. Do you think I received a reply to the email? I did not. No apology for the damage or the inconvenience, no query as to how they might keep me as a customer, no information as to when the equipment would be removed. Nothing. The delivery guy did arrive the next morning to take everything away. I must say that the delivery guys have always been friendly and efficient. No complaints there (and thus, two stars). I like doing business with companies that at least attempt to cultivate good customer relations. Culligan of the Triangle does not. They seem to care not one whit whether youre a happy customer or not.
The product and service was good. I was a multi-site commercial customer for years. I went through the proper cancellation process and timing, but they still drafted my accounts even after being told they wouldn’t. Also, after speaking with the owner Ray multiple times, I have not gotten my refund. Like another recent review, I continue to get invoices for services I have long since cancelled. Choose another service company.
My experience with Culligan has been great. Sean comes on the scheduled days, keeps our system up and running well, answers any questions that we have, and leaves a helpful note on days that we cannot be there. We appreciate the good service. Keep it up.
Very happy with these folks and their services. Joey came out and tested our water. Walked through everything so we fully understood our water quality and options for equipment. Within 48 hrs our installer, Tony, was at the door and ready to get our equipment installed. He worked with us to determine the best location to place the equipment. The installation was done within a couple hours and we were on our way to better quality water. We have seen such a difference in our water! Thank you Culligan team!
Our water delivery experience with Juan D. was excellent. He called ahead to confirm preferred entry. He answered all our questions confidently and even assisted with loading full water bottle onto dispenser. Very professional and pleasant attitude.
We have been using Culligan Water of the Triangle for quite a while both at home and two different businesses. One of our businesses has been out of water for 3 weeks. I called Ray (Culligan GM) this morning and asked for a delivery today, which turns out to be an unreasonable expectation. Not only was water not delivered today, but I find out we have not had a delivery since April, yet Culligan charged me for May delivery service, and 3 bottles of water they did not deliver. As it turns out the delivery driver put a note that our office was closed, when if fact it was not closed. I was personally in the office along with my staff on the time and date the delivery was SKIPPED. Culligan Water of the Triangle does not have any customer service. Culligan did not leave a note, Culligan did not call and let us know we had been skipped. Yet Culligan auto drafted my account anyway. It is my fault as Ray told me, because I did not call and question the missed delivery, or call immediately when we ran out. I would advise any business that lets Culligan auto draft their account know that all a driver has to do is skip you and Culligan will still draft your account.
I have loved Culligan water for a long time now. I have nothing but great things to say and their employee Sean is such a rockstar. Hes always so kind and funny. I definitely enjoy his visits. Keep up the good work!!

We depleted our supply of water early this month, but Juan D delivered the water for our office the very next day. He was prompt and courteous . . .even in the 90+ degree heat.

Absolutely horrible service. I tried canceling my service, and they refused to cancel it even AFTER I spoke with someone on the phone and emailed. They insisted that I email a specific email address to cancel. After I did that, they continued to bill me for a month of service that I never received, and every month they slap a late fee on it. There is over $100 in late fees for a service I never received and had canceled. I spoke to them on the phone, and they just dont care. Shady, shady business. Would give them zero stars if possible. Stay away!
Culligan of the Triangle has been servicing our water softener for many years. They are always on schedule and do a great job. Sean is our technician and works quickly and cleanly-- most of the time I dont even know that he is here. It is great to have a trusted service provider.
I had an issue with Culligan service but after contact with the company, the issue was resolved fairly.
The service was horrible.... I called them to send somebody out to look at a system that was in a house I bought. I told them I wanted a quote to fix it if it was not working. It took them months to get back to me. They had told me originally that there was no cost. When the service guy finally came out he said it would be north of $100 just to look at it. I went ahead and had him take a look. He told me it would cost 1K or more to fix (roughly double what a new system would cost). He never provided a formal quote. They were happy to bill me though. Because of this I bought a system elsewhere and will purchase salt etc elsewhere as well.

He comes by, going into the crawl space where our water is treated. He does his job and we usually don’t even know he’s here, except for the note he leaves for us. They came when they said they would come. The delivery guy, Manny was personable and accommodating. We used Culligan when we lived overseas so it was an easy decision to use them again. And the handles in the bottles were a bonus for us! :)
I have a whole-home Culligan water filtration system. The main reason I got it a year ago was because my water is acid: between 6.0 and 6.5 and I needed to have the pH adjusted. I recently noticed blue-green discoloration in my sinks, so I called and Francisco came out to my home and inspected the whole system. Because of the acid water, it is natural for deterioration of the unit to occur. And, in fact Francisco found some deterioration, replaced the parts, cleaned the contents of the filter (replacing the slurry to ensure that I have 100% useful agent), and made sure that everything was tested. In fact, Francisco deserves special commendation because he patiently took me through the entire testing process: comparing water before it is filtered with water after it is filtered. I saw that the unit took me from 5 grains hardness to soft water, and (more importantly) from 6.0-6.5 pH to 7.0-7.5 pH. Well done! Thanks Francisco! This is the reason I spend the money each month with Culligan. Service matters.

We have a RO system from Culligan, installed 10+ years ago. The product itself seems good but customer service recently with this company was terrible. After a simple electronic inquiry about replacement filters, a Culligan rep shows up at our home unannounced and uninvited. We bought his filters, since he was there, and later learned we were charged a $104 service fee for the visit (in the past, we have purchased filters that were dropped off, paying only for the filters and not the visit). When I called to inquire about this invalid charge, the person answering the phone was rude. In total, I had to talk to 3 people and the end result is that we will return the filters at our expense to remove the service fee that Culligan charged us without substantiation. I will never do business with this company again.

Service and quality of water was good. Business closed as of December 31, 2019 and the bottles were personally returned the first week of January 2020. A REFUND is due and was promised upon reconciling of the account. Several visits to their office and promises the check will mailed the next week still has not occurred. Now four (4) months later (April) still no refund check and Jason has not returned my calls. A complaint has been filed with the Better Business Bureau and court filing soon to be processed. BEWARE06-02-2020 Update to review - previous issues finally resolved, upgraded to four stars.
