Curtis and Pat arrived at the agreed time for the visit. They have done an excellent job explaining the possibilities and pros/cons for the sunroom project. Really nice the explanation regarding frame materials and the different kinds of glass. We have closed the contract and now I am looking forward for the same professionalism during the project execution, respecting quality and time.

Pat from Champion came for a free consultation on building a sunroom project. He arrived right on time and spent three hours explaining everything and answered all our questions. He has demonstrated a very high level of professionalism. My interaction with him has created a very good impression on the company. We have two other consultations to be done. I will post a follow-up review if we go with Champion on the project.

Matt was amazing! He was professional and respectful. He was super knowledgeable with a great personality. He did an excellent job on his presentation. A great experience from start to finish! The only negative is lack of update during manufacturing which took about 5 months. We were told it would take 2 days for install, and instead it took a full week which was stressful as we were scheduled to be out of town and werent sure they would finish before we had to leave. The install team: Greg, Josh, Brian, Jason & Jonathans were friendly, courteous and respectful. We could not have asked for a better team. They cleaned as they went and picked up after themselves daily so we didnt have a lot of debris laying around at the end of every day. Pricing was good and WAY less than some other quotes we received, but was not the cheapest either. Overall, a great value and good service. Windows have been in now for almost 3 months and so far, no maintenance problems!

Presentation was both enjoyable and informative with all questions being answered. Curtis worked with me to find a solution that was agreeable and within my budget. Altogether, a most pleasant and educational time. The demonstration regarding the quality of glass they use was extremely beneficial as was the comparison of warranties between a variety of other well-known companies.

I normally do not do reviews, but after having my new windows and front door installed, I felt it was the least that I could do to say thank you to the folks at Champion. From start to finish everyone was top notch. Our salesman, Pat was a pleasure to work with. He was very patient with our indecision on door style and provided us with helpful suggestions. It was a pleasure having him in our home even though he is a Ravens fan. 😉 We would have gladly given him a sale but the window replacement estimate was out of our budget. The champion windows salesman came when promised and gave an excellent presentation about his product and I decided to purchase 5 replacement windows from his company. The windows were delivered in the 6-8 week delivery schedule. The installers did an excellent job installing the new windows in less than one day. The newly installed windows look great and I feel I got a great product at a reasonable price. I am very happy I went with Champion Windows.

After speaking with the salesman, we decided to use Champion for replacing several windows and doors in our home. The services have not yet been performed, so I cannot rate that experience. However, the salesman was on time and very professional. He was knowledgeable about the products, warranty and process for installation. Ultimately, we felt that Champion was providing a high quality product for a fair price.

Their Customer service is awesome, one of the best Ive ever dealt with.We placed an order & paid a deposit with Champion Windows to replace about 80% of our first floor windows.During a meet with the install manager it was discovered that their windows would not match the rest of our existing windows.Additionally, due to the structure of the house their windows would end up reducing our visible glass by 3 inches.As such we contacted our sales rep and requested cancelling the order, which by contract would mean forfeiting our deposit (over$7K).Champion got their engineers, install manager and supervisors together and after much discussion determined that their windows would not work for us and as such allowed the contract to be cancelled without loss of funds. Never had a company do this before.

The sales team provided detailed, complete information at a level of detail no other bidder provided. The warranty on the job is excellent. The price agreed is very fair for the high quality windows being purchased.

Curtis provided a thorough review of Champion and Tim provided a detailed review of how the door would be made (maximum security, high efficiency). I purchased Champion windows about 15 years ago and have been very satisfied with their craftsmanship.

Unfortunately Google doesnt allow Zero Stars because 1 is entirely too much for these people. My wife called for an estimate. The sales team was quite pushy and combative when she said she wasnt ready to sign a contract. They called their boss to get him in on the sales pitch and this guy pretty much said my wife was stupid to pass on their offer. Then we find out that their quote was a complete lie and wed be paying close to 3 times what they said it would cost. She tried to call the sales rep to get clarification but NO ONE called her back to answer questions. If they cant be bothered to answer the phone before work begins, what would it be like once the project starts? I called customer service before leaving this review and had a rude lady tell me that a local rep would call me to work things out. This NEVER happened. They do not care about customer satisfaction at all. The sales team will lie and tell you anything just to get you to sign. And that 3 day cancellation policy they claim to have? Champion intentionally wont answer or return calls until the 3 days are up so that you have to pay the termination fee. This company is the worst and anyone looking to use them should look elsewhere to a more reputable company.

Mike Federline came to our home for a sales pitch on 5/8/2021 to sell us windows, he showed up two hours late. Quoted and we agreed to price. Mike stated the price was locked for a year and I made my deposit to start the project. The team came to measure windows and what I thought place the order for windows. Contacted two months later to inquire about the install date. The windows were never ordered. They then said that they needed to rent equipment and I would be charged for it. I told them the price I was quoted was the price I was gonna pay as that is what I was told. Mike said if price changed, Champion was responsible. After talking to multiple people in their company, Mike Federline, Jason Finn, James Jordan, Cody, and several at corporate, still no windows.

Matt Delgado was very friendly, professional and informative. Instantly sold on the product by his great explanation and demonstration of the Champion history, production and quality. Can’t wait for our installation to begin!

Terrible experience, beginning to end. Was mislead by sales rep on timeline and installation staff. Took 5 extra weeks for the windows to arrive, one business day notice on install. Broken window during install and lots of aesthetic damage. Couldnt get anyone to return my call about the damage, had to call the 800 line 3 times and finally got a returned call when i threatened to sue them. Wrote the CEO to share my experience, with no response. Shop around and know what you are getting in to with this crowd. They sell the product well, but their service after the sale is absolutely unprofessional.

I am actually getting a sunroom put in my backyard. I was taken by the presentation given by Cody. I had a few other sunroom companies come over and give me their information but none was as through as Champion. My question were answered before I could ask them along with other great information. I am pleased.

Doing due diligence for window replacement. Rep was punctual, professional, pleasant and provided a ton of information; some to which I had not considered. This was my 2nd consult, and I have a couple more to consider; however, Champion is the major contender, to which Curtis Wooldridge is a major contributor to my decision.

I had windows installed in September and the installation of the windows was a disaster. There are nails randomly placed along the trim, the order was wrong, busted the inside trim around the window, didn’t secure the sills, there are drill holes on the inside of the window with no grommets and now the plastic trim around the windows has fallen off one window uncovering they put no insulation foam around the window, leaving a draft coming in around the window. Now I get an email saying it will be 90 days until someone responds!!! It is 11/11. Seriously! Very disappointing. I feel betrayed.Update:As of December, Champion has reinstalled the windows and brought all but the picture window replacement. The install was night and day. I was told that they have had installer issues that are being addressed. I am still waiting on my picture window.1/29/2021 - final picture window was installed today. The service reps were very nice and professional. They left and looking at closer, there is a large surface scratch that I thought was maybe dirt. The glass cleaner they left is not removing it...it is etched into the window. I called corporate today... I nice woman named Kim answered the phone and said that I would get a call back... There is not a phone extension option for Customer Service, I connected with finance. If there isnt an offer of a significant discount after all this hassle, I will be extremely disappointed.5/4/2021 - I am awaiting another picture window replacement. I have spoken to the HR recruitment manager and customer care representatives about a month ago. Awaiting feedback on whether they will provide a discount and if they would value assistance in building stronger project management skills with their employees to help in worker retention. Trying to be part of the solution here!

What a great experience and company to work with! From the salesman to the install coordinator to the installers. Everything went very smooth with the installation, they were fast and very efficient! Terrible service. I made an appointment to have someone come quote the job. At the appointment time they called to tell me they were late and gonna be 2 or 3 hours. At this point Im still ok, things happen, people are late ok I get it but..... I explain that we can not both be home for their next available and they tell me that will effect the price? If they cant even service a quote Id hate to see a job. If my wife and I being home effects the $$$$$ i dont even wanna know how they price. Sounds extremely unprofessional and very much in territory of a scam.

The installation hasnt happened yet but the sales experience was excellent, we were showed that any of the box store windows would have to be replaced sooner than later because they do not have the quality that Champions has. They are not insulated and all our heat or AC escapes our current windows which has left me with a $300 electricity bill. These windows are well worth the buy!

Purchased a sunroom from Cody Gates and he was awesome!!

We met with Champion Windows yesterday. We liked the salesman a lot. He was very knowledgeable. He worked with us on the price, based on what another window company offered, for part of the service. Because we had also met with 3 other window companies we were not yet ready to make a decision. This is where it went downhill. We have nothing against this salesman, this is against the company corporate policy. When a salesman doesnt make a sale, he is required to call a vice president of the company and they put you on speaker phone to talk to them, at the time of the presentation. We didnt like the pressure or the manipulative questions from this vice president. He was arrogant and asking leading questions to try to sway us to say we were going with Champion. When we told him we didnt like his leading questions he became very defensive and tried to put it back on us. Of the 4 window companies we have met with so far, this is the only window company to not accept our answer that we had to think about it. I know this was not our salesmans fault, this is on the corporate policy that is required. I dont like to be pressured into a decision on anything, let alone a big financial decision. We still have not yet made up our minds, but this corporate policy is going to weigh heavily into our decision. I am using my husbands google account to write this review, because I dont have one.

I read all of the reviews prior to contacting Champion. I was a bit hesitant at first but I proceeded with scheduling an appointment. They called the day before and wanted to reschedule but I was unable to reschedule so they honored my original appointment. The factory representative was on time and very polite. He was very professional and knowledgeable of the product. Excellent customer service is a must for me and I actually experienced that today. I was presented 3 options to purchase all 9 windows or as few as 3. I was given the option to finance or pay in full. There was no pressure to make a decision today but for me I saw the benefit of proceeding with the offer. I’m excited for the process to continue! Josh Green Installation Supervisor was scheduled to come out Friday August 30, 2019 @ 3:00 PM. He called to advise he would be late due to an accident which is a common courtesy but not always extended. One which I appreciate he was pleasant and courteous throughout the process. He continually asked if I had questions. He advised that Champion did not have the window size that I currently have in both bathrooms and showed me my options. I was satisfied with the options. We reviewed everything and now we move to the next phase. The order will be placed for my windows. The waiting begins my 8-10 week clock will begin September 3, 2019. We used Champion windows of Morrisville, NC this Fall.I wouldnt recommend them at all. The sales guy was very nice and knowledgeable. The window itself is very nice. That is were it stops, the customer service stinks and the install was a nightmare! The people they contracted to install the windows busted out all my old windows to remove them.They left glass all in my house. I stayed up to 1 in the morning cleaning up glass. Dont bother calling them because the people who answers the phone can never be of any help. Buyer beware go somewhere else!

We had them install windows quite a few years ago and recently 2 windows had moisture between the panes, I contacted them and they sent out Josh, he measured and ordered new windows, Josh came back today and installed them! I had Champion Windows come out and give a quote for a screenroom of 16 x12 to include a new deck of the same size. I am very pleased with the agreement that Tim Berenyl, factory representative and I came to.

Brian was an excellent consultant and explained the process thoroughly. Answered all my questions.

We took an appointment to get a quote from Champion Windows and the salesperson clearly didnt want to work on our project. He arrived 20 min early. Called me on my phone when I was at work to let me know that our fence gate was closed (not locked but he didnt try to open it). I called him back 10 min later after listening to his voicemail. He told me that he was already gone and because of the rain it was going to be hard for him to do the quote. I said that my husband was waiting for him at our place. Indeed it was rainy a bit but dont we check the weather forecast when we work outside and wear appropriate clothes ? He came back to our place and quickly looked at our deck, stayed less than 10 min total and gave my husband a quote. Other companies that came before stayed almost an hour, gave us lots of information and were cheaper. Sorry but that experience doesnt make me want to work with Champion Windows.

After having most of our exterior windows replaced by Champion Windows years ago, we were very satisfied with their look, ease of use an energy savings. The way the windows flip down for easy cleaning is great. So we were disappointed when we noted quite a few windows whose internal seal had leaked, starting to cause internal streaking and fog. Given that we had a guarantee, we called and were very pleased at the response. Champion immediately evaluated and replaced all of the windows for which we identified an issue. No questions, no fuss. They truly stand behind their product. Thats worth a lot.

John Kuhl made a presentation and reviewed our needs. He was a patient listener and remembered what we had explained to him. His presentation was thorough and not pressuring us. John is a professional salesman without pressure and respected us.

We contracted with Champion to have replacement windows installed. After 4 salesman and finally a contract signed with a big deposit we were prepared to have our windows installed 6 to 8 weeks later. However 3 weeks after signing the contract Champion called and wanted more money. We reminded them that we had a signed contract for the quoted amount. They told us we could either agree to pay them the extra money or they were cancelling the contract. We refused to give them more money so they cancelled and told us we could expect our refund in two to three weeks. We would never use nor recommend this company.

I would be very happy to recommend Champion Windows of Raleigh. The initial contact with customer service, conversation with the sales person, and contact with the installation crew, all were very rewarding experiences. Everyone was very knowledgeable, courteous and willing to take extra time to explain the products and how they would be installed. Initially, I contacted other companies to have some windows replaced. I was told that the type of installation needed could not be provided because it was too difficult and would ruin the appearance of the remaining windows. Champion Windows proved those other companies wrong. Champion provided me with several options and did a wonderful job with the installation. I would definitely recommend Champion to all of my friends. Kudos to Champion Windows!!
