I absolutely LOVE coming to this store! I will never buy my Delta 8 anywhere else. They have SO many products, it’s hard for me to keep track. And they’re ALWAYS getting new things in. Livv is my absolute favorite! She’s incredibly knowledgeable, and very patient with me and the 20 questions I somehow always have. Not to mention how friendly and sweet she is! I went in today and also met Tara, who was also AWESOME and very sweet! I love love love this store! Can’t wait to come back next week!

Durham Vape Shop and Lounge has changed how I feel about brick & mortar stores! Most stores Ive been in lately reminds me of the old Head Shops of long time ago, hazy, junky and get your stuff and get out attitude.Durham Vape Shop and Lounge has changed that atmosphere with the knowledgeable of their staff and great selection. Glenn answered all my questions and even taught this old DIYer vaper (10+ yrs) a thing or 2.Glenn and his staff will be my new shop local Go to store!

We visited the store on Saturday. We were assisted by Jess and Liv. I cannot speak highly enough of their customer service skills. Both associates were very friendly and super knowledgeable about their products. They were very patient with us and made us feel comfortable asking questions. This was my first visit. As a senior citizen with aches and pains undiscovered by modern medicine (I jest) Ive been educating myself on the use of CBD. I found the layout of the shop inviting. The well-stocked shelves were neat, orderly, and easy for me to study and ask questions. I was impressed with the young female owners knowledge. Her assistant was helpful as well. Ive visited a number of such shops in the area and Ive found this one to be honorable.

I had a great experience at this shop. The manager Tasha was amazing. I am from Illinois and I was looking for a juice I couldn’t find back home and she gave me some awesome selections. She also helped me tremendously with my RDA set up. I have only used sub ohm tanks to this point and walked me through everything from threading the cotton to burning out a flavor. Definitely worth a visit for the customer service alone! 😀

I just left the shop and from the moment I walked in Glen treated me like family and not to pull the race card but I’m a AF American male and honestly in store shopping is the worse at times I get skipped over never asked do I need help until I start picking stuff up. Now Glen on the other hand greeted me, asked me what I was looking for, made some choice recommendations, even gave me a hands on demonstration, and was super knowledgeable about all the products. So I tip my proverbial hat to him and the shop 10/10 would shop again.

Livv is the goat, good products and even better prices. Definitely check them out for all Delta 9 needs.

I had placed an order online, and some of the information on the website was wrong (60mls were marked as 100mls) which I found out when I got it. I called and explained the situation, and not only did they fix it by sending me another bottle, but the box had a few stickers and a doodle that really made my girlfriends day. I had previously incorrectly reviewed Durham Vape - I meant to review a tobacco shop further up 501.THIS store has expanded their line of products, and have very fair prices. Glen (I believe I have the name right) was very kind and helpful. They now have a rewards system, too, which is a nice touch and keeps customers coming back for more. Only small negative is the tight parking situation. If you have a big car, be careful entering and leaving the lot.

I love this shop! The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful which around here, seems to be hit or miss. Their prices are the best between both Durham and Person county. I will not hesitate to drive across town to get what I need. Sometimes stock goes out quickly on juice so be sure to ask when the next shipment is coming in and plan accordingly.

If you want to be educated on the powerful benefits of CBD oil and gummies this is place to visit. I was unfamiliar with products but the staff took the time to answer all my questions and make an excellent recommendation.The gummies were instrumental in me being able to relax and get a good night rest.
