My experience with getting hearing aids from Hearing Health Care Services has been amazing . Dr. Little was exceptionally well informed of the latest technology and took a great deal of time to make sure my hearing aids were the right ones for me based on data collected from numerous sound booth tests. The data was plotted, compared to normal hearing and explained in great detail. Dr. Little also took a lot of time to make sure my hearing aids were correctly paired to my cell phone and that I understood how to use my phone to make adjustments I wanted.I would highly advise anyone who gets hearing aids for the first time to go to a company which takes this kind of care to make sure your hearing aids are correctly selected and maintained. Getting comfortable with them is a personal adjustment.

The hearing aids fitted by Dr Cristobal have been wonderful! They have made life easier because I can hear so much more clearly. I hardly know I have them on they are so comfortable. Dr Cristobal has been very generous with her time in answering any questions and installing an app on my phone so I can adjust my hearing aids to various situations. Im very happy with the care I have received.

I just received my new hearing aids last week and I was very impressed with the amount of time Dr. Cristobal spent with me, adjusting them so they worked just right for me. Over the years, I have used several other audiologists in the area and have not found a practice where the whole staff is so caring and thorough. Im so happy I found them!

I got my first hearing aids at age 77 about two months ago and could not be happier! After doing extensive online research about how to select an audiologist and what to look for in getting hearing aids.......I found this practice! The audiologist is a member of a nationally recognized provider network of professionals to follow well documented best practices and who engage in patient-centered care. Not once did I feel rushed, ignored, or treated like a customer. The audiologist had my best interests at heart, understood my budget and did not pressure me. My hearing aids are set up and tuned to my individual prescription.The practice itself is easy to find, with good parking and they are currently using extensive protective measures with regard to infection control. Overall, I have loved being able to hear again.....not really realizing how much of my life had been reduced to a series of what? and What did you say? questions. I saw Dr. Little in August 2020 for a hearing exam. The office was easy to find, and they had a clearly communicated procedure for Covid precautions. Dr Little and Dr Cristobal both were so, so helpful in answering all my questions (and I had a lot!), and walking me through the results of my exam. Over the years, Ive seen several different audiologists for routine exams and hearing aid fitting/maintenance, and the Hearing Health Care Services team stand out. I highly recommend them!

I knew I wanted a hearing care provider that belonged to the Hearing Aid Best Practices Network, as I was convinced of the value of Real Life Measures.A search found only 5 such audiology practices in our area and I feel very lucky to have chosen Hearing Health Care Services in Durham, NC, for their services turned out to be truly outstanding.I felt totally supported by Dr Brettelyn Little — from start to finish, beginning with the initial and very thorough evaluation, to the help in choosing the most appropriate hearing aids (which included 2 separate at-home trial periods with different makes of hearing aids), to the Real Life Measuring done on my final choice.I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. The extra attention made to the programming of my hearing aids shows in the final assessment done in the audiometric booth: an almost perfect score!

Brought my 93 yo mom here to have her aids serviced. Dr Little is wonderful. She was very patient with my mom and met all of her needs. We had a few return visits since the initial visit and Dr. Little went above and beyond what we had expected. I’d definitely highly recommend her to anyone needing an audiologist. Angie is the admin for the office. She is very friendly and outgoing. Great to see her at each visit!

Dr Shelly Cristabal is one of the nicest person to ever meet and know. Shes very good at what she does and she really cares about her patients, I highly recommend her to anyone with hearing loss.

This place is awesome! The service is great. The doctors here is always patiently explaining different tests and different numbers to me. I got to lease my hearing aid here and they walked me through the procedure! And they are responsive as well over the email! Would definitely recommended!!

Reception is exceptionally friendly; waiting area very welcoming with informational literature offered. The audiologists are well qualified professionals, but even more important, are thoughtful and caring, prepared to spend as much time as needed to meet all their patients needs and expectations. Ive told several people about Dr. Cristobal. She listens, which is so helpful when dealing with the emotional aspect of hearing loss. Its rare to find a doctor who is not only highly capable but also patient, warm and genuinely caring. Shes also affordable, and Im grateful to have found her.

Traveled to the area to visit relatives. Hearing aid receiver broke. Called for help and was offered an appointment within an hour. Repair was done effectively and promptly. Great service, friendly staff, excellent candy.

I had bought hearing aids from one of the big box retailers, but I was unsatisfied. Dr. Cristobal fitted me with hearing aids at her clinic and the difference was night and day. She basically has made it possible for me to continue to work as a lawyer. I referred a friend to her who also had a pair of hearing aides from the same big box store. Dr. Cristobal fitted him as well, and he now says (jokingly, of course) that he feels like a superhero whose power is to hear through walls! Dr. Cristobal is great.

I got a HUGE (6x8) heavy plastic advertising mailer from this business and called to politely ask them to not send anymore as it will have to go into the landfill (not at all recyclable).The person that answered the phone was quite snippy with me and even went so far as to accuse me of calling before about this matter. I pointed out that it was impossible since I had NEVER gotten one before.Glad to know others are complaining of their wastefulness!
