Very happy with the service and advice Nick gave me regarding my Echo trimmer needs. As service times recently have been running longer than normal, he was able to diagnose my problem and was able to sell me the fuel kit needed for my fix. Although I’m not the most mechanical person, I was able to do this repair and had the trimmer back up and running in about 15 mins. Very appreciative of the help.

Was interested in stand-on mowers, specifically the Scag Vride 2. Having not ever used one before I called and spoke with Nick. He was very knowledgeable and took time to explain how they worked. At the time he did not have any Vride 2’s but said he had some Ferris Z3X’s that I could come out and drive to see how they work. I took him up on this and when I arrived Nick already had it sitting out ready to go! He took time to show me the key differences between the Ferris and the Scag. Afterwards he said he would call his Scag rep and see what the status was on any Vrides in the region. He called me back later that day and said his rep had one with the specs I was interested in and that he went ahead and ordered it so that I could come back out and try it. My experience with Nick was great- I purchased the Scag and he delivered it to me, and even with the gas shortage, brought it out with a full tank (only had a quarter tank when I tested it out with 0.2 hours on it!). These guys (Nick, James, and son) were awesome to deal with. I live in N. Raleigh and it was worth the ride to buy our new Simplicity from them. They delivered it at no additional costs. James bent over backwards to help us. If you are looking a good quality lawnmower, the Simplicity is awesome. Our old Simplicity was 18 years old and gave us great service. The lawn stripping was the thing that we had to have on a new one and Simplicitys floating deck is the only brand that offers this. We get so many compliments on the way it cuts, my wife insisted on another one.

Never again. I dropped off equipment at the beginning of Spring and was told it would be ready in 2 weeks. That seemed a little long but OK.....busy time of year......I can be patient. 3 weeks later I was told that it was not ready, but that the part was shipped and it would become their priority to fix my equipment. Overall, 5 weeks after I dropped it off the equipment had not been fixed. I took it home still not working. Never again. I will take it elsewhere and my new repair shop will have it ready in less than one week.

POE was the gold standard for customer service, sales and repairs of small engines.However a couple of years ago the company was sold.I dearly miss Ben and his team of professionals.

Bought my mower from them, had motor warranty issues that took over 3 weeks to fix and when returned did not run correct. I am a mechanic and looked into repairs. Not done professionally. Created more issues then when they got it! Never Again!!

I needed a fuel filter for my pollan riding mower and the sales men told me that any fuel filter will work, that was a little big lie. Never again will i ever go back.
