I farted and cleared the whole place out...this one guy even threw up it stunk so bad......Oh well... when you gotta poot you gotta poot...What can I say..?

Went a few days ago trying to send money to a family member and an older lady came in saying I couldnt send because of some absurd reason. Ive worked in the business of sending money so I know how it works. Any way I was trying to send a larger amount and I know for a fact if you put in the amount and try to send itll have an error message saying you can only send a certain amount and I told her send as much as possible she said we have our own rules and they have theyre own rules and you cant send that amount and that I had to contact my family to see how much I could send(Ive never heard of that). She was very very rude. I ended up going to another place and was able to send all the money and my family member did receive it. The fact that the owner was there and didnt say anything shows how poorly they manage customer service. The only nice person ive dealt with there is the lady with the glasses. I give her 5 Stars!

The owner is very rude and made a comment that makes no sense when I needed to cash a check. The check was from WakeMed hospitals (which most people know about it in NC) and he said that could not cash the check as he did not know the company but then he said that he did but couldnt cash it still.

The people dont pay attentions. Theres some kind of inefficiency. They need more training in customer service.

Im disabled and cashier came from behind register and held door open for me.

Well I do not give the 5 stars, because customer service is a bit or very bad (rude or pedantic) and thus it is not treated to people who grow your business.Not giving 5 stars just because they are a little or too much rude with costumers.

It is worth going to wash, since the washing machines are always in good condition the same as the dryers. And the greatest thing is that the dryers are free from Tuesday to Thursday. I think we should compensate that place by taking care of the machines treating each other with affection. All perfect. But God give them a good blessing more than they already have.
