Great service, easy access. Better than the big box stores.

I was just in PPG to purchase wood cleaner and the staff member not only wasnt wearing a mask, he made zero effort to put one on when we saw me enter wearing a mask and visibly stepping back away from him as he approached me. He didn’t hesitate to bring out cans to me but I stopped him and told him I’d get them myself. My husband just had a heart transplant and it’s critical that we take all precautions to prevent covid. This employee was the epitome of disrespectful by not wearing a mask despite CDC recommendations to do so.

Very pleased!I have been very impressed with PPG Paints of Durham. Ive been in a few times and have always been greeted with friendly employees willing to help out. More specifically, I was able to work with Dwight who not only was able to explain the products well, he also allowed me to create a small test piece, so I could confidently pick a product.Dwight also provided me the contact information of another colleague (and expert) who could answer some more detailed questions if/when needed about specific products.
