Michelle is very nice. She is very knowledgeable about the hearing aids.... I wont lie ... she made me have tears run down my face when she put hearing aids in my ears and i could hear. I didnt know what I was missing. The sound of the birds, trees, ocean but most of all my 2year old grandson. On the ride home, I asked my wife if the song on the radio was a new version of an older song and she said it was the same as it hed always been.... I was only hearing half the music before I got my hearing Aids....... thank god for people like Michelle, she has changed my life

Had a wonderful visit, it was very educational, Very helpful and very friendly, calm and quiet enviorment and I got a gift card for going and checking my hearing out, something I should be doing anyway 😉
