My garage door opener was not working and i couldn’t open the overhead door manually. It was late afternoon when i discovered my dilemma and I called door tech. This is the main way we enter and exit our house so it was a big inconvenience for sure! The guys came out the very next day and we very helpful and informative. Great company to deal with. When installers (Brad & Jordan) came out because I was having a problem with my opener they explained what options I had, either a new chain drive or belt opener, no pressure., Brad showed me that the rollers should be replaced also because many were in bad shape. This is the second time I had Door Tech out, first time was to replace the main springs about 4 years ago. I definitely would call them again.

I have owned businesses for over 30 years and called to order two garage doors. George answered and told me that they have over 1,000 customers a year and I should not expect him to remember me. He was rude on all other accounts too. Forget this place until his son Brad takes over. Its apparent they have too much business to worry about another order. Door Tech was phenomenal.Brad and Jordan repaired my door and installed a new garage door opener. This was done perfectly. What separates Brad and Jordan from the competition is that they took the time to help me install and configure my mobile app so I could use the opener as intended. My set up was a bit complicated but stuck with it until it was done. The manufacturer, Liftmaster, was tertific as well and helped guide the configuration. Do yourself a huge favor and use these guys for your garage door needs. I couldnt be happier.

I needed two garage door panels replaced on my garage door. Every other company in the region said they couldn’t get the panels and suggested replacing all four panels. A car drove into my garage right before a major snow storm Brad was awesome he got me an estimate within a week to not only replace the 2 doors but also to reframe and rebuild the pillar between the doors . There was brick work in addition. All said and done the only difference I noticed is the color is slightweathers. The brick work which will correct itself as it weathers. He kept me informed the entire time came out as soon as the weather was suitable to make the repairs and completed the job in two days .
