We were looking for solid stain for our deck at the big box stores. They were to busy to be helpful. Our deck is 27 years old. So we decided to go to our local Sherwin-Williams Paint store. Nicole was very helpful. She had used the solid deck stain on her deck and another family member used another color. She said the gray we choose was blueish gray which was O.K. with us. Color Kings Canyon. There were many paintings contractors buying paint and supplies. Large and bright store. Husband is staining post and it is a blueish grey. Lighter than it looked on chart. But we knew any paint color get lighter on a large surface. As soon as he is done will show pics. Just will be sooo 😃happy when it is done. Done!First pics before then after.

Very helpful and go the extra mile to go in the back and match your color exactly and show you first. Tell you if it doesnt work to bring it back the next day. Choices of colors and paints are better then elsewhere.

Extremely helpful & friendly staff. Very glad I went here instead of one of the big box hardware stores or wherever else. I was in and out extremely quick, probably faster than I would have even found someone to mix the paint elsewhere, and Im guessing the people at the Sherwin Williams store are more knowledgeable on paint than people at hardware stores.

I love the location, people that worked there are amazing.

Customer service was fantastic. Greeted when I entered and the sales associate helped in pointing out colors.

Great experience with the sales staff. My only comment would be that Sherwin Williams should require people to wear masks in their stores during the Covid-19 epidemic. Some people were wearing masks (including me), but there were a few people who werent and they did not maintain social distancing!

Ive came here many of times in the past few years, but Bart talked me into creating a commercial account that has already proven worth it. Bart was extremely helpful addressed all my needs and was extremely knowledgeable.

Bri (sp?) was incredibly nice, sweet, & helpful. I appreciated her time & effort!! The phones were busy a couple times when I tried calling so I know they were busy, but she made me feel like I was the only customer, taking the time to look up a past order from years ago, confirmed the formulas, & explained pricing options. I called to place another order the next day and she was consistently the same way!! Many thanks for a great experience!!

Sherwin Williams used to be fairly priced products they no longer offer fair prices on there products. I think there market share is going down. Theres better paint and Prices if you shop around 🤔 sad. I think the family sold out its all about the bottom line now!!

Called in an order 3 days ago. Then called to advise I would be picking up the order and asked how long it would be. I was advised 30 minutes by Melissa. I arrived 45 minutes later to give additional time. I have been waiting for my order for almost an hour.Some guy named Marin came after me got his order made and wrong and still I wait.Lets see if I can make it out after an hour an half.

Way over priced for what it is. Purchased SW paint based on a recommendation from our painters. We found that the lower level paint is not washable and even the mid grade wasnt much better. Save yourself heartache and lots of cash and stick with Behr...heck even the highest priced Ace brand was better.

Bad paint- what a waste, I painted over primed drywall repair, and I had to do 2 and 3 coats. When I use Bher from HomeDepot, I rarely have to do 2 coats. My walls are usually 95% fully covered and dont require a full 2 coats, just touch ups here and there... Sherwin Williams is more for contractors who like to use a cheaper paint. Contractors think their getting a good deal because of the discount, but you spent more time doing 2 and 3 coats. Spend a bit more at H.D with half the time.. Ill never buy their paint again, its over priced to if you pay their ridiculous normal price of $49 a gallon... Bher, $35 all the time, thick and solid paint...
