Rent One is awesome! They have great deals, great customer service. I ordered a fridge and the store manager called to handle all of my paperwork over the phone so there was nothing for me to do when they delivered my fridge to the house. The delivery guys were friendly, put my fridge where I wanted it and made sure everything was working before they left. I would recommend Rent One to my family and friends anytime.

Scheduled to have an item picked up. Theyre picking it up later than scheduled. No courtesy call, I had to call them. Thatd be fine and dandy if I wasnt sitting here with my two children, in a house that has no electricity because we moved, waiting on them when its 90 degrees.. get it together rent one..

Rent One Store 035 in Dyersburg, TN has an excellent Management team with a dedicated crew that work very hard to meet all of your needs.

Rent One is better than Arrons hands down. Their customer service is so much better. When you call needing help they are in top of it. They keep the same employees so when you go in there you are greeted by name and familiar faces. I will continue to go there for anything I need.

They harrass you even if you try to catch up on payments... Had a washer delivered in a box with water still in it... A refrigerator thats is dent up and sounds horrible... Life is stressful enough then you have Rent One blowing up your phone after you done explained your current situation...

Everyone at the store is super friendly n helpful from the guy who helped us on the floor all the way to delivery. The delivery part was a task due to in climate weather and I live in an upstairs apartment. They never fussed n kept smiling. Made sure I had everything I needed before leaving. My local store was neat and well maintained showing a variety of selection. I was greeted promptly and had an easy time getting my questions answered by LeeAnn - who was working late to help me out. The items I needed were in stock and my delivery was arranged. No issues at all. They are professional and friendly. Recommended!

This was the best and by far easiest renting experience I have ever had. I literally just moved here yesterday from Texas and they were able to help me out. All staff members were friendly and helpful. Leighann was pleasant, friendly and so helpful. I will definitely continue using Rent One.

Prices seem high for renting but if you have to have something and you dont have credit......

Their business is okay. However when you get close to paying off your furniture off. I get to harassing you with phone calls. And some of the people that work there phone manners are not very pleasant. They will tell you the amount you will have to pay. Then when you get into the store to pay that its always a higher amount.... This I do not understand. But I personally have not had any problems with them. My opinion on the others matters however are from other customers.I appreciate the comment I know who the both of you are and I will be calling you momentarily some of these concerns myselfby speaking to one of your female employees there she can tell you who she is herself because I believe that she needs to be a manager because she is a very polite respectful person and has not once been disrespectful to me whomever she is she needs to have a pay raise and possible go up or manager.

My experience with Rent One was awesome! Store associate was very knowledgeable of the store products and did not mind walking me through. I was most interested in a dining room table and chairs. I did return on 8/22/19 and paid for a week. I am very pleased with the item I decided on and my sales associate made the process a breeze👍🏽🤗Thanks Rent One Dyersburg!!!

I only gave a four because some of the prices for their preowned merchandise is too expensive. Overall, very helpful staff and great place to rent products when youre on a budget. Plus, youre not obligated to a monthly contract.

The delivery guys are great, I would give them 5 out of 5. The furniture is pretty good too. I rented several things when I moved back to TN from FL in order to keep from having to move as much furniture as possible. I will replace everything rented as I find what I want to keep permanently. My problem is this...I get paid once a month and have yet to have been put on a monthly payment arrangement. So, every week the DAY the payment is due I start getting calls. If I cannot answer immediately (on the other line etc) they start ringing my family. The only reason is to intimidate and embarrass their customers. I have never been more than a week late. I can understand if I were several weeks late or I never called them back, but I always call back within a day. They actually even had the nerve to call my ex husband...Ive been divorced for five years so I have no idea how they even got his number, but you can imagine how humiliating that was. The amount of stress they cause me only makes my fibromyalgia flare up to the point of not being able to function. I would not recommend them to anyone. I hear Aarons has a monthly payment plan and their furniture looks like it is less expensive and good quality. Once I am out of these contracts I will never do business with Rent One again. If I ever have a need to rent again I will look elsewhere. If you want to keep your dignity dont rent from RentOne.

We was told what the refrigerator would cost .. monthly and quoted a price what it would be that day with taxes then when came time for payment it cost 20.00 difference almost . very unsatisfied an will probably figure something else out because we was lied to right off from the start so I doubt ya guys will be true to us along the way an add extra charges like you already did
