This is a very professional group of people that care about customer service. We bought a new ATV here and there was no pressure or other sales nonsense. These are the type of folks that keep customers coming back because of the trust and service. Stock was low but that is a pandemic issue.

Went there for warranty work and was told that they only use two different warranty companies and mine wasn’t one of them so they couldn’t work on my machine. If they have a bank account warranty company could pay them so I don’t see the issue unless it’s because I didn’t purchase my machine from them. I called I69 power sports and they said bring it in it doesn’t matter what warranty company you have we will get it done for you. Kinda shady to me but whatever they won’t be getting any of my business.

Bought a new dirt bike. Jamie was the salesman. He was knowledgeable, competent, and polite.They were slammed on a Saturday but the effort was there to get me out the door quickly. Other staff were great about making sure the bike was ready to ride ASAP. Financing was easy and good terms.I chose this dealership because I’ve had good experiences with the parts dept in the past. I chose Kawasaki because I think you get more bike for the money. My next purchase will be a Suzuki 70 for my daughter, however. It’s not too small—not too big.

Decent buying experience here overall. Jamie was polite and easy to deal with.But there are few things they could have done better.I called to schedule a time to look at a used motorcycle, and asked them if they could get it out ahead of time and make sure it was ready to test ride. When I arrived the bike was still blocked in by other machines in the showroom, they got it outside and the battery was dead, so it was brought it into service to jump it off. I asked if they could check the tire pressure while they were at it, which they must have forgotten to do. Not a big deal there, but inconvenient.And you cant test ride a motorcycle without handing over the money and doing the paperwork first, even if youre obviously a serious buyer. Seems like it just makes the buying process more complicated than it should be. They did help me load it into my truck at least..

They stayed open 15 mins after closing to give me the parts I needed . highly recommend

I decided to turn away from the long time respect I’ve had of Honda products due to the lack of deals.Instead purchasing a CanAm this time.Jamie is a good sales rep, however trying to cover the floor with little help. This makes it seem as though he doesn’t have time for anyone individual customer.My only real complaint so far with outer limits power sports is their lack of internal communication. They truly need help in this area. Better office manager maybe or just more staff. (This I realize is a balance of feast and famine) you don’t want to over staff.However it simply appears to me as a new customer that there’s just something lacking when I call to check on a fourwheeler and get four different people that know, Nothing. Held for 25 minutes the first call.Then after repeated call backs I finally just drove there. Everyone appears really nice in person.Great inventory, great deals, hopefully great mechanics, not so great internal process.Be prepared to wait

I bought a 2018 razor from this dealership about 6 months ago and it started having a small mechanical issue. I called them and was told to bring it down and they would take a look at it. I took it to them and dropped off and for 2 weeks I didn’t hear anything from them so I called them. I was told at this point that they hadn’t even looked at my razor yet. I was also told that there was no reason for me to call them they would call me when they looked at it and that I was the next one in line to be worked on. I went another 2 weeks and still hadn’t heard anything from them so I called them again. I was told this time that they still hadn’t looked at it and I was once again told I was the next one in line to be worked on. A couple days later they called me and told me that there was nothing they could do to razor and I could just come get it. So I spent 24k dollars on a razor from them that still has same mechanical issue it had. I will now take it to another dealership and have it fixed. I would recommend going to another dealership. This one will treat you nice while selling you a vehicle but after that you are own your own! After I made this post the service manager did call me and took it upon himself to fix my issues. He was very nice and did a good job! Thanks Cody for fixing my razor and my issues!

The worst service dept I’ve ever dealt with. They will be glad to sale you something but if you ever need warranty or recall work done good luck! Not sure what Heath does but I know what he doesn’t need to be doing and that’s answer the phone. Very unprofessional and doesn’t go out of his way to handle a situation correctly. Will not be back here again and I will be sure to let everyone know my experience with this place.

I had a 2014 Polaris 570 sportsman 4 wheeler and a recall was made on it in 2017 for several issues. I went in and talked to Russ. With my 4 wheeler as a trade in and the discounts on a new 2017, 570 Utility Edition it took the new one from $8,600 to just under $3,000. Absolute totally terrible experience. Asking for Drew to solve a problem for you is much like getting chuckie cheese to fill in for mickey mouse. This place owed me an antenna for my spyder, drew said he ordered one while I was speaking to him, well long story short? I still dont have it. I had to go to amazon to buy one. This spyder also came with a gps unit that is worthless without the pin number. So I have no pin number to unlock the unit and so I had to send it back to Garmin and was charged over 800.00 for a replacement as garmin wont unlock the unit. So needless to say? Asking for DREW will get you nothing but hollow excuses and promises. My advice is to go elsewhere to purchase any outdoor products and avoid this place like the plague. The motto here is OUT OF SIGHT, OUT OF MIND.TERRIBLE SERVICE!
