Horrible Store. Went there for a covid test and had a 10 am appointment. The directions on the website said to be there 5 minutes early, however they didnt open until 10. We waited until 10 and got the pharmacist Karen that gave us a nasty attitude and told us to use the other lane and hung up on us. Nobody else was there so we moved over then had to wait another few minutes for the pharmacy tech who told us to go park for 20 minutes so they can get the paperwork ready, then continued to complain that the covid testing process is not set up by corporate and they are not staffed properly to do the testing. Once the wait was over, it was somewhat better but will never go back to that store again. Never had such a horrible experience at a Walgreens and would definitely recommend CVS or even a crack dealer over this store.

Would’ve given 0 stars. Do not use this Walgreens pharmacy. They lie, and make up they’re own “laws” just to not fill prescriptions for whatever reason. Left there and went to CVS down the road and they filled the prescription right away. The pharmacist at Walgreens is a liar and does not know what he’s doing.

Rude and hateful woman at the pharmacy refused to even look to see if she could take my insurance. Offered to pay cash and she acted like I bothered her

People that work there are very rude and will do nothing for you out of there way James and wilks much better place Walgreens acts like they giving you the meds like they doing you a favor or something only time I use them is when my pharmacy doesnt have what I need they act like they better than you or you really dont need the meds or something sorry place just saying

This place is a joke I use James and Wilks usually but they don’t carry the brand I take in one certain medicine so Walgreens is the only place that does. The date on my bottle says one thing but they are saying I picked up the next day so I can’t get it filed till tomorrow. Even if that was true what is one day early. I also call my refills in and pick up the same day. They treat people like they are lying and drug Addicts and are very rude. Wish I knew who to call to complain. The whole point of this is I’ve still got week worth of my medicine on hand so why would I want it filled early it’s the day I’m supposed to get mine today I wanna keep it on track like it’s supposed to be.

I drove 30 miles because this website stated that the pharmacy is open until 10 on Saturday, which it is NOT. Closes @ 6pm. BIG DIFFERENCE.Thanks for wasting my time and gas money!!!. Two things i dont have the luxury of wasting.

Rip off was given price of prescription. Borrowed money. Went to pick up meds to be told $10 more expensive. Prices fluctuate. Was there answer.

This place is ridiculous. they told us “thirty minute wait”, we came back after thirty minutes. “give us twenty more minutes” twenty minutes later, “not done yet another twenty minutes, come back, “ hold on let me go find it” i ain’t got all day. do not order form this walgreens unless you have all the time in the world

I love walgreens!!! Not the new one, but the original.
