Everything runs great when the general manager, Scott is there, but not so much if he is not. Checkout is much faster in his presence, however, if he is absent, the checkout makes me walk out if the line snakes around half the store, and I mean that literally, so when there are 2-3 people working and the cashier calls for help, dont wait until everyone has been checked out to show up ready to help. Customers really get annoyed with your avoidance.
