The Deli/Bakery employees are such a delight! They always have you laughing when youre shopping there. Overall the store is lacking in product cause ya know...pandemic! Thats understandable but the employees are great and doing their best! I love this location

WHY do they call this a grocery store! Hardly nothing on the shelves, prices ridiculously high, a lot of employees you can tell hate their jobs, rude, short, and bothered if you ask them to cut meat in the deli!! Self checkout WAS A JOKE! Dear god machine over and over saying SCAN ITEM AND PLACE IN BAG! I was doing that. Not my first rodeo! Prices so high no wonder Walmart taking over! Take pride! Will avoid this place for sure

My husband does the grocery pick-up since he’s unable to walk around the store. And we’ve shopped at the Dyersburg store for over 10 years, but this one chicy-do has given my husband an attitude the last 3 times doing a grocery pick up. She has a smart mouth every time and every time he tells me to “not worry about it”. Not this time…

You would think a small town like Dyersburg Kroger store would be very nice and pleasant I have been to the one in Nashville, TN .And quite a few in North Georgia and everybody was so nice and helpful however this Dyersburg store customer service is rude employees don’t want to help you nobody says thank you have a nice day it’s just like they despise you They don’t even want you coming in their store it seems like they have no competition so they can be this way if other grocery stores would move here than they would try a little harder. For instants every time I go to the customer service desk nobody wants to wait on me whether its To redeem lottery tickets because the lottery machine doesn’t work and will not let you redeem them so they despise people who buy a lottery tickets or if you try to use or western union they are like it’s such a pain for them have to wait on you

I asked a male employee where the bathroom was. Once in the stall, that very same man came into the womens bathroom, stood at my stall door for a minute, then says sorry and walks out. Then tries to tell me what a nice day it is outside.

So I just got some generic response on the app to a complaint about the Dyersburg, TN store. I don’t understand how this store even stays open but there is no competition. I heard Aldi was going to open a store here.... so what happened?This store has the worse customer service ever! The people that work there are so unfriendly and rude!!! We moved here 6 months ago and have shopped at Kroger’s a lot. The larger cities have better service than this small town! Dyersburg Kroger needs some COMPETITION!!! We drive an hour to shop if I need to go inside now!!!!! How unbelievable this is!!!!

Walked in at 9:50 to pick up 4 items.Lady ran up to me as I grabbed the first and asked if I worked there. Told her no. She told me that they closed at 9:30 for cleaning. They had nothing posted on the doors.

Used the pharmacy. I dislike the walk up window, but the tech was very helpful and super nice.

I have been using click list for a while off and on and most of the time it has worked out great! These past few times however any type of berries I have gotten they have been soft or molded....fresh for everyone? I think not!

Employees are amazing but no one wears masks. Keep yourself safe and order online to avoid exposing yourself to COVID-19 variants.

I will never shop at Dyersburg Kroger again. There was a very rude employee that was harassing me because I dont wear a mask and she did not want to let me shop. I cant wear a mask because I have asthma and I cant breathe in them. I told her that, even though I dont have to justify my reason for not wearing a mask because of health confidentiality laws. She was standing in front of the carts where I could not even get a cart. I have never been to a store that harasses people about wearing a mask. Is this store in America? I will be calling the corporate office as well. You cant harass people because of their health issues. It is against the law and if you continue to have this particular employee on your payroll and this mask wearing mandate, you are going to end up in court.

Shelves are not restocked on sale items enough. Really lacking in frozen foods.

We love shopping at Kroger. Its always clean and well stocked. The produce is the best in town. The meats are so much better than Walmart. Love the specials too!

Found everything I needed. Lots to choose from. Nice clerks. I like all the sugar free things to choose from. Some stores do not offer those. I am diabetic.

Well its Kroger, not really a lot to say about it other than this location is always clean, neat, and organized. Items are relatively easy to find and Ive personally never had a bad experience here.

My only problem with the Kroger here in Dyersburg is the store layout. Its hard to find what I need because some things dont seem to be in an area that would make more sense. Also, they seem to run out of certain items VERY quickly. Otherwise, the main store manager there is VERY nice and helpful and he is ALWAYS busy around the entire store meeting and greeting his customers.

The store is always stocked and the digital coupon specials are easy to add on line. I love the fresh vegetables choices. The gas value points are always helpful

Less than a 1. More than once could get no real help. Person just afternoon knew nothing of applying Kroger app to specials or digital coupons. Put groceries back and left. More training needed for personnel.

That girl at the gas store guessing she in training was very rude, didnt tell me my total then tried to short me a dollar. Said I handed her 11 cents wen I know i handed her a dime and 2 nickles and if i had handed her 11 cents I could had easily fixed it if she had given me the opportunity but instead she chose to be rude suggest yall hire friendlier people.

I had unfortunate run in with employee who was rude, seemed like I wasn’t good enough to shop there. And I don’t shop there but since Cash Saver closed, I had no choice. Probably won’t go back.

Since the virus problem the shelves continue to besparse or BARE on lots of Food items not justcleaning and paper products! Ridiculous!! Also gasoline has been over 20 cents gal CHEAPER just across the highway!! Inexcusable!!!

Friendly people and well stocked

Now that the construction is finally over I enjoy shopping here and much prefer it over Wal Mart. I was disappointed recently to find they had almost no decent steaks to choose from. Hopefully this is a temporary issue. Since the store went through a major remodel they have attempted to step up their selection of craft beer but they still lack variety. I would think this is due to the distributor but the liquor store across the street still has a better selection.

The last 2 trips Ive made to the store to get International Delight coffee creamer they didnt have it out in the dairy case but I could see it in the back and no I couldnt find a employee to ask for help also at the checkout it wasnt going to take off my $5.00 digital coupon for Nexium so the cashier had to do it manually.

Was fired for legally carrying my firearm.. in my locked car... my job title was Night-Grocery/ Back-up/Assistant Night Managerwhen i was in charge of the store from before closing until i was relieved around 8am by another member of actual management.. i was STEWARD for the Local 1529 FOOD AND COMMERCIAL WORKERS UNION..

Its a great little store with good customer service. Their pharmacy staff is always very helpful.

I can never find anyone to help find what all other kroger stores have and the managers talk about employees in hearing distance of customers, I dont like that.

I checked out using the self check out Lane. I had a buggy full with about 150.00 with of groceries. I had everything finished and bagged in my cart and when the associate came to help me scan my coupons.. I had about thirty... He.. an older man and the only employee who has ever been unfriendly to me... Proceeded to make me unpack my entire cart to verify each coupon! Really!!! I mean its not like they will scan and work if I had not purchased the items. I dont know if I will be back or not. It was a terrible experience that I do not wish to repeat. If I do return I will definitely not be using the self check out or allowing that hateful man to assist me.

I shopped at Krogers yesterday, May 30, The friendliest man checked me out. Even though the store was busy, or maybe because of it, he opened a register and I didnt have to wait in line. He was smiling the whole time and asked about my day. His name, I believe, was Kevin Manns. It was such a wonderful experience that I want to share it. I had a similar experience today with a young lady named Samantha. I will definitely shop there more from now on. Thank you so much and I also saved a few dollars with your specials.P.S. I am in my 80s so it was doubly appreciated.

Great store. The problem is there is hardly any parking. Between the gas station and spaces reserved for the pharmacy,they dont have many left.

Krogers is the best place to get food! There food selection is far better than walmart and they keep there items in stock unlike walmart! Also krogers is the best place to get fruits!

Not a large Kroger. They dont carry some advertised specials, especially on bulk sized items. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Parking is a problem. No Android pay or Apple pay at the time of this review.

Never been to a Kroger store before was there on business. Simple item I was looking for they dont have.

I shop here often, usually evening is my choice. I enjoy using my Kroger app as well to pre-shop and for additional discounts. Always find what I need and prices are good and comping better than #1 store in Dburg.

Theyre no Publix, but quality is what you find. No rotten meat like is sold at Walmart, I just wish the store were bigger to accommodate more items.

They are listed as a payment center. 2nd try but cant figure it out! Grrrrrr

Kroger can do better! The quality and freshness of their dairy products is below Kroger standards at the Dyersburg location, as well as the attitudes of staff.

They have lots of organic and gluten-free options to choose from. Employees are always friendly and smiling.

All the employees that I have had interaction with have been pleasantly wonderful!

Grandson wanted a sticker from the cashier running self checkout. This cashier ignored him as he asked for a sticker. I will need to shop somewhere else for a while I get over this. He lived in Cordova, Tennessee and the cashiers always gives the children stickers. He is 3 and did not understand. I bought him some stickers at another store. I will try not to take him to the Dyersburg store anytime soon
