Actually think this company might be a scam. I ordered months ago and havent gotten anything except emails talking about how much they are shipping, but they arent shipping my order apparently. I will update this review if anything changes.10/06/21 - Just got a notification that my items have shipped.10/08/21 - Got my order in the mail. It was what I ordered and the quality seems good. Cannot change the 1-star rating. Very poor customer service. Took me almost six months to get my order. No communication from them about my order along the way. No responses to emails - calls never answered. They gave a little coupon code since I waited, which was a nice gesture, but it was only 10%. Very not worth it. Will not buy again.

Placed my April 8 2021 and received it October 2. I am glade to finally receive my order but if I knew how long it took to fulfill orders I would have ordered from somewhere else. In fact I did eventually give up hope and so I ordered from another distributor that sent the product out the next day. They really should not be selling items that they do not have in stock. Or if you do you should give the customer a headsup that there product will ship in about 6 months.

In my opinion, Tennessee Arms Company will sell you products they do not have and will not make! I ordered from their website a 6 pack with 3-4 colors. I ordered from them because they had PINK, I needed pink! They reached out at 3-4 weeks to ask me to change my color to purple. I said NO, I ordered from you because you had pink, I want Pink. Between 4-9 weeks, They sent an email that stated they were running 80% lowers on both lanes and not producing anything else, that was a miss communication in house. They also blame their staff for missing days and that is why shipping and production takes so long. At one time it was an older man who caught covid, then it was another young lady who was out for personal reasons. After 11.5 weeks I cancelled the order and am still waiting. This is my personal experience but I will not recommend them or do business with them in the future! If they reach out to me after they MAKE their pink Lowers I will not accept one! I do not trust them for not sending me their product after I paid, how can I trust them and their warranty when it breaks? My company works overtime to get products out or we hire more people. Keep your customers happy so they buy more NOT piss your customers off so they tell all their friends and family about not buying from you ever!I did receive my refund! But I will never get back my 11.5 weeks spent waiting for a product and reaching out to the company and making phone calls that go unanswered.This is not buyers remorse. I plan to purchase from another company or have what I want made from a local shop.April was the only person in the company that would email back. She gets a 5 Stars review.

Absolutely horrible company. Took a month of emails and calls to request a refund for an order that was 2 months old and I had yet to receive. Getting email updates about how they are adding new product line. Are you serious? You cant get out the products you produce now. Morons, go back to McDonalds. UPDATE 7/24/21:Just received an email saying that the manufacturing and distribution of the items I ordered will be outlawed soon (kinda funny because I predicted that in my first review). I feel like this company was a front to get money and send nothing out. They keep saying in the emails they are shipping so many and never seen production issues like this yet people arent receiving product. They even sent out a discount code to buy more things from them. Im not giving you more money until I get what I already spent hundreds for.Ordered Multiple items on 01/23/21. Its now 06/10/21 and nothing. Only get emails with reasons for delay. Really worried I just lost hundreds to a company that wont send out its product and that sounds like a LOT of peoples experience here... This company is nothing but a group of ripoff artists. They send out emails bragging about the new product lines, but cant get orders shipped to customers in a timely manner. They do not answer the phones nor email to let customers know any definitive information. All they do is autoreply that they are working as diligently as possible to get orders shipped. The phone always just rings then automatically answers with a machine saying we are not available now, please call back. Thank you for your call. As a customer who paid for the product in good faith 5 months ago, I feel they are doing nothing but lying and ripping people off. They can not be shipping out their bragged 300 to 500 orders a week. I doubt verry much they even have the capability to ship their new product lines.

My second time ordering through this company. The first order (12/2019) took about two months to ship. This time I ordered on presale (12/2020), estimated ship date January. Finally received my order in 09/2021, missing pieces. They have since stopped replying to emails, and stopped answering the phones, so I do t have much hope of getting replacements sent out. Never again.

Ordered in late May and just got my order, I legitimately forgot I placed the order, that’s how long it’s been. Don’t sell things you don’t have in stock, there’s no way your order fulfillment team was almost 5 months delayed, you were waiting for products to be produced and kept customers waiting, even though you took their money the day they ordered.

Sounds like we need to have a class action lawsuit guys. Wish I would have seen the reviews before I made my order in June. Iv been waiting they have answered my emails but not my calls. They Stop making fool FFL lowers to make as many 80% lowers because its less paperwork yeah its April work which is retarded considering they are accepting peoples money no reason to continue making 80% lowers if you are taking orders for FFL lowers. As far as their product goes I cannot rate that because my product has not come yet. Nor do they answer the phone and rarely answer an email saying that we need to call them. Which we have tried even on Wednesdays when they say they will be taking phone calls only. As far as communication goes it gets a one star. so far not happy at all

I really want to like this company, I have run their lowers since they started. Placed an order in March of 2021, no word from them until Sept 16 when they said it was shipped. Tracking says it never left Tennessee and now USPS says the package and tracking number doesnt exist. Tennessee arms is going belly up and they are scamming for as many dollars as they possibly can before they do. DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY.

Writing this review in the hopes someone at Tennessee Arms will see it, my order of a lower is a month late past the max lead time of 10 weeks and I cant get an answer from anyone. Calls dont get answered, emails dont get replies, and messages on their website also go unreplied too. Im about to cancel my order if they dont reply to me in two days and buy from Palmetto as they will actually give me services and updates for the money I gave them.

This review is mostly for the product itself.. I ordered and received some AR-15 and AR-10 polymer lowers.. I had never used polymer AR lowers before, and I have to say that the quality of these was bad. I built an AR using the polymer lower, and at every step of the process something either didnt fit right, needed to be tweaked, etc. Wound up returning all of them for a refund (that was pretty straightforward, but they did ding me their shipping cost), so between the FFL fee, the cost of shipping, it was a loss of $130+..Do yourself a favor and go with an Aluminum lower - any Anderson or PSA will be much better than these polymer ones.

Bought an 80% lower through them and it was okay for the first 1200 ish rounds and then the threaded brass insert came out of the back of it, tried calling them to see about getting a replacement and no one would pick up, tried emailing them and didnt get a email back, its been a month and a half ive been without my gun patiently waiting for a new lower but looks like ill have to go elsewhere

I ordered 3 receivers from this company back in January and have still not received them. The first few times that I called, they told me that my items were only waiting on a special colored receiver, and that I would be getting them in 3 weeks. 3 months later and I have yet to receive my items. They also stopped answering their phone calls. So 6 months later and now I am out a butt-load of money.

This company has horrible customer service, although that would imply they have customer service and would answer the phone. As per the instruction on their site they only answer calls on Wednesdays. I have called no less than a dozen times each of the 3 past Wednesdays and have not gotten any one to answer. I have sent multiple requests with only one short snarky response. I do not trust this company I would not recommend them.

Very poor customer service, unable to deliver on time as stated took almost 7 months after ordering and then they call and tell me that they cant deliver the original order that was placed I would need to change the color or wait even longer for them to finish black runs 1st before they switch to different colors.... Order placed 12/2/20-- order received 8/28/21. 3 days short of 9 months. I got the presale 4 pack. Still had junk in the buffer tube threads. Slag on parts from the manufacturing process. Junk jigs compared to the others I had ordered in the past. Ordered 2 FDE + 2 Rifle green. All 4 were different shades of the intended color (so they match no furniture colors) yikes guys. Honestly, when Tennessee flooded it was like the 5 time I thought I lost my money, lol.

Purchased two 80% recivers with jig two months ago and have not been able to have anyone even respond to a simple email about the status of order but money was taken out of my account on day one this is my first time buying here and will be my last. There is no reason they cant give people any sort of time frame, two weeks or six months have something so people have some idea before they order.

I really wanted to get a receiver from TAC. I wanted to review it and possibly perchase more product. I had ordered back when they said it could be 6 weeks, that changed to 10 weeks however 10 weeks came and went. I get it, they took pre orders to pay for more equipment and staff and I believe David honesty thought they could deliver but they got overwhelmed with orders. But since I am also in customer service I know what happens when you overpromise and under deliver. I wish them all the best buy cannot promote TAC products.

DO NOT SHOP HERE. Try Palmetto State, Cabelas or anything else before Tennessee Arms Steals your money. Personally I’ve been dealing w firearms for 19years and have never had issues like this. First the lower (ar 15 pistol lower) was made extremely cheap and blew apart in my face upon firing 5 rounds. After what it did to my lip I just wanted to send it back and get my money back. After finally talking to Dave@tac-llc he informed me to ship it back and they would refund me upon receiving the lower. Usps says they received the package June 8 and He stopped replying to my emails and added my phone number to some kind of automated voicemail so anytime I call I get automated voicemail. This company is very dishonest and theivish like. If I could rate the negative stars I would. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY & TIME and shop elsewhere!!!!!

Please stay away from TAC, LLC. I have placed several orders over the course of this year and each one of them was refunded after an extended waiting period. I was told there would be a 2-10 week lead time on my items, first order was placed on February 8, 2021 and second order was placed on May 24, 2021 both times extended delivery times were expressed and informed on the website and on email. I patiently waited for my purchases as the communication and company updates were current and up-to-date.I was extremely disappointed and shocked to see the company voluntarily refunded both orders without my request. I am to believe without further company communication that they simply cannot fill any orders that were placed prior to February of this year as internet reviews are coming in from everywhere stating there was already a current 3-4 month backlog on all orders.Please stay away from this company as you will be lucky to receive your items anytime this year - specially with future regulations and laws that are set to take place later this year.Before you ask, my order consisted of an 80% lower and a serialized lower shipping to my local ffl dealer. Regardless of order type neither one was filled.I would suggest taking your business to a company that can actually fulfill its customer demands and needs.

I place a order on 1/11/21. I was told 1 to 6 weeks to ship they said the part was in stock but they did not think it would take 6 weeks. Waited 6 weeks now they say 10 weeks. Placed order 01/25/2021. Money collected 01/27/2021. Website says 2-10 weeks for delivery. 11 weeks going on 12. I did get a response a couple of weeks ago. I ordered a tac9 and ar in pink for my wife. Here is there response on 3/24/2021.“ I received TAC9 black in house, but we are still producing serialized 15s right now. The factory is on black now, but I dont have the color line up yet. I have to have your pink in house by end of next week for processing. We are working off the Dec. and early Jan. orders this week.”Customer service needs to be betterEdit 05/20/2021: My receivers were finally delivered April 23. Due to an error on my part, my FFL had to send them back. I explained via email to Tennessee Arms how to correct the issue and offer to pay for the additional shipping and any extra labor charges. Now I’m stuck out of pocket for my purchase and no assistance from Tennessee Arms.Sent a fax and my order was reshipped the following day. Now the postal service has things screwed up. I can’t win.

I remember when my husband ordered a part for his gun it took so long to get to us (6+ months ) and the customer service was HORRIBLE. So flash forward to now we took it to a gunsmith and he said it was TERRIBLE quality and not safe to shoot. So now we have to get the gun rebuilt with a better lower . Please save your time and money don’t order from this place. if you are selling parts for firearms do better because because this is the real deal and y’all should probably take designing your products into consideration instead of selling the crappiest products that could possibly harm someone . I ordered a Stripped lower to go on a PSA Classic build kit.First the lower was perfect, ready to build, everything went together in a snap. The TA lower is very good fit.Second the TA lower seems like quality materials. The strength test vids are real, it looks like the lower will last for a long time.Last, I had mine laser engraved. I made my own artwork. The only thing is I MADE THE ART TOO FINE DETAILED. You can see the result, it just made my lines really fine, so you have to look a little closely to catch itMy bad. Tennessees work was spot on. The color is in the OD Green. It nearly perfectly matched the OD Green from the build kit.I would use these polymer lowers on any future build.Also, they are really busy right now, Covid, elevated interest, etc. They still responded to my e mails in a relatively quick order. My order was processed, burned, delivered, in 2 weeks.

Ive done a lot of business with TN Arms Co over the years. I used to recommend them to friends and people in my classes.Their customer service is now unresponsive. Not even a token well get back to you message. Im not even waiting for delivery of an order. I only sent a question about an order I received last year and I dont even know if my question was received.I realize things are slow with some companies right now. But, waiting two months for a simple email after trying to contact them four different ways seems excessive when most other companies in this industry are still operating (even if at a diminished capacity).Their CS used to be a pretty strong reason to patronize them. Thats no longer the case.

Six months later. Still havent received my lower. I should have read the reviews here. They have a great online advertising mechanism, are great at taking your money, but dont ship the product. A month after not receiving my lowers, I contacted them. They said they were waiting on a shipment and that i would have it before the next week. Six months later, they say it was my fault because i didnt keep calling and checking up on them to see why they hadnt shipped it. Really sad that they think thats acceptable customer service. I read bet videos to them, and they did nothing to try to make it right. Hopefully Ill get my refund

Purchased a TAC-9 lower that took several months to get. Much longer than the website stated. Once I got it, there were so many issues that the firearm would not function. Their mag release is plastic and wears out. Also, it does hold the magazine in place and causes cycling issues when the bolt hits the magazine. I emailed two different employees asking to help resolve the issue and never heard anything back. Why buy a lifetime warranty product if nobody is there to help resolve the issue?

I ordered my lowers and received them within 6 days. I also ordered the drill bit set as well. Unfortunately, the set of bits was not sent with the order. A follow up call to Tennessee Arms the following day had them on the way, no questions asked! The quality of the polymer lowers was excellent! I would recommend them to others.

I Ordered a four pack of 80% lowers and it took almost a month for them to ship them, when I receive them one of them had a crack where the buffer tube goes to the lower.I have emailed them and almost a week later still no responseI emailed the owner which I got his email off here from the reviews and still no response this company has very poor communication!I also ordered the bit set to mail the lowers and didn’t receive them that was almost $20 extraToday they sent me a return slip saying fill it out and return lower for a refund or replacement and I also need to send 8 bucks for them to send me a new one, don’t agree with this when it’s never been put together and their quality control person should have not let this ship out, I’m good just won’t reorder, next time I will use 80% lower

Ordered two months ago and keep getting the run around about parts being on order and that they are on the way and you’ll receive tracking when it ships out soon if it ever ships out. I’m at the point that I almost just want my money back, I ordered this as a Xmas gift 2 months in advance and still nothing.

Ive bought two of the hybrid lowers through a local dealer. I built one into a 5.56 rifle, and the other into a 9 mm carbine. Both lowers were exceptionally easy to work with, the only hitch was the mag well adaptor for the 9 mm version had to be pinned in place. In general, Im well pleased with the two Tennessee Arms AR lowers I have, and am strongly considering yet another for my next project.

Placed an order in late Jan 2019...Late Feb2019 and a couple of emails later they just couldnt deliver the product {Ar9 lower}. They did reverse the charges on my card pretty quick when I emailed them to just cancel the order. The low review is they werent able to deliver the product in timely manner. I went to another seller and had the lower in 4 days.

Bought two lowers, both broke immediately. Customer service? Non existent. Have not heard anything after numerous attempts. Been 5 months now. BEWARE.I have more than 30 weapons and I buy parts online weekly. This is by far the worst quality product and company I have ever dealt with, do not purchase from them.

Terrible communication with customer, took almost two months for them to ship out my lower. That being said, I contribute this to them being grossly understaffed (I assume?). The lower I received was perfect, and has exceeded my expectations for such a low-cost poly lower. I have had no issues with the actual part whatsoever, and it’s holding up well in my most recent build. Overall mixed feelings, but good products!

Purchased a few polymer receivers. Built two. I have shot over 500 rounds through both without a problem. Maybe the guy who broke one was mortaring it. Who knows. I have beat them pretty good and they still are holding up as good as my aluminum based ones. These are the 4th polymer ones I have tried. All of them have been OK. I like these and the James Madison ones the best. To break one, at least in 5.56, Id think youd really have to beat it.

I had a very poor experience with this company and recommend everyone avoid them. When I first made the order it was processing for months, and had no update on what was going on. I contacted them via the website and never heard back from a rep. I finally got in contact with them through Reddit. After a few weeks of no update I contacted them again via Reddit to find out they were waiting on mag release buttons. Once I finally received my order 2 months later it had missing pieces I had requested and learned I had to manually alter the piece I ordered with a file. I requested the missing piece be sent, again contacted through Reddit as no one responded through their site. No word back after a month so I ordered a new piece out of pocket.If youre considering ordering from this company safe yourself the hassle and go elsewhere. Youll be happy in the long run.

Horrible customer service. Poor ship times. Poor quality. Save yourself the headache this company will give you and spend a little more for quality parts. Ordered a lower, it took 8 weeks for it to arrive, upon inspecting it I saw it had a huge crack in the mag well and a hairline crack in the takedown pin area. I returned it nearly a month ago, called 3 times and was told “by the end of the week”. I still have no replacement. I ordered a quality forged lower for a bit more because I began this build in December. It’s now the middle of April and if left up to TAC my build would still be on the table.

FFL dealer outside Knoxville, TN. I ordered a few of these lowers to experiment with. Lowers assembled without any problems using Bushmaster parts kits. There is minimal gap between upper and lower using Cerro forge upper receivers. I have not run any rounds through them but will update review when complete. The weight difference is huge with these. Cant wait to torture test Im rooting for them.
