Not sure if it was time to replace my tires. The technician did a diagnostic tire test, explained the results in detail, and informed me of my options. I decided to wait until the end of October to replace them before the snow flies. The technician did a professional job. I noticed the car rides better and with the alignment she doesn’t pull to the right. I will continue to use Honest-1 because of their honest, professional, and good quality workmanship.

I have been looking for a new auto repair shop. Your lobby is very professional and the service was excellent. There were other recommendations for service on my car that I declined. And when I did there was no pushback. They respected my decision instead of ramming them down my throat. That was a big positive for me. I think I have found a new home for my cars. Thank you.

Clean, socially distanced, everybody at the front desk wore their masks. They are always very efficient & friendly. Feels like an inclusive atmosphere where I feel safe & confident waiting inside by myself. Brandon at the front counter works so hard and consistently goes above and beyond. I was also pleasantly surprised I wasn’t pressured with an elaborate sales tactic to do any upgrading on my simple oil change appointment. As a sales person myself, it felt very organic & I really appreciated the recommendation (since my oil change WAS a few miles overdue 😂). All in all, I’d choose this location every time for my oil changes & other suggestions because they ARE truly honest 😊

These guys are hands down the best place I’ve ever brought my car. The level of professionalism and transparency is top tier. In ONE DAY they were able to repair my front axle, inner and outer tire rod ends, order and replace my tires, AND take care of some minor tech issues. I came across this shop by chance when looking to get an oil change done! It’s a little drive from my house & there are closer Honest1’s to my location, but I’ll still continue to go here because I feel comfortable & the staff is great/friendly! I enjoy the text updates about my vehicle & what inspection results they feel you should take care of soon as well as which ones were good. Very in depth! And the gentleman always help with more information if you need. I also stopped for a tire rotation, I originally picked an appt at 1 but called and asked if the earlier one was available. It was taken unfortunately but they still allowed me to stop in quick. It took less than a half hour & it was complimentary! While the previous time I went to the dealership where I bought the car for a rotation & I waited for over an hour and it was like $40..

The front end did a good job provided a loaner and kept me up to date on repair. Prices seemed high, but the work needed to be done. I was extremely disappointed when a day later my low engine coolant light came on and it didnt look like any was added and that was the reason the car was brought there. So that alone spoiled my average satisfaction to not satisfied

I had a second opinion (free, no charge) done on my brakes and my brakes were fine. They didnt need replacing. My car has 57k miles.The day before a well known car dealership said my brakes were shot, and I needed new pads and rotors at a cost of $550 per axle. They said the rotors were rusted and couldnt be saved. I was looking at an $1,100 repair bill. Thats alot of money for a senior citizen on social security.A huge THANK YOU to Honest-1 auto care in Eagan. They saved me from paying for a repair I didnt need. What a great experience!! Our car died on the highway between Wisconsin and Kansas City and the tow truck took us to Honest-1. We were very lucky to have found them! Not only were they very quick to diagnose our car but they stored it for us overnight and even helped us load it on a trailer to pull back to Kansas City. Everyone was very professional, nice and above and beyond helpful!! I wish I knew of a repair shop like this in Kansas City. I cannot recommend them enough!

Ive taken my vehicle to be serviced at a few shops around town. When I started going to Honest1 I was blown away with their kindness and professionalism. While my vehicle is serviced, their were regular updates. I also got a full electronic rundown of the vehicles health starting with the things that were good, then the things that could be issues in the near future, and finishing with the items of repair they suggested I care for with immediacy. Ive been very pleased with their attention to detail.

Honest1 was able to confirm the issues and provided a detailed description along with pictures that helped me to feel confident with proceeding with the repairs. We were traveling to the twin cities to watch for some baseball games. My vehicle had a significant issue with power steering. I checked the area where we were staying and found you business to be highly rated and reccomended for auto repairs. I took my vehicle to them first thing the following morning and explained my unfortunate circumstances. James and the gang jumped right on it unfortunately the diagnosis wasnt great, major issues, but they could get it done by the following day, even though I could tell they were neck deep in other work needing completed. But that they did, I was able to pick my car up the following afternoon, the repair was less then the original estimate. Nice place, good courteous staff, I reccomend them.

Once again, always excellent communication, diagnosis and value. Love these guys, super efficient, able to squeeze me in for an urgent repair. I drive down from Richfield past many other shops, but I get the best work done at Honest One.

The team at Honest-1 Eagan West were knowledgeable and kind. They even went out of their way to source a part for my car to save me a lot of money. The pics they said of my car during repair are great, but the technician selected the wrong value for the text that accompanies the picture in the canned form they use. Not a problem. I called and they explained to me what happened and fixed the error. I am definitely going back because these folks care about their customers and take pride in their work. I have been to other shops that felt like Luke warm about. This shop however gets a solid recommendation from me.

They would send me updates with pictures and videos of my car. They also went into detail of what was wrong with my vehicle. They got me a Lyft back to my home & even provided me with a complimentary loaner vehicle because my car wouldn’t be ready by the time I had to be at work. I called in to get my hood looked at because it wasnt latching properly. They took a look at it and it was an easy fix. One of my tires needed aor and they filled that because they noticed it. I didnt even ask. I went home and my step daughters car battery was dead. I drove it to them after I jump started it. They took care of the battery right away at a great price. Brandon was professional and so was the mechanic. I didnt catch his name but he was great as well. I will go back here when I need to service my cars. The service they provided was exceptional.

Made an appointment online the day before, was super easy and convenient. Dropped my car off, received a very, very detailed report including photos and videos of the inspection they did with my oil change. I was very impressed with that! I went in for an oil change and wheel alignment, unfortunately I could only get the oil change until I fix my tye rods, but I definitely plan to go back for that wheel alignment. I don’t think I will ever go to another shop again! The gentleman who greets everyone was very kind and informative. They gained a new loyal customer!

I came in with the impression my heater core and or radiator needed to be replaced because my heat was not coming out. A full diagnosis was made which was awesome because this is the first shop that sent a full report with top priorities on what needs to be replaced as well as full descriptions with PICTURES AND VIDEOS! I’ve never seen any shop do this which gained a lot of trust. They suggested the HVAC system needed to be replaced and actuator instead of the heater core or radiator (proved the other shops wrong). As well as top priority in the driver side ball joint. After this all my problems with my car went away. Heat came back and suspension feels so much better. I even had an alignment done here because their price was the best around! This is the first shop I feel I can fully trust and will continue doing future business with. Also thank you for all the LYFT rides and loaner cars that were provided. Helped a lot since my job consist of a lot of driving. Thanks for everything, you guys rock!!!

Repair was to wheel suspension which was a huge safety issue. Issue and cost was quoted a month before appointment and when I brought it in they remained the same. Repair was completed timely and as quoted. I was provided a satisfactory loaner car. What more can you ask of an excellent car repair service?

The transmission fluid change was done pretty fast. Im also glad I was able to get the work done the morning after I called to make an appointment.

Every time I bring my car to Honest-1 Auto Care I am well taken care of. They provide a Lyft or a loaner car so that I do not have to try to coordinate transportation. Brandon always takes the time to explain what services are needed based on priority, the cost, and how long it will take to do the repairs. I really like the status reports that are sent via text and email. I have been going to Honest-1 Auto Care since they have been in the area and I have NEVER had a bad experience. It is not fun to have car problems but they make it easy and less stressful.

Every single time my vehicle needs any maintenance I ALWAYS bring it to these guys. They are extremely thorough with their inspections and they are willing to walk you through every step of the process. The mechanics won’t spring any surprise charges on you and they are very good at relaying any information in common language. They really do go above and beyond for their customers and I never feel as though they are trying to pull one over on me since I don’t have much knowledge about vehicles. Over all I would highly recommend this auto shop to any family or friends!

Brandon is the most personable person, I love talking to him! Everyone there does such a great job every time. I had gotten my air filters done and my check engine light would go on and off over a few weeks and I would call him and he didn’t hesitate for me to bring it back. Well finally got back there and he solved the problem! It feels like a family Mechanic, not just a shop . I don’t plan on going anywhere else!

They quoted me and then matched a competitors quote even though my car was dead and stuck at their shop. They had no reason to believe I could take my car to another shop, so matching a competitors price was above and beyond. They communicated via text and provided updates when anything was done on my car. I appreciated being able to see all of the information in a timely fashion. After I picked my car up, they called me to come back because one of the technicians forgot to do something. I appreciated this because its way better to be safe than sorry. They easily could have tried to cover up a mistake, but they took care of it before it was a problem. Lastly, they didnt try to upsell me on repairs that I didnt ask for. Great experience!

My car started acting at 10pm on a weekday night. I made an online appointment and dropped my vehicle off. They got back to me with the diagnosis by 10am and replaced alternator and belt for a very reasonable price, and all in the same day. Very satisfied customer and will definetly use them again.

They were able to get me in the next day with a drop off appointment. The sent me a text message with the results of their complete inspection and what needs to be addressed right away, so if anything needs to be fixed they can fix it right the same day. They had a ride available home and back to the shop.

Ive been going to Honest-1 for a a few months now, and have had several thing fixed on my aging car. I know youre not suppose to trust someone who says, trust me or, Im honest, but Honest-1 dispelled that myth. Ive had nothing but professional, quality service at the Eagan West location, and I know this sounds bad but I think they are getting to know me there. I was in a tight spot this last time, something even they could not foretell, and they fixed it in hours, it was a major incident and they fixed it. Oh, and on top of that they showed me on some repairs I get three years or 36 month warrantee on the work they did...added value. Ive said it before but these guys are me shop from now on.

Honest 1 of Eagan was very impressive, first off the waiting area is clean and welcoming. The staff were quick to get every question answered in a matter that is easily understood. I had my engine light come on and the inspection was very impressive and thorough. I got detailed information regarding that inspection in writing via text link including pictures and explanation of why it could wait or why its critical. They fixed my leaks, but missed one in the top of the radiator, so replaced it at no cost due to their warranty on their work. All in all it was the best experience I have ever had when it comes to expensive repairs. Id recommend them to anyone. A big shout out to Brandon and the staff at Honest 1 in Eagan.

Got my car fixed here twice. Greatful for the work that was done, but this guys are a bit expensive. Would certainly recommend.

Well to begin I went Initially because I had a fluid leak of some kind coming from my car.They checked my car and everything and said there was no leak which was fine but I come to find that my key fob was broken in the process of them checking and none of the workers told me ahead of time what happened to it. I will not be coming back to honest 1 care ever again. It’s very un professional to break something of someone’s and not tell them. And also my car is continuing to leak so there clearly is one.

The pictures they showed me on what needed priority attention were awesome. My van was done in a very timely manner. I had an appointment to change my power steering pump. They did an inspection before we got started and found that I also needed hoses and a rack and piston. They were open about the process and were even able to send pictures of the inspection to my phone. Not only that but they actually let me walk under the vehicle and they showed me the issues they found that werent related to the power steering. Im amazed that an inspection of this level was no cost to me and that they were so detailed with it. Brandon at the front was very knowledgeable and professional. The only down fall is that they are pricier than other mechanic shops ive been to. I ended up going with another place for about half the price. However, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a professional auto shop.

Not the usual quick service. Took almost 1 1/2 hours for an oil change. Replaced 3 bulbs and still have one out.
