I went into the store and was greeted promptly. I originally was not looking for pots, but a gift for a friend and I didn’t know anything about this company. The staff was so wonderful, I left with a few items and I was helped by a guy named Jimmie Lee! I didn’t just get items for my friend but items for myself and I am obsessed, I was given a brief history and overview of the company; the products and he even took his time with me to explain the various products in details. I WILL ALWAYS SHOP HERE, you got a customer for life. Thanks Jimmie for the wonderful service, you are truly the best customer service I’ve ever received.

Dont ever buy anything from this store. They are called outlet store but their pricing is exactly same or worse than their official website. You get more choices from their website as well. Be aware that the staff also sometimes does not fully explain some of those second products that had some defects and are sold at a discounted price - they are final sales. I felt so cheated when I discovered that the brand-new pot of the exact same style that I purchased from this store was being sold at a better deal (when considering a replacement stainless knob) and they would not let me return the product so that I can purchase the new one from their website.

Congratulations Le Creuset you’ve made a lifelong customer. They replaced an 8 quart red stockpot that had a manufacturing defect from a gift I received 3 years ago. No questions asked they took the pot back and replaced it. This is a company who stands by their products, their warranties and their word. They make fantastic cookware and they know it: that’s why they have warranties that they know people will believe in. Thank you again for making the replacement easy.

I purchased several high end items from their website. Never received them. It’s been over 2 months. I’ve called 4 times with an average wait time of over an hour. They said they would refund me as the items are not in stock. Do not do business with this company! I will be contacting an attorney next to get my money back.

Great store, very high quality cooking implements. But, be ware, if you are looking for something really specific, you may not find it there.

I finally got a letter creuset piece - the 10 skillet. 😍 The staff were super helpful and I even got a free gift! Will definitely be back. There are limited colors if youre looking for something very specific, but good deals if youre open on color.

I had wanted a Le Creuset Dutch oven for quite a while, and I was ready to pay the hefty price for one ($300+) I stumbled upon this outlet store and was happy to find really great discounts. If you are not set on a particular color, you may find better discounts on less popular colors.

On Feb 20 in the afternoon I visited this store for the first time after moving to Minneapolis. I was looking for 1 dutch oven (I think Le Crueset calls it a french oven). Carol helped me select the perfect size and color and then as we were discussing all my cooking needs she helped me find a coated cast iron roaster suitable for my outdoor grill and two other items that I didnt absolutely need but definitely wanted! One of Carols colleagues (Im sorry I dont remember his name) suggested that I get my car (other side of the mall) and call him when I was by the store so he could carry my very heavy bags to my car. This was a great shopping experience and Im very pleased with all of my purchases ... which Ive used already!
