I just left the store and had to make a review. The gal helping me was the nicest person I have encountered in a very long time. She was so helpful and genuinely seemed happy. I wish everyone I ran into In customer service was as nice as her!!! I didnt catch her name but she had super curly ombre hair and some wicked cool gold eyeliner on. Thanks !!!

Went to this location to return some extra products that I didnt need. I was told by the young ladies that were there that the manager walked out they had no manager to do a refund. Very poor customer service. How do you let a bunch of kids run a store without a manager. If I do go to Sallys beauty it will not be to the Eagan location.

Absolutely horrible experience. I called corporate and I am certainly not that customer. I moved from Bloomington to Eagan MN and was so sad to leave my ladies at the Bloomington location. They are always so sweet! This individual at the Eagan location was just absolutely rude. Beware, she has a black pixie cut, wears very vibrant eye makeup and has absolutely one of the most horrendous attitudes and frankly, should not be around people. Eagan location, do yourself a favor and cut yourself free of this individual. She does not properly represent your Sally stores! Every time I go in there the same woman helps me! I always forget to catch her name, she has pink and black hair she is amazing !! Great customer service always. so helpful every time . And always in a good mood. makes the trip to Sally’s more fun!!!.

I came here looking for jojoba oil and a boar bristle brush for my beard. I was able to find the brush pretty easily and the oil I was able to find with the help of the staff who came and asked if I needed help shortly after I walked through the door. All in all I was out the door with what I came for within 7 minutes of waking in. Left happy.

My Service Dog LOVED the place as you can tell...keeps asking me to go back...he had a FUN time there & I had all my questions answered by friendly staff...

I will never be shopping here again. My mom had purchased shears, and asked the employee if these didnt work if she could return them. The employee said yes. They didnt work out for my mom, so she went in to return them. The lady working said shears are not returnable and we explained to her that the employee who was working that day who they had asked said yes of course they are returnable, just bring your receipt. The lady would not accept the return after explaining what HER EMPLOYEE told us. She was rude and inconsiderate. We asked if we could talk to a manager and she replied in a snarky tone I am the manager we then said then I need to speak to someone above you. She replied with well you can call customer service, but theyre closed on Sundays. You bet Im calling customer service. You couldnt return a 6 dollar item back after your employee had told us with confidence that we could...six dollars is a lot to my mom who is battling breast cancer while not being able to work while sick. Your service here is a disappointment, and Ill stick to shopping at the Burnsville Sallys.

This is the only Sallys I have been to (Ive been to many) that has good customer service. This is my go to store!!!!! 👍

In the future I will drive out of my way to go to a different Sally Beauty location. Staff at other locations are more helpful and knowledgeable.

Does anyone actually work there? Went to Sallys 11/6/17. Usually the staff is pretty helpful, but the 3 employees that were there, were sitting around eating and having social hour. They were really unprofessional, swearing and being obnoxiously loud conversing with eachother. Didnt bother to walk around or ask to help any customers who came into the store. By far was the most annoyingly unpleasant experience, I have had at that store and Im a regular customer.

Normal hours were until 9pm but apparently they changed their hours and didn’t update anything else. Showed up at 8:10 and they just ignored me. Wow! Should probably post your new hours other than on a post it note on the door!
