The sales person was AMAZING! Super friendly, helpful and went out of her way to help us, I’d give her 10 starts if I could. The only reason I’m not giving 5 start is because when I went to pick it up, the warehouse guy had it side ways, on the dirty floor, not wrapped, and when my husband said something about it, the employee just moved to a nasty carpet and left it side ways on the floor. Luckily we got there soon enough where the fabric didn’t get stained.

Ive been looking for months for a grey mid century modern styled sofa and loveseat set. Ive found quite a few but theyve all been on back order for 4-5 months. I checked slumber lands website Friday night and found a set that was in stock, made in America, on sale and on display at the Eagan store. Hubby and I made a beeline down there on Saturday and we were thrilled to find the set was just advertised. We wrote the sale right then and it will be delivered on this Thursday--plus our old set will be hauled away. Quick, simple and no fuss sales experience at the store. Cant wait to see our new set in our living room.

I want to compliment the two delivery men that delivered my beautiful furniture this morning. They were very professional and made sure not to damage my items hanging up on the walls. He had me remove a few things and they assembled my furniture. I got new carpet yesterday and they were so good about removing their shoes. Thanks. Very polite men. Had a decent selection of items, certainly better than some other locations. Staff was a bit clingy and raced to greet us so they could get a possible sale. We were approached by no less than 5 employees and when they found out they were not first, they walked away without caring to ask if we had any questions. Nothing is in stock (not the fault of Slumberland) so almost everything needs to be special ordered. The orders now take 4 months!!

We had very superb customer service from Erik helping us with buying anTempur-pedic adjustable bed with a recliner and accessories. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable about the products, delivery dates and wait times. We get our bed Friday and I can’t wait to try it out.

I went in to take a look at a sofa/loveseat combo that I had seen online.Because of COVID, the color I wanted was discontinued. Kathie took me back to another sofa, on sale... and I fell in love.Better quality and style than my online choice.The set I ended up buying was more... but considering I got it for over half off...it was a great deal.Excellent sales and service. Highly recommend.

My encounter at this store was brief. I knew what I wanted so I I was in the store less than 30 minutes. The longest part of the process was the sales person who wrote my purchase up, it took her fifteen minutes to count the cash and verify it was not counterfeit.

We were greeted by Todd shortly after we arrived and he was extremely helpful but also courteous and not overbearing. We looked at many things, shopped around and went back and bought everything and more at Slumberland. The prices are great and everything was on sale. We get a lot of our furniture from there and never regret it!

I recently ordered all new furniture for my place. Erick was my sales guy at the Eagan store and he is amazing. Because of COVID and the factories being at a lower worker capacity, there are some delays on items. He worked with me to find items that would be here sooner, but also staying within a price range I was comfortable paying.

False advertising!When something is listed as In Stock that means it is available to purchase and bring home. Or at least bring home from warehouse soon. 8-10 weeks is NOT soon. Oh well, money will happily be spent elsewhere. Whats the commission on a few thousand dollars?

The guy who sold me the mattress box spring was awesome. He helped and searched for what I needed. However when it came to loading what I had bought they would not help assist me at all because they didn’t want to be held responsible for anything that happened if it fell. I signed a waiver saying I take all responsibility so the least they could have done was give me some assistance. I have never tied anything down to a vehicle before so HOPEFULLY I did it tight enough so that it doesn’t fall. I took full responsibility so how about so common curtesy to help ensure this is tight AT LEAST. I’ll never return again

The chair from the Black Friday sale was as advertised, or even better. We knew walking in that the chair was still available, because we were handed a ticket. Went to our private showing and it was great, left the store with a purchase with exactly what we found on the website. Salesman was really informative and helpful... hand sanitizer was there and everyone was wearing mask and gloves... One downside from our visit the other couple there the guy did not have a mask (I wish everyone would be asked to wear one before entering the store) Thanks again Slumberland for continuing to fill our home with your great furniture.
