They have a decent selection, prices are a little high for me but it may just be that Im not from the area. The associate thats always there when I go in is nice and helpful though.

Favorite local liquor store to use, I have been in the area for the past 5 years.They always have what I am looking for and have good deals every so often on wine. (not Total-Wine level but appropriate for their size!) The employees have always been friendly and help me find what I need.

Excellent Service! I am never disappointed when I go here. On my first trip I received knowledgable advice on champagnes for a wedding gift from two fun gentlemen. Today, I went in carrying my infant son in his car seat and without me asking the clerk left the counter to shadow me around the store and carry my selections and then brought them to the counter and carried them to my car. You dont get service like that everywhere. They have a customer for life.

Different employees make for different customer service. One night service was great. Friendly and courteous. Next night services by a non friendly odd hat wearing grump.

Today was my first time at Perrier Wines & Liquors. I wanted to check out another store near my home because Ive been having bad luck at other liquor stores in the area. I was pleasantly surprised. The stores layout made sense and the store itself was very clean. Upon my arrival I was greeted. I had a couple different employees help me with selecting wine and they were extremely polite and knowledgeable. Needless to say this will be my new go to liquor store!

Terrible customer service at its finest, was yelled at an treated very poorly. Also felt threatened all because the man working doesnt know his laws about IDs. I would really advise sending someone to teach them how to work with customers the correct way. And I will also be filling complaints to the alcohol and tobacco trade bureau!

Cashier needs stop assuming he knows everything and to learn about IDs and less smart remarks before he needs a pair of dentures a little early.

Your employee at the cashier wouldnt take my permanent resident card because she said its not a form of ID. I thought it was kinda funny because her English was horrible.

Good place if you know what AND where your item is. If you browse, you typically get shadowed by an employee to move things along.

Rude employees. The cashier did not take a good look at my ID and because WI doesnt require you to renew your ID after you turn 21, he judged me and scolded me to get it replaced because some places wouldnt accept it. Not every state requires this. He is obviously not educated about this. I dont need a lecture especially when I didnt even buy anything. If you want good customer service, this is not the place to go.

Decent wine selection with knowledgeable staff.

I bought three bottles of wine and a bottle of Tittos Vodka. As I pushed the cart back the cashier was bagging my alcohol. When I got back to the hotel the bottle of Tittos was not in the bag! I did not have time to go back. Very disappointed 😞😞😞😞😞😞😞!

Place was dirty and didnt have what we wanted. While paying,cashier was very rude and lectured my gf about her i.d which was still valid cause its from a different state is. Will not shop there again.
