Very good service - and great price on a basic oil change. Manager was courteous and helpful and didnt try to upsell me on anything (cars fairly new - shouldnt need anything). I was able to get an appointment the next morning, whereas my regular places were telling me that itd be 2-4 weeks until they had an opening. Not sure whats going on with them, but if you need an oil change from a friendly provider at a decent price, and dont want to wait, give Big O Tires in Eagan a shot.

Needed a tire and they took me in and got a new tire put on right away for an affordable price. Would recommend for others to get your mechanic needs done here.

I bought a brand new tire from you guys a couple a months ago. The brand new tire is now flat. When I came into the store this weekend to see if they could make this right they told me that they had no record that I purchased a tire from them. I also learned that they did not balance the tires as well. I need to get 3 new tires and I will definitely not be going to them for new tires. I am very unsatisfied with their service.

Great customer service. Didnt have any issues with bringing in a flat tire to be plugged/patched and in the mean time they looked over my wifes car to fix a small rattle without a charge. Ive been going here for 5 years and havent had much of any issues.

I took my car into their shop for an oils change. I spoke with them on the phone before and the lady that works there told me they had mobile 1 full synthetic. I brought my in and had the change done. After I got home I called them and spoke with one of the associates and asked what oil they put in. The told me Royal Purple. I told them they should have told me that they don’t carry mobile 1 oil and that the car needs a flush. They said it’s fine royal purple is a better oil and nothing is gonna happen. I don’t need to worry about. The car will be fine.

Things went well and quickly. Seemed like very competent individuals. Will gladly try again.

I bought tires from big o in Wichita Kansas for my Tesla model 3. Ive been here to the Burnsville location and its probably no reflection of the people that work there but they go itself they told me they could not rotate my tires and now its been one year later they still cannot work on my car but yet I bought my tires through them needing the service.

I dropped my vehicle off at 7:30am and requested an oil change, tire rotation and check engine light assessment. Although I did not have an appointment, I assumed these services could be performed sometime between 7:30am and 7pm store closing. I was contacted via text at 3:15pm informing me that my vehicle was ready. I picked up my vehicle at 4:45pm and was informed the store was short staffed and the check engine light diagnostics had not been completed. Additionally, my vehicle is now leaking oil from an unknown source which will require me to arrange another opportunity to bring the vehicle back to Big O. My vehicle was not leaking any fluids prior to this oil change as evidenced by a dry garage floor. Very disappointed 😡

After replacing my rack and pinion this weekend and not measuring as well as thought I called Monday morning and they got me in right away before I had to go to work, 20 minutes later I was out the door and with no more alignment issues or tire rubbing! I bought my tires from this location when it was still NTB. I went to this location after it became Big O and was hugely disappointed. I made an appointment to have my tires balanced and rotated as well as diagnose a problem I was having with the front end. When I was getting out of my vehicle I grabbed my backpack knowing I would have some extra time to get some work done. A worker looked at me funny and asked if he could help me, as if I wasnt suppose to be there. I explained that I had an appointment and we went inside. I explained what was going on to the same man. He kept trying to downplay the problem, insisting that I just had a little give in my steering wheel or something. He obviously dismissed what I was saying, and even asked me what I hit. I said that I didnt hit anything, his response was oh, I thought you said you hit something. After about a hour, one of the guys in the back was able to diagnose the problem, but I was told they couldnt do anything (which was fine), and that I would have to take it to the dealership (which wasnt true). They never did the rotation or balance that I had scheduled. At that point I was frustrated and left, and wouldnt even want them to do any work on my vehicle.

We came in late on Tuesday night to get a tire fixed that was unrepairable. My husband picked out some new tires with Eric who was extremely helpful in finding a good fit for what we were looking for. He even stayed quite a bit late after they closed to share some options. He was very knowledgeable and friendly.We got the tires put on today and absolutely LOVE them so far. Great recommendation.

Find a different tire store. Found the tires online, setup appointment, then when paying they added a number of charges that were not on the online quote, and i was never asked about. Also, bought tires that were supposedly eligible for a $70 rebate. Now come to find out that specific tire (Continental CrossContact) is not eligible for the rebate.to add insult to injury, lost one of the center caps on the wheel by the time i got home (if it was event put on...)Shady... wont ever buy at BigOhNo again.

They now charge $150 an hour for labor. Some mechanics there do great work others not so much. For $150 an hour you can find better mechanics

Very responsive to my requirements. Work was completed within two hours. They didnt have the tires in stock when I called for the appointment. They were able to find them at another shop and had them moved to meet my needs.

After picking my car up at MSP Airport, the low tire pressure light was on. The employees of Big O Tires were able to work me into their existing schedule. They found a nail in the tire. The tire was patched and I was able to get home with no problems, all at no charge! I have never experienced such excellent customer service.

I’m from out of town and this place is hands down the best place to go! My car was shaking really bad and they got me in right away. Found out there was a ton of mud caked on my tires and they happily removed it at no cost! Really appreciate their kindness!

Would rate zero stars if I could. Made an appointment for mount balance and alignment 4 days in advance. Get there to find out they were ‘running late’. So I got a ride home, 2.5 hours later no update, call to find out one more hour left. Show up exactly one hour later, they tell me everything is ready.....except they forgot to do the alignment. unbelievable. On the way home my wheels were vibrating like crazy. Took a look at them, not a single balancing weight on any of them. I will be calling tomorrow for a refund. I will never, ever get work done here again. Not even to correct their mistakes.

A+++ service. Got new tires from them and had to order my size was quick turn around. Did full alignment and tires, very affordable and friendly staff. Then had some vibration today and they took me in on the spot and found the problem, ice build up around the inner rim, let it sit for about 30 mins cleaned out the rims and off I went with no charge. Some of the nicest and polite people I have experienced in a auto shop before. Will go back again, think I found my regular place to get service done.

Went here to get my car repairs done from a master mechanic and I could not be happier. When he started, I got a call saying the problem I was having was caused from something else and it would be an even cheaper repair than expected BY LIKE $400! It so made my day. I have no doubt in their teams expertise. Love it!

They are extremely helpful. they are very knowledgeable and helped figure out the best price on repairs in on my car. they helped me determine what needed to be fixed and what could wait. I will definitely be making them my go to car repair place from now on. Lori was so very helpful both in person and on the phone, she is a big reason I will come back again.

The purpose of going there for oil change and tire rotations unfortunately I paid $63.83 FULL SYNTHETIC I WISH THEY WOULD EXPLAIN TO ME THEY CANNOT DO THE TIRE ROTATIONS AND ORDER THINGS THAT COME WITH MY OIL CHANGE. the only thing I get oil change, NO tire rotation no check anything

They were awesome! My tire kept losing air and I put off getting it looked at thinking that I would have to get not just one, but two, new tires. However, I made and appointment and shortly after being there they said they had my problem fixed. I went to the counter and I asked how much it was. He said that they took care of the nail and that there was no charge today!!! Amazing!!! I will be back!!!

When I scheduled my appointment, I was quoted $246 for my two tires, installation, and taxes. The only option I had was to pay in-store. Once in-store, I was never informed of the final price until after my tires were already installed, which ended up being $332 - very far over my quoted price. The number of hidden fees, the in-store markup on the two tires vs the advertised online price, and the fact that I dont see ANY of this until after the work is done is appalling. The appointment confirmation states at the bottom that Due to technical difficulties, in rare instances, the website pricing may not properly reflect pricing at the store. This was not due to technical difficulties, and according to in-store staff is a regular occurrence rather than a rare one. Its blatant false advertising. Big O Tires is apparently all about that bait-and-switch and Im shocked youre still in business. The only redeeming factor of my visit, which was my first and will absolutely be my last, was the woman working the service counter who was kind enough to price match my service I had gotten two weeks prior at another shop for the other two tires, for over $100 less. This place is a lousy, snake-oil scam. I will never return, and I will go out of my way to ensure no one I know comes here either.UPDATE AS OF 1/8/2020: This place is even more of a scam than I initially thought. They ended up charging me for BOTH the initial jacked up price ($332.71) and the adjusted price ($294.10). I called the store to have them sort it out and the guy told me I need to bring in a statement showing both charges so he can get Corporates permission to issue a refund. Judging by how this is going so far, Im assuming Ill have to dispute the charge anyway. AVOID AVOID AVOID THIS PLACE!UPDATE 1/10/2020: After some back and forth with the Corporate office via our own correspondence and with Cory at the Eagan shop, they did refund me the $332 amount. Hopefully they will improve their transparency and ordering/scheduling system online to keep from continuing the practice of drastic up-charges once services are complete. (Thank you, Cory!)

I highly recommend anyone having car troubles to check out BIG O in Eagan, excellent customer experience.I badly needed to fix steering leak for few days and every garage wanted me to drop of the vehicle. I called the Eagan Big O location and even though they were busy also they still told me to bring my car in for them to take a look and fix the problem on same day.I really appreciate Cory, for fixing a bad leak on my Toyota Camry in about 30 minutes.Great Job!

I was having an issue with a slow leak in one of my tires. Dropped by on the chance they could squeeze me in. Doug (the service manager) was extremely helpful and friendly, and was able to get me in right away. Thirty minutes later, Doug tells me it is ready to go. I pulled out my credit card to pay and he tells me there was a bad seal, explained what may have caused it, and said there was no charge. I was very pleasantly surprised, and was on my way in much less time than I expected. While I was waiting, I was able to overhear numerous conversations Doug had with customers. He was equally courteous and knowledgeable with those other customers. I would definitely come here again, and highly recommend them.

They quoted me a good $10 less than Tires Plus and got me in on a Sunday without an appointment. Tires Plus was trying to tell me best case was I maybe get my vehicle back the next day. Amazing customer service at Big O Tires. Highly recommend!

These guys are so incredibly helpful and efficient. Unlike almost anywhere else you go they only charge you for what you ACTUALLY need. They looked at my tires, filled them with air, and fixed a windshield wiper issue for FREE. I was expecting to drop hundreds today and they got me out of there within 5 minutes for nothing. They easily could’ve lied and said I had a leak, needed a new tire, etc. 10/10 would recommend to anyone and everyone!

I just had a great repair experience at Big O Tires in Eagan. They were very professional and fixed my problem with professionalism and great quality. Corey was especially helpful and got me in and out as quickly as they could fix the problem. Ill certainly go back there!!

I went in for an alignment recheck because my car was shifting to the side when I would drive straight over 40mph. The technician found a catastrophic failure where my control arm attaches to the engine cradle it was completely rusted and no longer attached. Since nothing could be done I ended up scrapping that car and getting a new one.

We all know that providing good customer service is one of the most important things that can set any business. Ive been here more than 10 times when it was NTB and I wont go anywhere else. A big Thumbs up to Alex and Chad assisting customers like me so efficiently and be able to handle all my vehicle issues. They both certainly do their best to ensure my issues are handled are keep me satisfied. Thank you Alex and Chad.

This has been my store-of-choice for oil changes for all my cars for at least a year now. I appreciate the free tire rotation factored into the deal, and the fact that they check the car over. The fact that I can get coupons on-line helps, of course. And they are located just a few miles from my home. I can get appointments over the phone, and theyre always able to take my car on time; Im never kept waiting. There are automotive magazines to read -- places I used to go would have other stuff. When Im getting my car worked on, I like to read about cars!

From the first call to the store to leaving after my car repair, the customer service was top notch! I went in expecting to need new tires due to having fast tire leaks. They checked my tire thread which was good and found my tires had bead leaks. They repaired the problem for free!! Thank you Big O Tires - Keep it up!!

Lied to about service being done that couldve caused serious safety issues. Made appointment for oil change and tire rotation. I was concerned about the tread on the tire and specifically discussed this prior to the service. Picked the car and confirmed the tire rotation was done. When I pulled into the garage, I noticed the rotation was not done. Called to discuss, and Nick admitted that it probably wasnt. Extremely disappointed due to the safety repercussions especially with my two small children, and now I question if the oil change was even done properly. Worst part of all this was not that a service wasnt performed, it was that they flat out lied and I felt taken advantage of.

I made an appointment online for a tire rotation. I received a confirmation of receipt of appointment time request. I was not told it was confirmed that the time was confirmed. the site said i would be getting an email saying it was confirmed

The staff is better now that they no longer have the woman who was there after the NTB to Big O change.BUT,Twice in the last year Ive had my tires rotated and the lug nuts on two tires (last Oct) were only finger tight and I only made it to Afton when I had to pull over because the nuts were loose and the tire was coming off.And one tire (Aug) was finger tight after I even asked them to double check them since they were loose last time!Nope for tire rotations from this location.Ill still come for the cheap oil changes but cant trust anything else that wasnt worked on by Fred the mechanic.

I brought my car in about a week after they opened looking for a shop that can do a reasonable oil change. They could not get me in right away but was able to set up a date for the next day. I agreed and came back. Within the first few minutes my car was inside the shop and being inspected! The TV didnt offer much for channels but the coffee was decent (and free). Within about 20 minutes I had Alex going through an inspection and a quote to get my exhaust fixed. What a deal! Within the next hour I had my car back and she was as quiet as she had ever been, I will definitely be coming back again!

Twice I made an appointment several days in advance for an oil change here. BOTH times I show up and they claim they dont have me down for any appointment. How hard is it to schedule an appointment correctly?! After the second time I just left and will never be back. What a joke. Also there is never anyone at the front desk, waited 5-10 minutes each time. My advice - avoid this place at all costs.

I went in for some basic maintenance. Eric was very knowledgeable about my options, and he wasnt pushy like other repair/maintenance places. I enjoyed my experience.

I had few services done during last year and they all were good. But this time around, I am not having a pleasant experience! I made an appointment request using their online option and then i called to confirm the same. There were no openings available for that day, so I booked an appointment for next day. When I showed up at the store, person at the counter said that they dont have any appointments booked for me! Bummer! While I was at store, I booked another appointment for next day at 4:30 PM. I was there at 4:30 PM and now I hear from them is, my appointment was for 3:30! Very very disappointed!

Lori Christiansen is very approachable and funny. She has excellent customer service.Tech Jerome was extremely knowledgeable and helped me through my water pump and alignment which wasnt an easy one. I myself was an ase tech and feel comfortable bringing my vehicles here.

I called on Friday the 29th of November and spoke with Corey to schedule 4 tires to be installed on our truck. (We used to bring it here about every year) He told me to drop the truck off on Monday, Dec 2nd before 11am and they would have it done. Find out later on Monday it wont be done because the don;t have the tires but they would get them tonight? and today the 3rd I called at noon to find out they still dont and would not have them till 4pm! I was given several excuses but in reality if information was needed, that should have been requested on Friday or a job should not have been promised. I am a heavy equipment tech and understand that issues come up, but I also know that communication is key and there was little to no communication.I went there and picked up our truck, there was no apology for inconveniences etc. Went to Tires Plus on hwy 13, tires in stock and done in an hour. Did not even have anything scheduled.

Dont go here. Waited 5 mins just for the guy at the front to walk back and ask the guy in the shop. Then wanted to over charge me. National tire and battery was 10 times better

I am so thankful for their great service! Ive had my car for a whole two weeks when over the holiday weekend, I found myself with a flat tire that appeared to have a piece of metal of some sort causing the air leak. I discovered it Sunday morning, and we did a search and saw Big O Tires happened to have hours on Christmas Eve. We went first thing in the morning at 9 am - the manager Eric was working the desk and he asked for a couple hours, but we honestly just needed it done by the end of the day as I was leaving town the next morning. By 1 or 2pm I got the call saying they were able to fix it! I was so grateful that they were able to help me on such short notice, especially on a holiday. I would highly recommend this place to others, and would return in the future if I needed car services while in the area visiting family. Thank you again so much!

What a refreshing experience to have ‘Big O’ in Eagan work on my beloved truck! It’s SO nice to frequent a business that can be trusted! The management is wonderful. Eric Hammerschmidt always goes above and beyond the call of duty to get the job done. Two times this year my vehicle was disabled and he was able to get me in the same day to have his crew analyze and correct the issue. He discusses the mechanical issues with me in a way that I can understand. He is very patient, fair and able to multi-task well. I’ve always been satisfied with the results of my repairs, and the pricing is reasonable. The mechanical staff also is to be credited with a job well done! If you’re looking for a great mechanical shop, with an honest staff and great employees – GO TO BIG O in Eagan off of Cliff Rd. You won’t be disappointed! I’ve purchased my last two sets of tires for both my Tahoe and Suburban at this location. These tires look awesome and wear well! Thank you Big O!!!

I have been to this location a few times and this was the first time I was not happy with my service. Had an oil change, asked them to check a rattling noise under the car(this is something that was fixed on previous visits) and Im sure they didnt even bother to check into it. Not sure the tires were even rotated, the hubcaps were off but I didnt see the tires come off. Plus, I noticed one of the hubcaps now has a crack. This was not like that when I brought the car in. I watched the gal pound on the hubcaps as she was reinstalling them.

I cant tell you how impressed I am by the staff at this Big O Tires in Eagan, MN. They are approachable, personal and professional. They give you straight answers - even when the news is bad, and, they really look out for their customers. I am a big fan!

I went there first time for a wheel alignment and had a mixed experience. So I was looking for wheel alignment and called few places in my area including the Big O tire at my location. None had any spot open!! although I found that Big o tire will cost me 79.99$ for the alignment. So I called the Eagan Big o tire and they informed that it will be 79.99$ hence I made an appointment. However, when I went there they said it will be 89.99$ !!! anyway I thought to myself maybe I heard wrong from this location store. So while my car was on the workshop one guy came out and informed another lady that they couldn’t take the oil pan out of her car and said that she has to take it to where she had her last oil change! the lady said it was Big o tire of St. Paul and instantly the guy said it’s that store’s responsibility not theirs. The lady got frustrated and spoke loudly. This was weird, I mean you guys can’t even open an oil pan!! then finally they came to me and said they can’t open the tie rod loose! what an irony lol. So I didn’t have the alignment. The guy behaved well though. However they gave me an estimate of almost 1000$ for the inner and outer rods for front wheels and I checked online and found that these could be bought within 200/300$ . No wonder why in near future all these stores will go out of business if they continue to change insane. I mean 400$ for labor!!!! I wish I could outsource these services to other countries. Although I didn’t have bad experience but wouldn’t go Big o tire next time

During a simple tire rotation they managed to scrape up one of my wheels as well as lose a center cap. So yeah, wont be returning.

I have the choice of several garages that are much closer to me including another Big O less then 4 miles away from my home, but I choose to drive to your Eagan Location and your head technician Fred is one of the main reasons I do that, I know when Im out of town and my wife has car issues, I send her directly to the Eagan Location because I know Fred well take care of her and I dont have to worry about the Eagan location selling her something that she doesnt need, I recently had my wifes car in and I thought I needed new brakes, they could of just did the work and charged me, but I was wrong and they informed me and showed me my brakes were good, thank you Amber. Your Front Office is doing well also, Cory and Amber, thank you for taking care of my needs when I come in, this location has been working on my vehicles for the past 7 plus years and have been doing a great job as well, THANK YOU.

Went to Big O to get oil change. I asked for a free rotation because I had got new tires from Discount Tire in Decemeber and yet to rotate them. Eric pointed out my alignment was causing tire wear so we took care of it the same day!

Have always found the staff to be excellent. When describing repairs to a friend that does service in another city he has always said that their recommendations make sense. No add -ones or up-charges. They have accommodated tight timelines on a number of occasdsions.

Did a free tire alignment, also made sure to give me the best deals they had to offer.

I was going in the front door to buy tires and the guy with a clip board was coming out and gave me a look and said nothing to me as he let the door shut and did not hold it open. If this is how you treat people before I get in the place why would I buy ties from you.
