I had some questions about balloons and had an issue with an order I got from a different store. But Hugo and Laura were so helpful. They helped me get new balloons and went above and beyond to ensure I had all the last minute party stuff I needed. They were both so friendly and were very nice and helpful! Definitely recommend getting balloons at this location.

Its a party city. Balloons, party supplies, ect. The staff werent openly hostel to me.... just kidding. The staff seemed nice and attentive.

Me and my husband came to find decorations for Halloween. Most of the stuff had no prices so we had no idea for any of the costs of things. What made things awkward was mostly all three workers where at the front desk complaining and sitting on there phone. I personally didn’t mind purchasing but my husband was upset by the fact that they where mostly on the phone and didn’t seem to be careful with putting our things in bags since there conversations was more important. Bad costumer service sadly, first time I complain.

We found a wedding cake knife set. It was placed for 9.99 I asked the girl to scan it. It came up as 12.99. She should of gave it to use for 9.99. It was in the wrong place. You should make sure things are in the right place. I didnt purchase it. I purchased one at Walmart.

I had an amazing experience here. I cant remember the girls name that helped me, but thank you for all your help, your great attitude, sense of humor but most of all your excellent customer service! I hope you get a raise because you deserve it! So does your co-worker! He helped me with checking out and was a very polite young man!

I researched pricing and coupons of Party City vs other stores and I chose to go to Party City as they had 5 tablecloths for $5 listed as an in store and online deal. It also noted no coupon required. When I brought this up at the cash register, the supervisor tried telling me three times that she had never heard of this deal so they wouldn’t accept it or it was online only, even though I was showing her exactly what it said on my phone.

Do not go to this Party City. This place is a disaster zone, the staff dont upkeep the aisles while the shoppers are there, the aisles are a confusing mess of random toys for whatever to random party favors for a wedding and retirement. However the confusing aisles I can get passed.The worst part was the customer service. I walked in looking for a skeleton trophy for best costume at work. Something that should have taken around 10 minutes tops. Nothing was labeled in regards to Halloween party favors so I searched the store twice and failing each time. I then tried to flag down a staff member. 2 staff members seemingly avoided me. They saw me make eye contact with them and walked away. Another staff member just punched out and offered no help. FINALLY after about 30 minutes of walking around trying to find a staff member I got one. I showed her on my phone the item I was looking and they asked me Oh do we carry that? I have no idea what your stock is, but its on your website and I showed her it was on the Party City website. She says one minute walks away from me. Im just like what is happening. Its not busy in here. Then after talking on a radio for a few minutes I was told it was out of stock.So I sufficed with a different trophy. But what should of taken me 10minutes turned into a 45 minute trip of frustration.Im for supporting a local business, but for the sake of keeping sanity... Go to Target or buy off Amazon.

Huge store with just about anything you are looking for. Always fun at Halloween time with great costumes and accessories. Staff isnt always the nicest or easy to find. Reasonably priced.

Some of the best customer service Ive had in years was at this store. I bought supplies for several different events the past several months at this location, and the staff has always been very polite, cheerful, and helpful.

Nice employees but before I purchased all my items I asked about the return policy and the employee that assisted me said only one item I purchased would not be refundable. When I went to a different Party City to return some items I decided not to use for an event they said it was not refundable. I was quite upset about it because if I knew I wouldnt have purchased the items.

Lacking on wedding stuff.Just limited colors. And the cool items were in colors that I didnt need.

I wanted balloons for my daughters pictures. I called a week ahead to ask if I could just come in and pick the ones I want and be on my way. Yes, that was possible. It would have been nice if the lady on the phone told me that if i was in a rush or needed them by a specific time to pre order. She didnt. Went in on Saturday to pick 4 helium latex balloons. 15-20 minute wait. Sure would have been nice if they told me to pre order when I called a week ago. I ended up leaving without balloons.

Party city is ok. Thats the best compliment I can give them. We throw events in the twin cities so we need supplies from time time that we dont order in bulk. For instance for a pack of 500 event wristbands is 75 bucks at lintins party store in mpls they are 25 bucks. Seriously no lie. They also charge way more for balloons when you can .get a similar option at any dollar store for a fraction of the cost. They do have a huge bead selection for Mardi gras and we do swear by that. Their Halloween costume game is weak so its a last minute option for that. Like I said its ok and we use it. In a pinch.

Have a horrible return policy. Tried to return a marker that was a different color than specified on the package and would not accept it because it was open.

I had went to multiple dollar tree store in Eagan, just for balloons and they didnt have any helium so I went to party City here had a wonderful customer service very fast acting and friendly; I believe their names were Jesse and Katelynn, Came in there to get balloons. Big numbered balloons. It was spendy but it was worth seeing my cousin smile. Anyways I thought she was turning 30 on March 8th but turns out she was turning 31 sooooo I got home shes not 30 called an asked if we can return the 0 back and they said yes. Showed up back in party City gave them a run down of what happened. They were very nice to exchange and blow up the right balloon that I needed. But overall it was a successful birthday present/balloons 🤷.

Any staff I have run into have a decent knowledge of the store and have been able to help find (if they have it) what I was looking for.

Crappy return policy. They claim anything unboxed in non returnable which is fine. I had something in a box that didnt fit my table. When I went to return it they claimed it was now opened and couldnt be returned. Looking at these other reviews it seems to be a store policy to rip people off. HORRIBLE. If you need party supplies or balloons go to Walmart, Target, or even the grocery store. This store is a waste.

Went in for party supplies for my daughters birthday and they wouldnt let my service dog stay in with me so I left. Wont be back.

They have mostly everthing you need for any party. A bit spendy for their party supplies.

The employee in this store doesnt even know how to process a return. She scanned 4 items that I brought back, told me to swipe my card to finish the return and I left. Two weeks later I get an overdraft fee because the return was voided by the store manager. I go up there to ask whats going on and they told me the employee accidentally returned my whole transaction instead of just the few items and said well it was either void the transaction or eat the cost......Terrible service hear and I will never go back!
