I have been looking for a place to get a new car battery for about 2 weeks. My hybrid takes a specific type of battery that is way more expensive than average, and most places didnt want to touch trying to install it and the mechanics all wanted about $150 bucks just to install the thing.Brian, the manager there, not only was willing to install the battery for about $20. He found another battery that cost less and has a better warranty than the one I was looking at. Not only did he install it, he said it was so easy and quick he wasnt even going to charge me. I was stunned and very grateful. I absolutely will be getting all my batteries there going forward even though I have a batteries plus closer to where I live.Overall he saved me about $150 compared to the quotes I was getting. I couldnt be more satisfied and would HIGHLY recommend THIS STORE SPECIFICALLY as the service was excellent. As someone at high risk for COVID-19, I also wanted to point out that everyone working was wearing a mask and they were practicing good social distancing.Do yourself a favor and go to this location. Its further than a couple locations closer to me but this will be where I go from now on as they have earned a loyal and very grateful customer!

My phones charging port suddenly stopped working one evening. I was able to get in next day to get a new charging port and new battery same day. Staff was awesome and helped me quickly and affordably! Great experience!

Stopped in a couple weeks ago to have them replace the battery in my key fob. The guy replaced it in back and told me it would last a year and a half. Its already down to 75%, so my guess is that they replaced it with a used battery rather than a new one. I dont recommend this business.

Gave a battery that I bought from batteries plus for charging as it discharged due to no use of car during COVID19. They kept the battery for 6 days and on calling twice told to come and pick up day later. But on 7th day it was bot charged either and they said they can’t find receipt of battery and if I have receipt they can check when it was bought.

First time they ordered me the wrong bulb. Second trip they researched... didnt carry my really weird light bulb. But neither did anyone else.

Brian was amazing at helping me reprogram a lost key fob for my car. He was so patient and kind. He kept me constantly updated and did not give up! Excellent customer service and care. Would definitely return to this location to see him!

I am BEYOND happy with my experience! I booked an appointment online, super easy, for my iPhone screen that was so shattered it was to the point where it was cutting my fingers to use it. I brought it in and was greeted and taken care of in the most professional and efficient way. Great deal for a phone screen replacement and new screen protector!!! They told me it would be done by 11:30 am ( I dropped it off at 9:30am) and when I got bak to pick it up my phone was good as new! AND he even put my new screen protector on for me! Thanks again!

I broke my phone screen and I would have had to send it in to be repaired due to COVID-19 and it would have cost me at least $150 if I would have gone through Apple. Thankfully, I looked around and found Batteries Plus was open and were able to fix it within an hour for under $100. Both workers were super helpful and had all the information I need. Thank you SO much. I highly recommend. They really are right down to business and have a “can do” instead of “nothing we can do” attitude.

Picking up the baton for Radio Shack. This store has the right focus and inventory to handle the consumables we need plus critical phone repairs and parts we need. Smart staff, fair prices for premium service and knowledge. Also I love the fact that manufacturers rebates can be automatically processed in the store for certain promos. Dont buy your batteries or bulbs anywhere else. I hope they maintain their carefully planned product focus and do not diversify too much into consumer electronics.

Very easy process to get a new car battery. Employee offered to install it, but I did not need that. They carried the new battery out to the car for me. Price was best I could find on similar battery.

My battery died on sunday and I got it jumped but it died today. I went over to apple valley but they didnt have the battery that I need for my car but was nice enough to jump my car since it wouldnt start. They did call the Eagan location for me to make sure they had one. The person working at Eagan was really nice and very helpful and put the new battery in the rain. Always fixed one of the connectors because it was so rusty. Would go back for all my battery needs.

Brian was fantastic in working through a request for an out-stock item and replacing with in-stock. Great attitude at a very difficult time to serve customers. An example of people at their best when dealing with adversity.

Pros: Customer service was great.Cons: A different Battery Plus had the same battery for $20 cheaper and was within 20 miles of this store. I didn’t realize this until I changed store locations online and noticed the price difference.

This store always had what you need. I went in looking for a battery that fit my electronic keyfob and the cashier had it in less than thirty seconds. The people working there will sometimes try to sell you things you didnt come in for, so its not an entirely smooth sales experience, but buying batteries and bulbs here is pretty straightforward and easy regardless.

I gave them the challenge of replacing a battery in my BMW. I had ordered the wrong size even, and they were going to let me do the exchange. They still willingly kept working out in the single digit temperatures until establishing that I should take it into the dealer, and in the end didnt charge me a thing! I am grateful for that, and will definitely be back if any of my non-BMW cars need the battery changed.

Took a battery in to this store that another store had for days and could not charge and would not warrent. Ben not only got it to a state that the warrenty was good, but got it to a full charge, and did it in hours. Great technically and great customer service. Ill be useing this store from now on.

I had a smashed iPhone screen. It looked like a spiderweb. James and Mason were great.in fact James use to work for AT&T. He replaced my screen, and he replaced the battery as well, and I got a screen protector. I got the battery for half price, because I was getting the screen repaired. Did it all in about an hour. A lot cheaper then buying a new phone!!

This place is legit.. I want to say Brian helped me put in a battery when it was 5 degrees outside. Charged me a minimal labor fee because the type of vehicle required many steps just to remove the battery(saved $$ versus going to dealer) and did the job like a pro. I would highly recommend this place for your battery, bulb and replacement services.

Awful service, very Rude and disrespectful worker I brought my expensive hugo boss watch last Sunday for a battery replacement took about 25 minutes to get the job done now my watch has a water leaking since they remplace the battery I wasnt warned by the workers if they remplace the battery something like that could happened. Went back today 10/9/19 around noon and the employee was Rude, very disrespectful very challenging... employee need a better training good manner and some costumers service knowledge. I did ask the guy to call the manager or provide a email address so I can contact someone and he ignored my request... never again..I think even Walmart can do a better job

I ordered two U1 deep cycle batteries for a RC lawn mower project. This type of battery is difficult to locate. Ordered Saturday morning and they were available to pickup within an hour. They even carried them out to my car.

Brian and Rei were very helpful in my purchase of a car battery and doing the install. In fact, they went over and above their call to duty as my terminal connector had been corroded so bad that it was hard to detach the connector from the terminal. However, these two wiped and chisled away the battery acid that had built up, unscrewed the old nuts that had been corroded very badly and then installed the new battery and reconnected the connection to the terminal with a newly cleaned connection wire. Thanks to the both of you for dealing with my surprise situation (battery acid and corroded connector) and getting my all set up with a new battery. I will definitely give Batteries Plus my business in the future!

I had the Eagan Minnesota replace 2 of my Dodge Dually 3500 Diesel Batteries with your X2 Power batteries and I must say, Wow! Just amazing. Went out at 0 degrees with a -16 windchill this morning and she turned. This is a major thing if you know diesels and it wasnt even plugged in! Your older gentleman that works in there was Extremely helpful and knowledgeable installing them in my Diesel. If you need serious battery power,do not hesitate on the X2 POWER! Thanks. If I could give the Eagan store 100 stars I would, they came through for me when it was really needed. I was dead in the water after breaking my cellphone screen in the middle of a job, we use an app to set up our traffic data collection equipment. Without a working screen, a whole day’s work would have been useless and would’ve set our project back at least a week.I happened to be close to the Eagan store and talked to an associate, his name was Maison, and after pleading my case, he got my phone back in working order in about an hour.I cannot thank Maison enough, he literally saved my day, customer service like this is very hard to come by these days.

I will not be back. Today I had brought in a 6 month old battery that had failed. It is an AGM battery with a 4 year warranty that costed 300 6 months ago. They magically cannot find me in the system and will NOT warranty it if it is a bad battery without a reciept. He offered me a used one and said it was in a customers vehicle for a day and than removed. Turns out the battery is actually 9 months old, and comes with no warranty. Wasted an hour of my day. Shouldnt a battery that costs 300 last longer than 6 months and shouldnt they stand behind their product?Going to interstate battery next time, if you do have issues they will warranty based on age. Worst business ever.

I ordered a Marine battery for a fishing trip with two weeks lead time, but it didnt arrive on time. I cancelled the order and ended up buying battery elsewhere, but they charged my credit card anyways. I did get a refund, but I wont be buying anymore batteries from Batteries Plus.
