Friendly staff! The chocolate was very good, and the ability to mix and match flavors is very cool. Great place to buy a gift for a chocolate lover.

The shop is always well kept and clean. The prices are reasonable for the quality that you get, which is top notch. I would especially like to thank Joe who is one of the most professional, kindest person I have had the pleasure of inter-acting with. Joe has had an incredible attitude towards me everytime I have visited and is always wearing a mask properly. As a healthcare worker I appreciate that he has always made it a priority to follow the Covid Guidelines.Over all a great shop and a special thank you to Joe.

Best customer service ever!! The guy working is so incredibly nice and helpful! I was with a girlfriend and he suggested we split a large amount to save money. He even split the payment for us. He answered questions about different options and even gave us a sample while we shopped! When I asked if there was a survey on the receipt to give him a nice review he responded no, just come back another time for more chocolate! Would definitely come back!

The manager of this store is fabulous. Every time you walk in the store you are always greeted by a smile. Store is always extremely clean, always well stocked everyone that works in there is always so friendly. Definitely a must place to go whenever in Eagan outlet.

Tuesday night was a GOT TO HAVE CHOCOLATE! night. Google maps presented 3 options for us . And, Lindt was chosen! Turns out it was a great choice! Not ones to make up our minds easily in a CHOCOLATE SHOP, it was fortunate that they were offering several special deals on a variety of products! I even signed up for rewards! However, the best reward for us, was we have CHOCOLATE to last us until our next visit!P.S. Did I mention that the chocolate is HEAVENLY!!

The employee working was one of the nicest people ever! We are visiting town and he recommended some places we should eat! He helped us pick out what kind of chocolate we were looking for!

We went to this store and we were expect to get fair price being dedicated to Lindt products and being in outlet mall. The same day we went to target and for curiosity I checked their price and we Noticed the all Lindt chocolates are almost half price in Target. It was a ripoff.

Absolutely love Lindt chocolates. We always go there do lindor truffles. Very friendly staff and excellent service.

I have to admit that Lindt is one of my favorite chocolates. Good thing that you can find them in more places now-days. This is a small store but they have the popular and seasonal gifts. I like the 68% and have not been able to go higher than 70 % pure chocolate - its been fun!

I was able to find a large selection of sugar free chocolates here. The quality of the product is unbelievable. There is also a gift shop making it a great place to get a gift with some chocolates.

The store manager, Joe, is a great guy. He knows the products well, has wonderful suggestions and is always pleasant. It is a pleasure to shop here even though there is a another location nearby. No comparison to the welcoming atmosphere you receive at the Eagan Outlet location.

Nice Lindt shopping experience.The selection and prices are the same compared to their other mall locations, so theres nothing really special/different here.The staff was really friendly and helpful!Easy to get in & out for your chocolate fix quickly. Their truffles are simply the best!

When were out shopping in the mall. This is our last store to end the day at. Very reasonable prices with ton of selection you can imagine of well made chocolate. Our family favorite is milk chocolate, orange creme and almond.

You expect to see lower price on goods in outlet store but unfortunately we realized prices of this chocolate store is twice more. We checked Target and Walmart. After calling the store and letting them know, they seem to be careless. This was our last shopping from there.

I dont know why people complain about the price. If you want quality chocolate, you have to pay. If youre cheap, go to the Dollar Store and buy their junk. Its simple! Its great chocolate and cheaper than some of the other high brand chocolate.

This place has a nice variety of Lindt chocolates at a reasonable price. They have wide varieties of chocolates range and the taste of those chocolates were very good. The staff here was so helpful and I would definitely recommend this place.

Man, I am SO disappointed. I have been checking your hours for over 2 months seeing closed closed closed closed closed. Then I see open Saturday 10am! Then I come here to silence, nothing. What a big let down. And dont say I can shop online. They dont show even half of what I want. So upsetting

I love lindt chocolates. I always had wonderful experiences with other stores. I went to this store for the first time with my parents and felt so insulted. Three of us walked into the store and sooner an American couple entered. By chance no one else was shopping. This lady at the billing counter walked to the American couple with a bowl of chocolate offering them and saying this is for you to try as you came to our store. We were picking chocolates almost standing next to them but she just ignored us. Either she was blind or racist or she thought we are not good enough to be a customer for the store. Never going back to this store again.

I was in the store 7/1 to buy a $4.00 candy bar. im a 67 year old retired man . im not bragging but i definitely dont look poor. they tell me my debit card didnt go through so we tried it again because i know i keep a 4 figure balance, same thing so i gave them my credit card, same thing again twice. when i asked if they had a problem with their machines they said no couldnt help me all this time i was getting very embarrassed so i went to give them $4.00 i found in my wallet however that didnt work, there was 42 cent tax . i had to leave. no im worried my accounts were hacked so i call my bank and low and behold none of the charge attempts showed up . it was there faulty machine . last time i will ever set foot in such a store.
