Different than I remember from all those years ago when they first opened but still such cool stuff! My 14 year old daughter loved it! We went to get a birthday present for her friend. The manager was great and we talked about my daughter working there when shes 16! So much fun!

If youre looking for a great place that has all kind of anime and t-shirts and games and just unique items Hot topics would be the place to go they have jewelry there too just a lot of variety of options you can choose from one of them and very knowledgeable customer service reps as well.

Very kind staff who always checked on me to see if I needed help with anything! The store was clean and well organized.

If anything upsets me the most when shopping as a customer, its the treatment of not being welcomed! My group and I were the ONLY customers in the entire store, just moments after opening, and the staff (manager and a clerk), just stood at the register pretending not to see, greet nor ask if we needed any help looking for something. We were not easily overlooked in the quiet, empty shop when we walked in. Being located only mere minutes away from MOA, we were tourists expecting our shopping experience to be positive, but the male and female employee made it obvious that they had no interest helping nor to be welcoming as they both did nothing but talked amongst themselves and ignored our presence. Next time, were skipping this location and heading to the one at MOA instead.

I went to the store just browsing, I was approached by a worker and they helped me find several items. They were very helpful and knowledgeable about the products and informed me of a sale that was going on. It was a very pleasant experience.

Cool stuff. Lacking on variety of Funko Pops. Above all a good place to shop.

Better off going to a mall with a hot topic in it. Not as many items. But it is clean, organized, and a little more room - due to not having as much as other stores. Staff was very nice!

I always have a positive experience when I go to this Hot Topic (and frankly, to any Hot Topic I go to). The staff is always really friendly and it seems that sometimes Ill find stuff there that other Hot Topics dont have. Yes, the prices for things can be a little expensive, but its never bothered me. I love shopping at Hot Topic.

For a Hot Topic and being in an outlet mall I thought there would be a better selection, but boy I was mistaken. I wouldnt go out of your way to this one if you have a choice. I will say that the staff were super friendly and very helpful, if I didnt need the outfit that night things would have been different.

Nice customer service ! This is my favorite store!! Here you can find t-shirts from rock bands, movies, Japanese anime and TV shows. Good discounts and proportions. I had a good time here because there are a lots of options to see

This location is smaller than other locations nearby, but they typically have a large clearance section and you can get lucky if you check in often. Management and staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. The only thing they cant do is give Funko Pop availability over the phone. They frequently update their Instagram account, so you can find out when they get new inventory. Im usually able to find great clothes on sale, and am often complemented on what I buy here.

This Hot Topic is one of the best ones Ive been to. The staff is nice and helpful. Although havent been able to find most of the Pop figures Ive been looking for like the HT exclusive Jareth figure. Otherwise, the best Hot Topic store Ive been in.

This Hot Topic carries more items than other locations nearby. The staff here is always helpful and friendly. If they dont have it in stock, they will order online and have it shipped to the store for free for pickup. Awesome location.

Ive spent hundreds of dollars in Hot Topic just this year alone. They do have interesting items. Sad to say I will not be back. Tried to redeem my $45 in Hot Cash that I earned with purchases to buy my girl a dress and was told they wanted me to buy $90 or more to use the rewards. Sneaky, deceptive, fine print practices just to boost sales and screw over the customer!? They saved a few bucks but lost a loyal customer. Real smart.

Very rude worker didnt greet myself or my boyfriend, he just gave us dirty looks the whole time we were inside. I refuse to buy from somewhere were I dont feel welcomed.

Honestly, I hadnt been to one of these since the late 90s. The store hadnt changed, lot of pop culture products from lunch boxes to Ts, posters to bracelets or vinyl collectibles to decay nail polish. We found some specific prods from Supernatural to Harry Potter.

I called up to the store one day and was trying to ask about the availability of a certain Funko Pop. To be exact, the Neo Queen Serenity 3 pack. Before I could even ask about it, the person on the other end cut me off and told me they do not give out that information over the phone. That I would have to look at the Instagram page because they update their page all the time with new Funkos. Fine, whatever, I will follow and keep checking. They never posted and I finally was able to order it online. I chose in store pick up. Picked up my Funkos a couple days later and when I went into the store noticed that they had 2 Neo Queen Serenitys in stock on the shelf. Possibly more but I didnt go to check. I noted the Fukos to the Cashier. I went to check on the Instagram page to see if they posted it, because I stopped checking when I bought it online. But low and behold they never did. So the reasoning behind my 3 stars, if you are going to make such a big deal about customers checking your Instagram page for updated stock on Funkos, maybe you should make sure you do it. And please dont be so rude when telling people about it.
