Went in to buy my daughter a purse she has been wanting, but the staff was so amazing I left with two purses and two backpacks ! Jon was so knowledgeable about the products, colors, and materials. I’ll stop in every time I am at the mall!

There was a sign on the door saying the store was open until 8:30. We arrived at 7:50. An employee saw us standing outside the door, walked over, locked up, and walked away, without saying a word to us or letting us in.Date: 9/10/21

Due to covid, they only currently allow 12 people in the store at a time which we appreciated. Jon greeted us at the door with a great attitude and made sure to follow the store capacity policy during the whole time we were there. Andrea assisted my friend and me, she was kind and personable, but not hawk-like either which I think everyone can appreciate when shopping! Had a few other staff members have small talk with us during our experience but everything felt genuine and not rushed or pushy. Overall great experience and can’t wait to come back to see Jon and Andrea!!

I stopped in Friday night and left with 3 new bag and wallets sets! Both of the workers were so nice and very attentive to me. I felt very comfortable walking around knowing they were making sure the store was not overcrowded, and after being told about the 500 promo it made me happy to know I could be saving money on my purchase. I believe the manager told me her name was Dayani, and she even offered me a sales job because they are very short staffed with management and sales people. Both of them were sweet and very helpful, and made my experience very positive. I will forsure be back to visit them soon.

I worked with Jon, and he was absolutely fantastic. Super knowledgeable on the product, found me exactly what I was looking for, even found my 7 year old a perfect clutch/purse to match her mama 😍 10 out of 10 recommend working with Jon. Hard to miss, he’s the only guy I’ve seen there!

Went in tonight right before they closed, the two Hispanic girls working were really nice and helped me leave with a new backpack and a crossbody bag for fall!! This store brings you the bag you choose from the back room in the plastic packaging so you don’t leave with the ones that have been touched from the sales floor. Very nice girls, I hope to see them again!

First of all, online it says open until 9. There’s a sign on the door that says they close at 8:30, fine. However I got there at 7:45 pm with PLENTY of time to shop. There’s a sign that says to wait for an employee to let you in due to Covid restrictions. A young employee walked to the door, looked at me standing outside, and locked up for the night. Didn’t say a word and just decided they were closing over half an hour early and completely ignored me standing there. For selling expensive designer purses they sure don’t care about customers or getting business! I love MK purses but will not return to this location! Don’t waste your time!

Been here many times, staff has always been super helpful and pleasant. When I had a strap break on a purse they let me know it was still covered under warranty. Heading back tomorrow to find something new for vacation next week.

I stopped in over the weekend with a few friends and Fatima was GREAT! She helped me and my two friends all get the cutest back to school bundles. Next time I’m in the area I will definitely be coming back to see her.

Staff is rude and shady. The store manager and an associate lied to me about the return policy. The refused to take back a brand new watch that didnt fit my wife calling it a personalized item. And when I went back on a different day with me info on the policy, a third rude employee tried to refuse the return. He only did it because I stopped being nice.Wak. Would not recommend, if your into good customer service, that is.

Not sure how I feel about it. Went about 7:30pm on Saturday night. Short line outside because of capacity, which is fine but the woman working the door letting people in was rude. I mean if you dont like your job then move on. If youre having a bad day I get it but lately EVERYONES not having the greatest of days. Idk maybe smile🤔. Store was clean and the young ladies working the registers and helping were very pleasant. Did not stay long. Was kind of irritated and decided to go on another day. All an all still go if you like the brand. Just dont expect a smile or hello when you go there.

Extremely rude Asian American worker who wouldn’t answer a question because she was busy with something inconsequential then started to use demeaning hand gestures to act important when helping.Walking into a supposed class store with a trash staff is inappropriate, hopefully some management reigns down and cleans this up.The rest of the staff jumped into help which saved this from being a 1 star review.

My experience was super amazing!!!!! The sales clerkFatima 821076 was super Awsome with an amazing smile, Very helpful, Energetic and very knowledgeable and she kept checking on us while we were shopping.One thing I know for sure when I come back to visit she would be the reason why I come back. We had planned to go to the Coach store, but they were closed. So we went to Michael Kors and wow, what a mistake that was. Product and selection was fine. Prices were fine. But the in-store experience with the staff was horrible. They were rude, did not follow social distancing, they lack communication skills and we found them to be downright bratty. There was a very nice Asian girl who worked there and we asked her a question, but another worker told her not to speak to us, she would answer our questions. It was really rude of that worker and my wife is Asian so she was very offended by that staff persons tone and manner. None of the staff smiled, they were not very helpful and our in-store experience was unenjoyable. We have purchased product their before, but looks like we will not be going back.

This is the worst store i ever went in the entire store in Minnesota. i went back to return the silver watch i gotten this end of November as per the policy that it can be returned within 1/31/21. Unfornately, the store manager and clerk were all rude, they said there is scratch on the item proved them the damage they cant certainly justify instead the store manager was saying because of covid ;they cant accept the return. Where is exchange and return standard policy here. I purchased the item 11/24 and return at the store 01/07/2021. Its not just only i am frustrated with the poor customer service but they do not have the word to what they said on their website.

I went into MK outlet in Eagan today and I was not impressed with the service. When I was checking out the cashier told a lady who was in line behind me she was next... then when i got to the register she snatched what I was buying out of my hand {rude}, Then she was speaking to a different customer instead of me. This was my first and last time in that store. Customer service was not good. I hope others were treated better then I was today. I will be returning my new purse I will not give my hard earned money to people like her.

The website says open 10:00 am to 9:00pm. I was there today at 11:45 and the store was closed and the close in the evening at 700pm. Please post on your door your times it is a courtesy to your customers. Or maybe you don’t need customers.

You need a calculator to shop in this store. Everything is 70% off along with an additional 20% off coupon they hand you at the door. So the store marks up their merchandise 300% than offers you 70% off. I felt like I was shopping at Kohls. The Coach store is the same. It would be nice if theyd stop with the trickery and have a price tag with the actual price. How stupid do they think people are?

Horrible customer service. The worst at the outlet mall. All the girls see me coming in and don’t say a word. I was in there for 20 min and never said anything. They were looking at me and talking. Store was extremely messy and the prices are too high for the poor quality they sell. Never doing business ever again. I’ll be next door at Coach giving them my money. Embarrassing store if you ask me. Plus managers are constantly in and out because of how rude they are. When you buy something, you beep on the way out and when you ask them to take out the sensor, they say it’s fine. They’re so lazy to take it out and you beep in every store you go in. People there don’t know how to do their job.

The associates at this location were so helpful in helping me find a bag. I am a very picky person when it comes to the type of bag I want and everyone I encountered there were patient and listened to what I wanted. Andrea, the General Manager, checked in with me a few times and was nothing but happy smiles and laughter with each guest in the store. All of her associates gave off the same vibe! When I left, I was fully satisfied with my purchase and I recommend this location to anyone looking for a Michael Kors handbag! I will be shopping there again!

Went to this store yesterday for the very first time. Sales associates are kind of pushy. You can’t spend two minutes without being bothered. So anyways, I went ahead and purchased two purses with matching wallets and some accessories. When I went to the counter to checkout, the cashier just put my items in one gigantic paper bag with no tissue paper and I noticed that she didn’t even clean the purse that has a stain on it. I had to point it out to her and said that one of the purse have a stain on it that’s when she finally clean it out. I am very disappointed with the service. You would think that if you spend that much money, they would at least wrap the items nicely for you and not give you one gigantic paper bag with all your items just laying in there. I won’t be coming back to this location ever again nor I would recommend this to others. I’d rather go to Albertville location, they are a lot better over there.

Nice selection, but not out of this world. Staff took forever to say one word to me. I honestly felt it was because I didnt look the part of their average shopper. I asked about the price of a handbag and I was greeted with, hmmm, its still going to be a bit expensive for you I think. It ended up being a little over $100, which was my budget for a new bag. I felt a bit uncomfortable, so I went across to the Coach outlet store. They literally know me on a first name basis and I dont live close by. I would give the experience a 6 out of 10.

I’m shocked by the terrible reviews in customer service. I was at this location in April. I enjoyed every employee there. It was busy, I had no idea what I wanted, and was there for about an hour. I was undecided what I was going to get my older teen girls. All were great helping me through the process of great deals. In fact, I will travel 3 1/2 hours this week to see what Christmas gifts I can find.

I shopped there a few days ago and bought 2 watches and one wallet. Since one of the watch is for my friend, so I asked for a separate bag. But been told I need to talk to manager to get another bag due to the bags shortage. Very disappointed with the manager’s attitude, she didn’t apologize for the inconvenience caused to the customer, instead of saying No! Only a bag per customer with very impolite of tone.

Even though I was happy with the product I got,I was NOT happy with how I was treated.From the moment I walked in the sales people acted like RUSH,RUSH,RUSH,BUY something right now,or leave.I had only been looking for less them 5 minutes!They acted like I needed to decide in 2 seconds! I couldnt even look in peace and this was my FIRST visit to the store,& then when I said I found something I liked,Their reaction shouldve been GREAT! BUT instead they acted like they were actually trying to talk me OUT of buying it,You think if they work on commission,that they would want or let the customer browse without jumping down their throat.They acted like I really didnt intend to buy the item or that I couldnt.They seemed very arrogant,never smiled at all,and I didnt feel welcome at all as a customer,I felt as almost like I was being chased out of the store! Like I was doing something wrong because I wanted to look for more then 2 seconds,Im not black so that wasnt the problem.That explains why the vera bradley store was so swamped and I was able to look for as long as I wanted or needed to with no problem,sales people obviously care about their commission were WAY more friendly and not having their noses stuck 10 feet up in the air.I had MONEY to spend there but next time I will spend it elsewhere,I would avoid the store because obviously you need to buy something the second after you walk in,or have to seem GOOD enough to buy their products.THEY were horrible.

Worst customer service ever. Sales person/ MOD was so rude, inconsiderate and unprofessional. I asked for a costumer service number and she purposely gave me the wrong number that I had to go back in to the store to get her give me the right number. Bad attitude.

Spent $250 in this store on dec. 23rd. I was told the watch i purchased could be resized any day during regular business hours by jan. 25th. So My fiance whos ecstatic about her new MICHAEL KORS watch takes it to get the resize done today dec. 26th and they tell her they dont do it on the weekends! She spoke with the manager and she said they dont resize during the weekends its company policy. And they advise customers to call first. Maybe you should try the mall of America. None of which are printed anywhere on the gift reciept or the official sales reciept. So my fiance calls the mall of america store and they have an hour wait time. Now ive had plenty of watches resized none taking more than 5 mins to do so. So in my eyes this courtesy should be priority number one when your attempting to retain customers who buy your brand. Long story short she traveled 30+ miles for nothing excited about a present i bought her from a merchant who doesnt care for his customers. Best of luck to Michael Kors for he WILL NOT RECIEVE ANOTHER PENNY FROM ME OR ANY OTHER PERSON I COME IN CONTACT WITH. Happy Holidays!
