I was shocked to discover this place is not a scam. They claimed to have deadstock items I could not find anywhere else and at a super low price. I noticed Proozy had a curbside pickup option not too far from my house so I decided to gamble with it despite the website looking a little dubious. To my surprise someone came right out with my order, as advertised, all authentic items in original packaging. The worker explained Proozy is sort of like the last stop for items that do not sell at Marshalls, Ross and TJ Maxx. You can order with confidence.

Great brand name product at significant discount. Totally legitimate website. Customer service is best Ive experienced; real people with real solutions that are handled asap. Looking forward to future purchases from Proozy!

Worked there and they treat their employees horribly. there were times that customers waited months for a package. They also fired a bunch of people for no reason. I would never work there again and I would never shop there for anything. wasted 3 years of my life working there.

Proozy was very quick to respond to my email where I asked for an update on an order for Fathers Day. They confirmed that it would be shipped in time. Love their prices!

The prices vary from okay to good, but the poor customer service at Proozy makes me think twice before making a purchase. It is unreliable, and Proozy is loathe to give back money. I would not buy from Proozy to save only a few dollars; I trust most online retailers more. Also, if you have one, use your American Express card, as that card provides extra purchase protection, which you may need for your Proozy purchase.

UPDATED - 5-25-21. Proozy has made this situaton right. They refunded the money for the item that was never received and sent me a nice note. It appears that the first representative I spoke with was not customer service freindly but other sales and customer service representatives are concerned with customer satisfaction. I updated the rating to satisfactory based on this new information.Proozy has the worst customer service of any online retailer I’ve ever used. Just recently I ordered something from bradsdeals that was being offered on proozy. The charged my credit card and then shipped the item to another state to an arbitrary address. When I contacted customer service the response was we can’t do anything cause that’s the address you gave us. Seriously? It’s not the address on my credit card billing statement and it’s not even in my state. What a joke they are. Save your money and stay away from proozy.com. Just a horrible retailer.

Purchased several Under Armour shirts as I already had a few and thus a certain level of expectation of the merchandise. But with the great pricing I was cautious optimistic initially based on the reviews online, but was pleasantly surprised that it was nicely packaged and the quality was the same as my other shirts. I do live in Minnesota and wanted to at least give the company the benefit of the doubt. I would have give them 5 Stars but the shipping process was a little slow as it still took 8 days for something to arrive 25 miles away. Granted that several other companies are having shipping problems it was worth the wait. I purchase again.

I ordered a pant with proozy. A day later got an email from them stating my order is canceled due to not having that item in stock. I sent them an email asking for compensation but they did not care at all. Worst online shopping experience. Never shopping with them again. I will also recommend family, friends and others to be care full and not to shop with proozy.

Ive ordered many times; Oakley sunglasses, Adidas sweats, tons of shirts/shorts... and Ive had to make several returns not liking the way something fit. Never had an issue getting refunds/exchanges. Most recently I ordered a Spyder ski jacket for a trip we have upcoming, but via Snowmageddon here in Texas, I guess, Fedex lost the package. I waited and waited until finally, today, I used their web chat to contact Proozy in a panic because our trip starts this Saturday (today is Tuesday). Dan, who answered my chat was like, No problem, we are overnighting your order and crediting you for the shipping you paid. Just like that. Thats service you rarely get from a discount/clearance place. Great job, PROOZY!

Bought two Under Armour sweatshirts, size large in womens. Tried them on after I bought them. Washed them once and they shrunk several sizes. They are now the size of about a childs xl or womens extra small. I have lots off under armor clothes that were bought else where and never had a problem with this. Emailed customer service and since I washed them they can not be returned. Very poor customer service. Items sold clearly are not Under Armour. I have never had a problem with Under Armour clothing shrinking at all. They shrank several sizes. Beware of what you buy from them.

I was excited about finding some Sperrys on sale. They arrived and looked great but were a tad big. They were out of a smaller size so unfortunately I had to return them. Their return policy says upon return the customer pays shipping and handling back to them. Ok fine, but they took off s & h both ways which seemed silly to me so I basically only got half my money back. Unfortunate since theyre a local company. Seems like a good selection though!

My honest opinion after many dealings with Proozy. Do not order from them. They are awful to deal with. If you have to return anything, good luck. Plus, they added tax to clothing in Minnesota, which does not tax clothing. Horrible experience after horrible experience.

Stay away!!! Proozy doesn’t care about its customers. They are scammers. I ordered 2 items, and after a week delay, the more expensive item was canceled, but they still charged me full shipping, so I paid more for shipping then the item and charged to my credit cars. The worst part is that the gave me credit on the item they canceled. So they expect me to buy another item and pay for shipping again!? I just want my money back, but they don’t care.

They need to take a good look at the shipping procedures. Ordered 03/04, shipped 03/11, and finally delivered 03/18. Took a full week to ship another week to get delivered. Not to mention this was being shipped 50 miles Eagon, MN to Baldwin, WI.

I was very pleased with Proozy until I had an order not delivered. FedEx showed that they delivered the package but it was never received. After I contacted Proozy I received a cookie cutter response asking me to wait 7 days because it was likely delivered to a neighbors house. No one on my street had the package plus I have no video of anything being delivered. Okay, thats fine. During that time I contacted FedEx and they were UNABLE to locate the package or verify that it was actually delivered to me. I responded to Proozy with this information and no response. I sent a new email using their Contact Us form and I received the same exact response that I did when I originally contacted them. I just want my items or my money back. They are making it rather difficult to obtain either of these things. You just lost a customer and I am sorely disappointed in the handling of this matter. The last time I had an issue the customer service was awesome and that was just regarding the wrong item being sent. This time around I am sorely disappointed in your ability to handle such a simple situation.Update: I am happy to say that Proozy has followed up since my review and provided a full refund for my lost order. I understand that they had no control over the delivery (I blame FedEx for that) but I appreciate Kari reaching out via phone and email to express apology and concern. Proozy has me as a customer again and I look forward to their awesome deals in the future.

It doesnt seem as though they actually take returns. Theres a return form you can fill out and an email address you can write to, but they never respond with any kind of instructions or return address info. 5 days ago, on a Sunday evening, I first filled out the return form, I emailed on Wednesday, and finally completed the return form again a day later. (((Crickets)))
