Vegan cupcakes! And GF cupcakes! And theyre delicious. Also macaroons and ice cream. I was also very tempted by the creme Brule. Unfortunately they dont do birthday cupcakes unless you are dining in.

Establishment was impressive. Cinnamon roll was huge, very delicious. We purchased the cinnamon roll at end of the day and still was superb. The cream cheese was lush and the roll was perfectly coated in cinnamon. The Taylor Swift cupcake was not what we expected. It could have been better and was an average cupcake. Nothing to write home about

Showed up on $1 scoop day! The mango sherbert was incredible. The cookie dough was not my favorite. Very sweet.

I visited cupcake on a Saturday late morning. I purchased two cupcakes and two macarons for about $10. The price was good and the person who assisted me was very kind. The cupcakes were good but the macrons were only okay in my opinion . The macrons were quite dry and had little filling. The two we got were also inconsistent in size of the cookies one was much smaller than the other.In addition to the macaron only being okay I am only giving three stars because I felt like the selection was lacking in options to purchase. I understand that the bakery is going through renovations and that covid has caused issues in the supply chain, but it was quite disappointing to make a trip to learn that there were only a handful of cupcake flavors available on a Saturday morning. I would definitely go back to try again though. I’ve previously (years ago) visited their university location on a weekly basis when they were still open as an undergraduate student and loved being able to see their wide selection of in stock cupcakes and I was expecting the same selection at this larger location but it didn’t live up to my memories. I’ll definitely try visiting again to see if my favorite flavors of cupcakes are back in rotation.

They arent actually open the hours on their doors or the website. We drove all the way there and the door was locked but there were still people inside. They just decided to close early.

Went in early morning right after they opened to treat my coworkers to cupcakes for my birthday and I was super impressed! The person that helped me greeted me right away and helped me pick out delicious cupcakes. My coworkers all loved it and will be coming back soon!!

I ordered the peanut buttercup cupcake. It was yummy! Tastes like homemade. I liked how it wasnt huge but not tiny either. The perfect size. The price was reasonable as well. Cheaper than some of their competitors.

We love Cupcake/Mason Jar. Mason Jar has some of the best comfort food in the TC. If you are from out of State be sure to try their Tater Tot Hot Dish, a local classic. Cupcake has the best macaroons and desserts ever!! Be sure not to miss this spot

Stopped in for lunch today at Mason Jar Kitchen. Decided to get cupcakes to go. Got 2 cupcakes and 2 cake pops. For the price they should have been Divine! But....they were so bad we had to throw away. The cake pops were under baked and the 2 cupcakes were way old! Super Dry and the frosting was nasty. The Host that was running the front had no personality and didn’t offer us a bag either. Was raining really hard...so Thanks for that. Will not return or recommend. Target’s Bakery ROCKS!

Very good little bakery in the heart of Eagan.Lots of flavor combinations and options for their cupcakes.The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful.The location is very spacious! Plenty of space for groups large or small.The service was speedy and wonderful.The pricing for the actual cupcakes are a bit expensive.... Whereas the pricing for the attached restaurant is pretty reasonable.

Great food, great service. You will not be disappointed. Good beer and wine selection. The homemade hummus was to die for. Kids meals were big enough to feed 2 kids.

I went in to pick up a vegan cupcake for my coworker. I called around town to see if anyone had vegan cupcakes, but no one did. Im glad I found this one! The only downside was that they only had two kinds to choose from, but it was still tasty!

My fiance and I always make a trip here whenever were in the area of Eagen. Love the cupcakes as well as their unique selection(Like their Mud ones which cleverly have a gummy worm as a topping).I kind of wish the variety was switch out a bit more, but I cant complain. Whenever I do end up picking a cupcake weve had before it taste as good as I remember. One day I am going to get fat off their cupcakes.

This place has excellent cupcakes! Its pretty expensive for what you get, but its a great place for the occasional treat. If you buy 6 at a time you will get a 5% discount. It is connected to The Mason Jar, which makes the place a little more lively.

Absolutely zero customer service. I ordered online and when I went to pick them up I was told that they it was supposed to be ready at ten and it’s 9:50. They still aren’t finished with the cupcakes after I had ordered them over a day earlier. Seems like you should be better at time management to have the orders done a little before the actual time seeing as customers might get there a little early. This is not the first time I’ve had issues with cupcake. There are so many other cupcake shops now that you should really go somewhere else. Whatever you do go someplace else!

Cute little place. Everything homemade. Definately get the food for the money! Reccomend for anyone traveling through the area! We had breakfast and tried out their cupcakes! Delicious!

This place used to have a few REALLY good cupcake flavors but lately, every time I have gone, I have had stale cupcakes and those too so over priced. The last cupcake I got was under-baked and stale....Id much rather pick up cupcakes from the bakery at the grocery store.

It was fine. Not great seating unless you want to go to the restaurant side, which looked like a bigger commitment than I wanted to make.

Customer service was terrible. The guy that served my friends and me seemed annoyed to be serving us. When my credit card wasnt registering (my cards get dusty from work, just have to wipe the dust off a little) he just kept swiping it without trying any of the usual tricks to get it to work, he only stopped half heartedly swiping my card after I handed him another one. My mexican mocha had so much spice in it that it was gritty and undrinkable. Everyone at my table tried it and agreed, none of us are picky about our coffee. They were out of most smoothie flavors and the one my friend ordered wasnt fully blended (some type of goop was on the bottom). The cupcakes were good, but not enough to make up for the uncomfortable customer service and bad drinks.

I went in today and picked up a dozen cupcakes. At least half of them were still frozen when I served them. I guess I was under the impression that paying so much for cupcakes would at least get me thawed out cupcakes. On top of obviously not being fresh, they were dry and bland tasting. I definitely won’t be back.

Pretty disappointed, bought cupcakes for my family and as we were eating them my spouse pulled a hair out of the frosting on the ginger bread man cupcake... yuck. The hair was about 2 inches long and super curly. That was enough to throw the rest away. . . At 4 bucks a piece that sucks..

Macaroons were rock hard and almost non edible. Cupcakes are dry and stale. While they present very nicely behind glass, they are not at all th gourmet cupcakes they claim to be. Too bad.

Every year I go to the Cupcake in MOA and pick out my favorite cupcake. Since I was such a fan, I thought Id give them my business by ordering in Eagan.My fiancee dealt with terrible customer service. The manager apologized to him and gave him a discount butTHE CUPCAKES WERE HORRIBLE he was so stressed out by the experience I hadnt the heart to tell them They were premium expensive cupcakes, the cupcake was so dense, and the filling wasnt even inside, hence why they were premium. I assume it was absorbed because they dont know how to bake filling filled cupcakes. Extremely disappointed. I can bake better cup cakes than this, and although on my birthday I deserve a rest, i guess Ill be going to MOA or baking them myself. I guess the reviews for drop ins are positive, but ordering is not. Go figure. The cupcakes are still on my fridge, no one wants to eat them. I guess we will be throwing them away.

Wether stopping in for coffee and sweets,or breakfast, and beyond, customer service is second to none, friendly waitstaff, barista,host and hostesses,and food is excellent.

This has become one of our favorite places. Great food and service.

I live close by so i visit this place frequently. be careful that sundays its not open, i always come here after church and forget that fact. the service is very sub par, its very confusing as there is no orderly line and barely anyone behind the counter. some of them are chefs and so they dont manage the register, the ones who do are dressed very casually that it gets confusing. what bothers me the most is the lack of orderly service, people who have been waiting a long time dont get served first. besides that its very creatively decorated and fun to look at all the different types of cupcakes and their names. the prices ARE overpriced but once one of the staff told me they handmake them and thats the reason for their inflation? i didnt get that because arent all cupcakes handmade or is it just me? anyways its fun to bring kids, but for truly tasty cupcakes id rather go to byerlys or even cub lol!

Worst cupcakes and service of late. Last time I went the cupcakes were stale like they have been sitting there for 5 days. The owner or manager is such a jerk too... he’s cooped up in his office and won’t come out for a customer in need of help even when there is nobody manning thr bakery side

We just ate lunch at the attached MasonJar which was wonderful. We thought we would take home desert from Cupcakes. My wife and I ordered 2 donuts and 2 cupcakes. We should of checked out the price first. They came to over $13.00. Thats absolutely the most ive have ever paid. To bad they they were not worth it at all, in fact neither of us even liked them. Donuts were tough and tasteless cupcakes were spoungey with no redeming taste. I really wouldn,t ever want another for any price. If you want good bake goods go to Idelweiss in Prior Lake or Dennys in Bloomington.

Disappointed as I placed a gluten free cupcake order along with regular cupcakes. The GF cupcakes came in the same packaging as the regular cupcakes which no longer keeps them GF. The staff was very busy the morning of pick up but did not do anything to make this order right.
