Worst customer service. For months they haven’t fixed their machines, takes ten minutes for the machines to actually work. I will never move to a place where they service the laundry machines.

Request maintenance they just ignore ya, then wont reimburse you for the garbage machines they use.MOST WORTHLESS COMPANY EVER literally month and months of trying to fix our units and they never ever work. These guys should be put out of business, and I hope their company flops.

Washers and dryers go out of order practically monthly. At best, they go down every other month. This has been going on for a year.

Absolutely awful. We have been without laundry at our apartment complex for almost 3 weeks. They were supposed to come put the machines in but they canceled their appointment because it was too cold outside. We finaly get the machines and they don’t work. Didn’t even bother to CHECK if they worked before leaving. This is really how this company does buisness? EMBARRASSING. Please DO NOT make your residents suffer with these washer and dryers,

We used BDS Laundry Systems to update the laundry rooms in our facility and the service guys were extremely friendly and hard working. The install was painless and Brian made sure I was comfortable operating and making small repairs before wrapping up the project. Working with BDS has put my mind at ease knowing the laundry rooms in my buildings will always be up and running at peak efficiency.

Machine not working good. No heat on dryer and took funds for two loads

Our apartment complex uses their machines in the laundry room, and theyre absolutely terrible. They break down every week, constantly leak, and never get properly serviced. Their machines will charge you every time they ask you to re-enter your card, so you can unknowingly spend up to $10 on a single load. And their service is terrible - the management company will contact them to do repairs and they cant even get ahold of BDS.

They have what I need in stock and really easy to work with

If you want to always be double charged, never have usable equipment, and overpay, then this is the scam company for you

I call whenever some moron in the building breaks things. I called about the machine taking a dollar, and they mailed me $1 within a week! People complain about services - they are not responsible for the people breaking your machines - they just fix them.

Recently moved into a new apartment building that used BDS service, on the day to do laundry I go online as it says on the card and I set up my account. Then while trying to load my card the only option is to purchase a value code, I purchase this, refresh my account and the value is not reflected on my card, still cant use my card to do laundry and Im set back $60. Im fuming of course you call and theyre open Mon-Friday and there in no other way of contacting them of an issue relating to this. My complaint is this, they purpose of the card is useless, we could just use our CC instead. Or If its the app then just reload there.

3 weeks ago from today I lost my money and one of their machines that vendor cards $20 I tried to get a refund they told me to send him proof that I lost $20 I emailed them my statement they said they will send me out a check in 3 days it never came I called them back to let them know and they said they apologize and they will send it out they never did and then I got very rude customer service by a lady named Stephanie

The staff is always very quick to fix any issues with the machines, the only issue i have ever had is the prices for the washers and dryers going up 2-3 times a year.The online service for refilling the laundry cards is very easy to use, i only wish you could do a custom amount instead (or in addition to) the preset options avaible.

BDS laundry equipment is in our laundry room at Granite Cliffs. My understanding is this company rents space from the apartment complex. It would be great if they occasionally cleaned the laundry room, which is always dirty unless tenants clean it!

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Their customer service is absolutely horrible!! Most Americans do laundry on weekends, but they conveniently do not have anybody to answer phones during those hours. It gets worse, when you are able to get ahold of them, they don’t help you problem solve and refuse to give refunds when the machines take your money without washing clothes and even charge you more than what the listed price is. Avoid this company at all costs!!!!

Absolute joke of a company. The machines are broken 50% of the time, however, still process transactions when down. I have had to contact BDS multiple times for refunds on laundry that was never done. Better off going to a laundromat

I’ve had bds supply a complete laundromat and they have been very helpful over the years with supplies and parts, they might not be the cheapest company but then I don’t want cheap anyways (if you’re wanting good oats, get from them, if you want cheap oats you can get it from behind the horse) Jon Glover has been my sales rep and good at his job, but they don’t have any bad employees that I’ve found.

Purchased 2 new Speed Queen machines that are over $1000.00 each. They are less that 1 year and now they tell me there is no warranty. I can see why they have a 2 stars rating. The reason I purchased from them was that they are a local company that seemed reputable. This company is a true disappointment!

Ive only ordered parts online, but they shipped very fast and have a large collection of parts and a well-designed website that makes finding them easy. They were nice on the phone too

Although they keep their machines in good working order, they consistently overcharge my credit card for the laundry services. Keep track of your laundry spend with these folks. Theyll adjust the charges when you call them on the overage, but its sooo unnecessary and should be right the first time.

They parked in our driveway to service the apartment building next to us. We have called their customer service 3 times to have them move it since it is blocking my car, but it is still left running in our driveway 30 minutes later. They parked on private property. The 4th time I called, they didnt even answer.

I had to call BDS Laundry Systems to update the points on my card and Jenny couldn’t have been nicer! She resolved my problem within minutes and I was back to doing my laundry. The machines have always worked great and the LaundryEye feature on their website is extremely easy to use.

I literally can’t describe how infuriating it is to not be able to dry your clothes because the piece of ******* ***** **** machine won’t connect to the internet. It’s laundry! I don’t need the internet to do my ****** laundry!

Can never get machines they have in my building serviced when needed. Which is at least once a month due to the card readers constantly having errors. The hours for the help line are Monday-friday 8am-5pm. This is very strange hours for a laundry company due to the fact that no one does laundry at these hours. People work and do laundry when they dont work!!! Worst customer service ever!! If you cant get your card readers to work then go back to coin op machines!!!

Im in the hotel business. These guys are great and deserve a five-star average. - - - - I see a few poor reviews, but understand that poor reviews usually have hidden agendas and are literally 100 times more likely to be posted than a person who is satisfied and doesnt bother to post. There are thousands of satisfied customers who never bothered to say that they got good service. - - - - I am so glad I found these guys, way down the google totem pole. Living in an apartment building where the only way to get the machines fixed is to put in a service request and when they do come out and fix the dryers they only fix them enough to work not dry your clothes. I end up paying almost two dollars for wet clothes and this has been like this for four years.

Terrible, the machines are often online and you cannot get service on the weekend.

Machines have inaccurate timers and are ridiculously expensive to use. If out of order it takes them two days at least to fix. Besides that, only three machines for an entire floor. Not well thought out by them or the building. At 5 bucks a RIP off load I shouldnt have issues

Rarely functioning Internet means you have about a 50/50 shot at being able to pay a ridiculous amount of money to wash your clothes. Customer service is poor, and only open M-F during business hours, so good luck getting any help with resetting the Internet. I find myself calling BDS at least once a month to complain about connectivity issues. This has been going on for over a year, and they still have yet to ever find a resolution. Hands down the worst laundry service Ive ever experienced

I own a coin laundry, i order parts from them. some part they have are cheaper than ebay.

Offline limited reached when I run my card. This means its not connected to the internet. This is the second time in a row Ive had this issue in less than a month. No option to use coins. Thanks for the wet laundry and wasted time.

What a joke what a joke ordred on 11-24-18 supposed to deliver on 12-5-18 never recieved checked tracking it was in topeka ks then went to lenexa ks on 12-6-18 which is less than 10 miles from my house but never showed up on the 6th checked tracking later that day when it didnt show up said it left Lenexa Ks and was going to Ohio I called but no help there the guy didnt want to be bothered said it would propably be there today the 7th or Sat. the 8th that you cant trust the tracking just checked again now the dilivery date is Mon. the 10th by the end of the day so if it does make here Mon.the 10th that will be 17 days from the time i ordered long time to go with out a washer never again so if you dont want to wait 17 plus days for your part than dont use BDS LAUNDRY !!

Washing machine broke. It wasn’t able to be fixed. I went without a washing machine for a week and a half. Then when they brought in the new one they increased the cost of each cycle.Worthless company with far more worthless folks working for them. Don’t rent any property that is serviced by these crooks.

Every time I called the head office, they gave me different answers about how much they charge for a service call, if anything at all​. So if you deal with BDS laundry, make sure you get things in writing. Or better yet, chose a different company.

Over priced crappy service. These were put in at my building it should not cost residents here $20 for 2 loads of laundry to be done. Not to mention the servers go offline on weekends so you cant do laundry on weekends, I woke full time and its a shame I cant wash clothes when I need to I have to go to a laundromat now to do my clothes. A real shame.

Literally what is the point of this business? I have to take my credit card, register it with this company, use it to purchase a value code (literally why?), take a BDS Laundry card to a kiosk, add the value code I purchased onto the card (Why is this step even a thing?), take my card with loaded value to the machine, scan the card to pay for the laundry load, and run. Why not just have a laundry machine and scan my credit card to pay for the load? This company literally should not exist.

I have BDS Laundry Systems equipment in my apartment building and have never ran into an issue with machines or payment systems broken. The directions are easy to follow and the machines look to be brand new.

I use BDS for part as I have 2 commercial laundromats. They have a very good selection of parts and with reasonable prices.

What a crappy company to deal with...Be careful before you sign any paperwork or contracts with them. In fact, dont sign anything with them. The contracts are very mis-leading as the fine print is definitely something you should have your lawyers look at. We never signed any contracts with them but bought a property where the previous owners used their services. Now BDS is forcing us to honor the previous owners contract. I wondered why their contracts were so messed up or worded the way they are, but after speaking to their sales people and their Vice President it was clear that this company is definitely not surviving on the services they provide but are making a living by deceiving people to sign up contracts that are not clear and then forcing people to do business with them as they do not have a choice.PEOPLE SHOULD BE ABLE TO DO BUSINESS WITH COMPANIES THAT THEY WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH, NOT BECAUSE THEY HAVE NO CHOICE OR ARE FORCED INTO......AND FOR A VICE PRESIDENT OF A COMPANY TO SAY THAT YOU ARE STUCK DOING BUSINESS WITH US TELLS YOU THE LEVEL OF SERVICE YOU WILL GET FROM THEM.....

Cant revalue my card by machine I assume its because I have chip credit card but can not get a strait answer from anybody at BDS and NOW I cant even revalue via the website. How is a person suppose do laundry!??? VERY TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!! Businesses out there if you are looking for a laundry svc I would look somewhere else.
