My granite was just installed today and it’s perfect! First of all, the store manager Cameron is a straight shooter, he’s very nice and honest and is straight forward about a major part of purchasing granite... the price. No pressure sales most likely because they know their prices are the lowest in the metro. I had 3 other estimates that were at least 2k higher than Pacific. Not only was the cost of the material cheaper ( the same exact granite) the cost of fabrication was significantly less.. no special cut fees. I had A LOT of questions and Cameron always responded quickly and kindly to every one of them. Install guys did a great job. I had to vacuum up a little more than my last install but NBD. Perfect install is most important and that’s what’s it was! I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!

I decided to have granite countertops installed in my kitchen. Fair price, great installers. Totally smooth interaction from start to finish. Measurements were perfect and the seams are hardly noticeable. It took me a few visits and they remained helpful and patient throughout.

I want to see small businesses do well but unfortunately, I cannot recommend Pacific Granite to other homeowners and warn those looking for a countertop vendor and installer to use another vendor. Homeowners should use caution and take glowing online reviews as questionable. Glowing reviews can be from homeowners who have had a bad experience with Pacific Granite but as part of the deal to get mistakes and poor service addressed, the homeowners are required to not post or remove poor reviews already made. Other glowing reviews can be from builders, contractors, designers, etc. who use Pacific Granite and have a mutually beneficial relationship with them. A true test of a reputable company is how they react, treat the customer and conduct themself when they have to go back to the job site and address a homeowners concern and mistakes they made. Pacific Granite is a prime example of a company who dont want to bother with customer service when it doesnt suit them, they just want their money and blame their customer. Pacific Granite is lucky because they have the ability to used their canned, always used answer and excuse the cabinets arent level as they did in with me. This gives them no incentive to provide quality installation. Good enough is good enough for Pacific Granite. They also installed a side and backsplash in a bathroom for which they had the cabinet drawing showing no side or backsplash was to be installed. Their suggestion was to have my contractor remove it instead of being stand up and saying sorry, we will take care of that for you, it was our mistake. I asked that they come to the house to look at the installation so we could put our heads together and find a remedy for the uneven kitchen countertop and error made in the bathroom. The owner of Pacific Granite came to the house and yelled and used profanity. Classy. Pacific Granite is who the design company I used gets countertops from and my mistake was not looking into the company myself and blindly trusting theyd be a quality vendor. I recommend homeowners use reputable company such as Capital Granite and Cambria to ensure your investment in countertops isnt just in the material but also in quality installation, workmanship and attention to detail because youll live with your new countertops for many many years.

I think everything that could go wrong went wrong. My appointment got changed without any notification. The measurements were wrong and the first countertops didn’t fit. The team at Pacific Granite did an amazing job of quickly getting new measurements, a new slab cut and installed. They took care of me as a customer and they made it right. I absolutely love my new countertops! I would definitely recommend them and I would definitely work with them again.

I agree with the other two reviews:1. Lowest price in town was good, however you get what you pay for.2. Service and delivery was not good.OFFICE AND BILLING-- I was told during purchasing that the final install square footage would be adjusted from the quote automatically to ensure that the bill would accurately reflect what was installed. When I asked for final amount they said it conveniently ended up matching exactly what the initial quote amount was. I asked 2-3 times to have the accuracy of the final bill re-examined as the initial quote square footage was greater than what was delivered and I did not hear back.I had to document all the measurements to finally get them to agree to charge for the material they actually installed.INSTALL-Did not bring enough guys to carry the slab into the house (had to have neighbors help)- Scratched the threshold on the stairs when carrying in the slab- Did not adhere the island to the cabinets and left a tool behind- Called the day after install to see if they left the tool (which they did) and said they would be by that evening to adhere the counter down and pickup there tool.- No call no show to pickup the tool and adhere island down. I did learn a lesson on this though. The counter top is not glued all over the top of the cabinets as I thought it had to be (thought they would have to lift the slab off, place adhesive all over and re-place the slab). They simply place the adhesive around the perimeter of the cabinets. I had waited to hookup up the electrical on the no call no show day. When I brought that up as a pain point the Manager was not empathetic at all, basically said it was my fault for not knowing.FYI I am not an installer nor a seller of this material, I do not know how these are installed, that is why I hired a professional.CUSTOMER SERVICE- After all of the issues that had to be endured, next to nothing was taken off the bill and the lack of empathy was astounding.-Threshold was an issue that I had to take up with the installers directlyWould not recommend this company to anyone.

STAY AWAY!!! I have to add my total disgust and disappointment at the very poor customer service and final product delivered. The previous reviewers were correct. Customer service is poor and the installation is hit and miss. We had a counter added to our kitchen and that piece turned out fine. However, we also had a wet bar added to our dining room and the fit of the granite and installation could not have been worse. To add insult to injury, when I spoke with Jason about this over the phone, he just kept telling me it was fine, even though he had never seen the install personally. In some areas there were up to 3/8 gap between the granite and the wall. If a template had been made or a laser used to measure accurately in the first place, the granite could have been cut much more precisely. The installer had to end up using white paintable caulk to fill the gaps because the clear silicone which should have been used, could not be because it would have shrunk too much. I was told I would get a call from Jackie the owner regarding my concerns and to date have not gotten any call back. One would think if you had an unhappy customer the owner would have been on that immediately, but apparently they dont care. Jason told me basically I was a small job and they could not be bothered with addressing my concerns. Again if you need a granite project completed - CALL SOMEONE ELSE!

The sales staff was friendly and was very helpful. I was about to go with Home Depot before I thought to check around. After a few stops, I found Pacific Granite in Maple Grove. For 30% less and 2 weeks quicker than Home Depot, I was very please with my counters. Two thumbs up for Pacific Granite!

Tucked away in an unassuming location and so worth the hunt. There isnt a fancy show room here and thats OK. The sample room is simple with granite, quartz, and silestone easy to view. This place has knowledegable and friendly staff and great prices on granite and install. If you have a smaller project, dont forget to ask to see the remnants!

This is the second review I have left for Pacific Granite. I had issues with the original install of some of the countertop. It was mismeasured and I was told it was fine, when in fact it was not fine at all. I then left a one star and very accurate review on Google. Thank you Google as this certainly got Jasons attention and in turn caused Pacific Granite to rectify the problem. They then quickly sent out someone who could actually measure (Chuck) and they re-cut the granite and the fit was very good. In the end the project looks very nice and we are satisfied. We should not however have had to endure the hassle we were put through to make it right. Bottom line is Jason was a stand up guy who did what needed to be done to correct the situation.

I have used pacific granite for my own home as well as for plenty of my friends projects. As a Countertop install contractor, I use them for all my kitchen and bathroom remodel needs. Fabrication is good( Quality of the slab stock is something that should not be overlooked) make sure to feel the piece and look closely for any inclusions or fills that you do not like and ask lots of questions. picking a stone because it looks awesome is the peril of many a homeowner. Ask about the quality, Cameron and Jason know which ones are the ones to avoid.I would tell you as an installer of countertops myself, often times it is misinformed customers and unrealistic expectations that cause most issues. If you have any questions as to whether you have a legit gripe about quality I would implore you to check with the Marble institute of America, they set the standards for the stone industry and can explain in much more detail what to realistically expect from your granite shop. Just had another job done by them today and the Whole job went flawlessly. I will not hesitate to use them again. If you have an issue be sure to mention it before your installers leave the house, I have found some flaws before, with both of their crews they were pretty good about just handling it while they were there. I will agree with others, they do get a little pissy if you make them come back, just be sure to point it all out before they leave and ask lots of questions if you are unsure about something. To each their own, but I am going to keep using them for all my stone needs.

Extremely unorganized, unprofessional & rude. Wasted our time on many occasions. Drove two hours to look at remenints that were not pulled ahead of time. Couldnt pull them out on the wknd. No staff to do it we were told once we got there. Exspected us to pick the granite from seeing a little piece of the corner or picture days later which took multiple ph. calls & emails on our part to get. When trying to express my frustration w/ Dayna on the phone she cut me off mult. times rather than listen to the customer & what my needs as the customer were. Expressed she was frustrated too. Shocking to hear since she wasnt the one continually having her time wasted. Ended with her associate calling my husband & using profanity on the phone. Does it get any more unprofessional than that?? So yes, if you want BAD customer service, extremely rude sales people & Jackie the owner showing you granite slabs who doesnt even know the name of most of the pieces & hard to understand doesnt speak English that well. This is your place...us NO THANKS!!!
