John was very friendly and was very professional and everything was organized in place clean and a great place to visit if youre curious or wanting to learn how to scuba dive.

Amazing staff. We went here to get snorkeling gear ahead of our honeymoon in 2019 and they took really good care of us. They were patient, educated us on gear differences, and helped us find the right masks, fins, and snorkels. They also recommended a scuba business in Cozumel when they found out we were looking at scuba diving while our cruise ship was in port there. Thats a separate review (spoiler: loved them).We went back for a Discover Scuba course for my wife and daughter, as ear issues prevented her from diving in Cozumel. We all had fun. The instructors, Will and Alice, were very friendly, thorough, and patient with all of us, taking the time to make sure we knew and could demonstrate the basic skills needed to dive safely. They worked closely with my daughter to make sure she understood everything, and with another student who needed a little extra help. We had lots of fun, especially myself as I was swimming all over the deep end after we were finished the instructional portion and could swim freely to have fun. Scuba diving is a lot of fun and were all glad we got to try it out. Im happy I got to dive again, though I wish I would have an hour or two or four to dive, but then we would have been there all night.I cant wait to start in on my certification course!

I knew close to nothing about scuba diving when I first got aquatinted with the Scuba Center. The staff is really friendly and my dive instructor walked me through everything I needed to know (classroom education as well as pool training). When I needed gear I had the help I needed to be sure I had the correct fit. I was really nervous at first, but Tim knew his stuff, and explained and demonstrated everything for me during the pool training so I felt more comfortable with every skill I completed. I absolutely would recommended to others, especially beginner divers such as myself.

I cant give Scuba Center enough praise; they make earning certifications fun and really take the time to work through problems with you if you dont understand some of the elearning or are struggling with a skill. Great, great group of people!

Have had a few good experiences with Scuba Center, both the Eagan and Minneapolis locations. I believe this is one of the only tech-oriented shops in the Twin Cities, which means they have all the fun tech-oriented gadgets like BPWs and long hoses.I purchased my reg set and a prescription mask for my wife at the Minneapolis site, and converted my reg set to long hose at the Eagan site. Both staffs have been solid - knowledgable and friendly. I appreciated the Eagan crew talked with me about long hose prior to converting, to make sure I knew what I was getting into and not just getting into it because the internet told me to.Were lucky to have several good dive shops in Minneapolis!

My Wife and I have been to the store a hand full of times. We have purchased my Wifes BCD, reg set and Computer from here. We also took our dry suit class here. The retail staff has always been friendly and helpful. Our dry suit instructor Mike Kelly was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. He was very patient and calming for my wife. He let me borrow a dive computer when mine died and I was unable to charge the battery. I fully plan on attending other courses at Scuba Center, I hope that we have Mike as an instructor. We also had a great dive master Mark. We completed our pool dive at the Scuba Center in their pool. Both our suits leaked and we had to get fitted for other dry suits. This was the only some what annoying experience, they didnt have another small size available to fit my wife. So they fitted her with the smallest suit available, they then had my wife switch with another diver in our class to get a suit that would be close to her size. The next day we started our open water dives, it was snowing with a water temp of 57 degrees. Our instructor did a great job of preparing us, and allowed my wife appropriate time between dives to warm up. The dives went amazing, Mark even let me borrow his backup mask to see if I had better luck with that one. I absolutely recommend any class where Mike is your instructor and hopefully youll be lucky enough to have Mark as a dive master.

I recently completed the PADI Scuba Diver course through the Eagan location. I found the instructors to be knowledgeable, personal and prepared. The instructors took the time to work with anyone that might have struggled and made the class productive and fun. Only regret...I waited so long to take the plunge and get started with getting certified. Just do it youll be glad you did.

Great staff in the store and knowledgeable instructors. Gina, Alice and Steve were thorough and very helpful during the Open Water Dives for PADI certification. You always get attention to your needs and good advice on products from the staff. Not making any comparisons with other shops, but Ive been completely satisfied with all my experiences with Scuba Center Eagan. Theyre my go-to destination for all things diving.

I took the beginning Scuba class and was very impressed with the level of education I received. My instructor, Bill, and the two dive masters, Mary and Mike were absolutely excellent. I highly recommend this scuba center!

Ive taken a SCUBA class here to get PADI certified and purchased most of my gear from this store. Well informed and helpful staff. Recently had to get a new PADI card after losing mine, the staff was helpful helping me with all my questions. Would recommend to my friends and family, will return anytime I need anything related to SCUBA and/or snorkeling
