One of our favorite game store! The goat is clean, inviting, and have a great and welcoming community. As a casual MTG player that only comes along for the ride, I enjoy the willingness to help/ have fun vibe within this store for Friday night magic. I also love the game selection here!! Board games!!! The goat has a wide selection of board games that are presented well for me to browse as well as other nerdy items.

When we moved to Eagan a little over a year ago, we drove past this place so many times, assuming (for whatever reason) that they were more focused on Magic the Gathering than board games.When Level Up closed a few blocks away, I decided to stop in to The Gaming Goat just to see what they might have. Holy cow, they have an incredible selection for the size of their space! I’m pretty sure they even have more games than Level Up did. I was so surprised by some of the treasures I found!I went home with a few games in hand and brought my wife with me the next day for some more!The staff is helpful and friendly.I’m so glad to have discovered this location!!

This is my first stop for any board game. They got a good selection even for the smaller size of the store and thier prices are damn near unbeatable. They have pulled through for me time and time again.Been there for a weekly tournament before. Also nice but I dont do that too much these days. Ill see you guys again soon!

Its a small place, but its a fun space. They have a good selection of games to choose from, and provide tables for people to sit and play at.

Been here twice and plan on coming more often! New store with tons of board games, up to date role playing games, Magic the Gathering, X-wing pretty much everything. Every evening they have something going on event wise to keep you busy. The owner I met both times was very friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. Glad I stopped in to check it out.

Cool little store with a pretty vast collection of games to buy. The prices are hit and miss. A few things are priced great and match or even beat Amazon. But somethings are much more as well. Before you order from any store online be sure to check this place out. I really wish they had price tags instead of having to awkwardly ask for each game though. The staff has always been very nice and they have a small open area to play games and a few you can try it.

A great place for Star Wars Destiny in the Twin Cities area. Also many other fine board games from various distributors. Also has a great staff.

Pretty cool store with lots of games and occasional card game tournaments. Board games tend to be pretty expensive, but the prices her were pretty reasonable. There are tons of expansion packs for games like pandemic that are hard to find other places.
