These guys are currently delaying a project I have. They first manufactured the incorrect part and sent it, then had to call it back when they realized their error. Now despite their claim on the website saying custom orders ship in 72 hours they cant give me a production date for the sensors I ordered and need. The delays are actively increasing the cost of my project and after days of asking for answers sales rep cant get an answer from his production team. All in all they dont seem to care about my project or my business. I would not recommend them.

I had a great experience with FPI sensors. Great customer service, great product, great part turn around, and all at an affordable price.I ordered a custom SS float sensor and no more than a week later I had the part in my hands for a very reasonable price. When i contacted another company they wanted over a hundred dollars more and was going to take an additional week to manufacture. Highly recommend FPI sensors for your float sensor needs.

Real knowledgeable people answer the phone ! Easy to work with, the group will spend the time to find exactly what you need. Best quality, fast delivery, great price. I have not looked anywhere else since using FPI.
