At first it seemed I may have problems with an issue that arose with our order of a safety curtain for a hydraulic press. I got a reply and great service to over come the issue so give them a chance even if they are not answering their phone at first. things were handled great a little later. The product seems well built. Yes it will be a little difficult to install but there really is not easy way to accomplish what this curtain is doing.

Recently hired Lovegreen to install a pair of printing presses at our Chanhassen location on very short notice (8 days). Despite being caught in the middle of a massive and urgent project; with poor communication from the press manufacturer and trucking companies; Lovegreen pulled through and got it done for us, no mistakes and on time. Recently hired lovegreen for millwright work for a week. Lovegreen inaccurately planned their man power for this job (not enough workers). They also didn’t have enough equipment such as forklifts.Lovegreen also did not finish welding 2 separate platforms which people walk on.

Had them bore sight a 3 1/2 extruder after replacing the barrel. After one year and less than 3,000 hrs the barrel was badly worn at the end and needs to be replaced. the new screw we had put in was also worn .180 in the same area. We have another extruder right next to it that runs the same material over 5,000 hrs with no wear! Talked to Aaron Bahner VP at Lovegreen and he said we dont warranty our work. Had the machine laser bore sighted and found it to be .055 high! . The laser bore sight company said most big companies have gone away from optical bore sighting due to human error. Not sure why a company that does this for an occupation still uses old world techniques. Would not recommend these guys to my competitors
